The fruity aroma and elegant sweetness are balanced with a full umami flavor and a refreshing acidity. ことりPark Slope: a borough in Northwest Brooklyn, NY. (From the label) Mr. Ueda, a graduate of Abe Sake Brewery, brushed up the recipe based on his graduation project, aiming to make it a standard product in New York City.
The aroma is subdued, but there is a lactic acidity with a hint of muscat-like flavor. It is a light, thin, cloudy type, slightly sweet, with a lingering taste of grapefruit acidity and a zesty bitterness reminiscent of watashi.

This is Sogen, a storehouse in Suzu City.

When I take a sip, yes it's delicious... but the sourness seems to be quite effective, probably because I drank it after the sweet Haneya.
But as you drink it, it gets better and better 😋.
On the second day, I had it with enough ogara-mi mixed in, and unintentionally we both said it was delicious 😳👍I felt the balance of sourness and sweetness was excellent!

Anyway, this is my "first" Miyakanme and it's very fruity and sweet ✨Pineapple🍍? Muscat 🍇? It's very tasty with a slight gassy feeling 🍍 and very tasty 🍇 ‼️ no sourness, sweetness and lingering taste on the palate 👍.
However, it has a nice sharpness and goes well with food or even just drinks. ☺️

This weekend, I was able to relax at home for the first time in a while, and the first bottle for a long time was a snowman ⛄✨ that I bought at Saito-san last month, and I left it for quite a while.
I quietly popped it open and took a sip at first to avoid adding any tailings. It has a refreshing sweetness and acidity like muscat, and is a delicious slightly carbonated juice ❗

Full of freshness. ことりThroaty and thick like a smoothie.
It tastes like a combination of thick sake-kasu amazake and koji amazake. It also has a faint aroma of grain and sourness like rice husks. The sweetness is medium to slightly sweet when opened, and the ori is smooth with no graininess and just a slight tangy taste. After about half a sip, it starts to feel sweet. A mass of flavor... 😚.
I'm sipping it while I'm eating some red miso soup and grilled hokke (hokke). ことりLight, fruity aroma reminiscent of muscat?
