I was looking forward to it because the rice was more polished than the standard of the exhibited sake and the rice was polished to 29%, which was named after the leap day 🤗. Pouring it, it was thick, glossy, rich and gorgeous 🤗. It is full of pineapple, melon, and tropical fruits 🌴. The microbubbles also give it a nice accent with a fine gaseous sensation. The richness of the wine has a hint of malted rice aroma, refreshing acidity, and a slight mineral and salty taste. The luxurious flavor is enchanting, and the cup is being drunk more and more. The next day, the cocoa flavor of low-temperature-aged sake appears.

Sake made with sake in the final stage of "tome-brewing" where the raw materials are put in. It has a thick, glossy, rich, sweet taste. It has a very slight scent of whey, umami, and a refreshing, full-bodied sweetness similar to ripe white grapes or tangerine honey. The lingering bitterness on the tongue is also gentle... Cute, luxurious, and intoxicating.

It's smooth and glossy, with a sweet, dark flavor like the top of yogurt with some added gumshiro 😳. The lactic aroma is quite lactic, combined with the alu aroma. I was surprised by the aroma and the sweetness, so I was not very careful on the first day... 😔. It is a junmai ginjo brewed with "Yamadanishiki" produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is grown under contract. The aroma is soft and gorgeous, similar to that of pineapple or apple, and the mild, slowly spreading, strong sweetness and umami...followed by a hint of bitterness. The crisp gassiness that is only possible with fresh sake can still be felt the next day, with a slightly subdued rice flavor and subtle hints of apricot and plum. I've been drinking all through the GW period 😅I had to rest my liver for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday 😑. And the one I've been waiting for on Friday ‼️ was the one recommended by kino. and also drunk by bouken 🤗Sansenzori's fragrant Shiboritate. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally managed to get my hands on it during a long-distance 🚙 izakaya tour the other day👍. I'll make love to you with delicious sashimi from Asanoya I'll love it with Asanoya's delicious sashimi! I love it ♬! It's fruity 🍎🍏 and fragrant 👌 and bouken is right, it's sharp and spicy with a hint of sweetness 😍If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "ummai" 😚. I can't tell you how many times I've said it's good 😁Yeah, Sanzenmori is the best 🥹. Let's continue our GW Mashiko stroll! On the way to Mashiko station, we found Okada Sake Brewery ‼️ and peeked inside to find a fridge full of Nozomosan 😍The owner's wife came out and started tasting the sake, saying "Even if I explain it with my mouth, you won't understand unless you drink it". I knew I couldn't leave empty-handed after drinking so much 🤔I knew I could only buy Sanbana at Sotaike Shuzo, so I got Nozomu's Miyamanishiki, which the wife said was dry 👍and went back to Sotaike.

Purchased at Saito's last month! Maruhi's limited edition from Mr. Hachiro Huraisen, who gave it to me before! I bought it. I felt the acidity of the Hakucho very much, but this one........ It's still acid 😂 from the aroma 😂. But very mild mouthfeel, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of white wine✨. I can't drink wine because it doesn't go well with it, but this one is delicious 💪.

I came across this one at Saito Sake Shop, which I visited in search of Abe-chan💚! The red string on the label, which is the mark of the last bottle, and the words "Super limited light nigori" caught my attention 🤩 without any prior information input 😅I picked it up with no doubt 🤗. I'm sure you'll love it 😌. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity and smells like something I've smelled before 🤔 but I don't know what it is. When you take a bite, it's juicy and sweet 😋Sweet, but refreshing and delicious ☺️ And what did we have with us on this day? My daughter, who came back from Ichikawa with me, brought a takoyaki plate and we had a 🐙takopa🌕🥳‼️ We're not used to this 😅Noby prepared all the ingredients and the three of us had a lot of fun working together🤗. The first one was a la la la, but it started to take shape and it was good👍The second one had kimchi, cheese, and other ingredients, and we even had fun making a baked Neapolitan in the holes we left 😄. I named it "Yapori" (baked Napoli) and it was really delicious 😋. We had a delicious dinner at Wakamusume with takoyaki and yapori ‼️ both were fun and tasty 😊.

It's been a long time since I've had a black cow❗ I went to Saito-san over the weekend and found Kurogyu (Kurogyu 🐃) for the first time in a long time, and it was a Junmai Ginjo from Omachi, raw 😲! I'll have it right away 🙏. The aroma is gorgeous when poured into a glass. In the mouth, it smells like grapes or lychee? Like lychee? Fruity sweetness spreads. It is not too strong, but has a slight sourness and a bit of bitterness on the palate, but it is very refreshing. It's good enough to drink alone. ⤴️ It would be great with black wagyu beef 😃.

THE ARANAMI, made only in years when the rice does not melt, is said to be dry and sharp...but it has a slightly sweet and fruity mouthfeel with a hint of lychee and muscat. The bitter and sour taste is followed by a time lag.... I found an interesting snack at Seven! ←I found an interesting snack at Seven! A little bit moist, like a wet noodle. The sweet sauce and the spicy flavor are very tasty. I ate it up in one bite 😋The amount is too small 😭.

Yamasan, Yamasan 😆 This is another bottle that I bought at Saito-san last month and put to sleep. When I opened the bottle, there was a puff of gas ❗ The aroma is fresh and spicy? The aroma is fresh and spicy.... It has a tangy, fresh mouthfeel with just the right amount of sweetness 🍎. A little bitterness, but it goes down smoothly and easily 😍. Not too sweet, this is good 🍶. I'll let it sit for a bit and see how it changes 😋.

3.11 I am thankful that people who were affected by the disaster and those who are still evacuated are able to spend their days in peace☺. Today I bought a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen at Saito-san ‼️ The aroma is sweet and fresh. A little tangy as if it were fresh, with a soft sweetness 🍎🍏 that spreads on the palate. Moderately refreshing aftertaste🙆. Very tasty😃.

Thanks for the good drink... It smells like ripe tropical fruit. It has a pineapple and mango skin taste... it's like Popeau all together 😚. Thick and thick... aromatic, rich and fruity, with a hint of malted rice flavor, and a slight saltiness in the aftertaste, like a hidden taste. Chicken shiranyu and leek dumplings. I like the texture of Sano ramen-like handmade noodles with high water content. The sweetness of vegetables and the mild potage-like thickness. I drank up all the soup 😋.

First time? I got some Mimuro cedar. I was curious about it because of all the good reviews☺. The aroma is moderately fruity 🍎. I drank it and it was still fruity 🍎? 🍈? It has a good balance of moderate sweetness and refreshing sourness. It is not too strong and refreshing, so you can drink more and more ❗ Well, I bought a fridge and it can only hold 9 bottles of four-packs, but I'm looking forward to my next purchase 😂.
