This is the first Tottori sake I bought as a souvenir from a trip to the San-in region.
The aroma is a little fruity at first, but the remaining alcohol is stronger.
When you drink it, the sweetness of the rice spreads smoothly, and the umami flavor lingers on your tongue, making it very tasty. The lingering aroma is crisp with a nice aftertaste, and I enjoyed it with fish dishes.

This is what I bought today.
I was attracted by the Kitaro label, so I bought it (I also bought Nezumi Otoko at the same time lol).
It was a refreshing sake with a sweet aroma!
Chiyomusubi is a brewery in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, known as the hometown of Shigeru Mizuki. The rice used to make this sake is Goriki, which is said to be the root of Omachi, a sake rice exclusive to Tottori. It is said to be a revived variety of sake rice that had been extinct for a time.
I acquired this bottle while on a hobby trip to an antenna store. It has a sweet and bitter taste, followed by acidity.
The second picture is Sakaiminato Station, where I used to go. Mizuki Sensei (and Kitaro), who is writing a book, is sitting in front of the station.

Chiyomusubi Junmai Ginjo Strong 60
Junmai 60 has been replaced by Junmai Ginjo 60. Now they say the junmai is 70. It has a clear and gently spreading sweet and sour taste.
◉Chiyomusubi Junmai Daiginjo Strong 50
The taste is full-bodied, with a refreshing acidity and a moderate mellowness.
◉Chiyomusubi Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu
I didn't detect any chocolatey notes in the past, but not this time. It is rich and mellow, with a sweet flavor and a thick richness. The customer next to me also said, "This is so delicious! The customer next to me was also saying "This is so delicious!
It is a pity that Junmai Daiginjo Strong 40, which I consider the best of all Chiyomusubi, was not brought this time because the brewery does not have it in stock and its shipment is restricted.
#Drinking at home
The most royal of all royal roads.
It has a strong umami, a moderate aroma, a spicy finish, and a moderate bitterness that adds richness to the umami.
It is a Yokozuna sake like Takanohana, which is neither too strange, nor too flashy, nor too plain, and will stand up to any dish.
Chiyomusubi strong sake should be like this.
Chiyomusubi Junmai Daiginjo Strong 50
The aroma is a beautiful vinegared iso.
An easy-drinking sake that combines cleanness with the sweetness and density typical of San'in sake! (Both sweetness and acidity are just right 🥰)
I purchased this sake among the various tastings I had! 👍
There were quite a lot of different rice polishing ratios, so I want to go buy some with room to spare! 🤩
