Chiyomusubi is a brewery in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, known as the hometown of Shigeru Mizuki. The rice used to make this sake is Goriki, which is said to be the root of Omachi, a sake rice exclusive to Tottori. It is said to be a revived variety of sake rice that had been extinct for a time.
I acquired this bottle while on a hobby trip to an antenna store. It has a sweet and bitter taste, followed by acidity.
The second picture is Sakaiminato Station, where I used to go. Mizuki Sensei (and Kitaro), who is writing a book, is sitting in front of the station.

Chiyomusubi Junmai Ginjo Strong 60
Junmai 60 has been replaced by Junmai Ginjo 60. Now they say the junmai is 70. It has a clear and gently spreading sweet and sour taste.
◉Chiyomusubi Junmai Daiginjo Strong 50
The taste is full-bodied, with a refreshing acidity and a moderate mellowness.
◉Chiyomusubi Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu
I didn't detect any chocolatey notes in the past, but not this time. It is rich and mellow, with a sweet flavor and a thick richness. The customer next to me also said, "This is so delicious! The customer next to me was also saying "This is so delicious!
It is a pity that Junmai Daiginjo Strong 40, which I consider the best of all Chiyomusubi, was not brought this time because the brewery does not have it in stock and its shipment is restricted.
#Drinking at home
The most royal of all royal roads.
It has a strong umami, a moderate aroma, a spicy finish, and a moderate bitterness that adds richness to the umami.
It is a Yokozuna sake like Takanohana, which is neither too strange, nor too flashy, nor too plain, and will stand up to any dish.
Chiyomusubi strong sake should be like this.
Chiyomusubi Junmai Daiginjo Strong 50
The aroma is a beautiful vinegared iso.
An easy-drinking sake that combines cleanness with the sweetness and density typical of San'in sake! (Both sweetness and acidity are just right 🥰)
I purchased this sake among the various tastings I had! 👍
There were quite a lot of different rice polishing ratios, so I want to go buy some with room to spare! 🤩
Lightly cloudy
Full-bodied, sweet and umami, but with a refreshing aftertaste due to the moderate acidity and gassiness.
Above all, it tastes like rice.
I like it very much.
When I went to Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, I was strongly recommended to buy the members-only product.
Thanks to the clerk at that time!
It was delicious!
I had had some sake from the Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery when I traveled to the San-in region the year before last, but this is the first time I have had sake from Tottori Prefecture for drinking at home!
I had an image of Chiyomusubi as a dry sake, but this Ichigeki is more on the sweet side. In addition to juicy aromas of green apple and pear, it also has a gorgeous fruity tropical fruitiness like pineapple and mango. The taste is mainly rich and sweet, with not so much acidity, and a little bitterness in the latter half of the taste. It was delicious👍
Thanks for the treat😊
Junmai Ginjo Strong ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice used: 79% Strong rice, 21% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15
We had this bottle as a sealed bottle.
The subtle aroma is that of koji malt.
In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and bitterness, and it is a slightly sweet sake with the flavor of rice.

The other day I was surprised to try UHA Taste Gummies "Kororo". This time I tried the Shimizu Hakuto flavor.
It was amazing! The gentle aroma and freshness of these peaches are just like white peaches themselves!
I looked at the ingredients list and saw "apple juice concentrate"...
Today's sake is made from Tottori's sake brewing rice, "Strong". It has a nice aroma anyway, like that of chiaotai sake, which is unique to strong sake.
The taste is light, with little sweetness, which may be a little too much for some people. However, the characteristic of this sake lies not in its taste but in its aroma. Sake is often described as sweet or spicy, but this is not the case; it gives the illusion of eating haze (although I have never eaten haze).
