The sake has a golden color, and was done in the saturnes barrel for 4 months. It smells like mushroom and soy sauce, and tasts like apple juice and honey. A very nicely done rich sake - matches perfectly with ham and nuts.
Junmai sake with low rice polishing and low alcohol content. The color was a light golden yellow.
I had an arbitrary image that it would be a sake with a strong acidity like white wine, but it was a sweet Junmai sake with a strong sweetness and umami of rice. The acidity is just right to keep the aftertaste from becoming too heavy.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased from Daylink.
I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but the price of 3,000 yen had put me off, so I bought it on sale.
3,000 yen for a four-part bottle.

Super sweet
Barrel has little flavor.
Special mention of raisin flavor
Very interesting
There is almost no aroma.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel the gentle sweetness of rice, and the moment you think it is a sweet sake, it snaps.
There is also a sourness from the carbonation, which gives it a very refreshing aftertaste.
The slight bitterness is also a nice accent.
A perfect jacket.
When you pick it up, it's French sake.
When I drank it, I thought it was wine. Maybe it's because of the bias, but it's nice and refreshing.
I think it would be good with sushi.
Delicious ❣️
Rumored reimported sparkling sake.
Locally, it seems to be made by Takara Shuzo in the U.S., but this is manufactured by Takara Shuzo in Japan.
The body is sharp and clean, as is typical of wine yeast. Personally, I think it could be more carbonated.
It's nice to be able to drink sparkling sake in this size, but I hope it's not another 100 yen cheaper...lol!
And I'd like to try the American version 😌.
