Kirai (black) Tokubetsu Junmai
The taste is slightly umami.
Kirai (silver) Junmai Daiginjo
The umami and sweetness are sweet and delicious. Very tasty.
Kibuki River
This sake is made with water from the Anabuki River (the original kanji), which flows close to the brewery.
The water has a strong acidity, but is also tasty and refreshing. It is also very tasty.
◉Kirai (Aka) Ginjo-Junmai (Houjun)
Aromatic and umami, with the typical Junmai rice-derived acidity.
All of the wines at this booth were delicious.
They will be bringing their Kirai (blue) to the National Sake Fair, which they did not bring this time.
