However, the mild gassiness kept it from spewing out 😄.
The aroma of the just-opened bottle has a nice, gentle, sweet smell. Slightly lees-like.
The first sip has a mild sweetness that spreads with a fine gasiness. After that, a light acidity emerges, and the lingering sweetness and slight bitterness remind one of grapefruit.
The lingering taste is long despite the low alcohol content 😍. たけるパパThe aroma when the bottle is opened is a fragrant, calm ginjo aroma.
It is fire-aged, but this time it is served cold.
The first sip is different from the low-alcohol one, with a sweetness spreading in the mouth, followed by a moderate acidity, richness, and sharpness, and finally the bitterness comes as an accent. The sense of alcohol is strongly felt.
It may be a little difficult to drink for me, who likes sweet sake, but I find it tasty.
The alcohol content is 16 degrees.

From the moment it is poured, it has a fruity aroma.
The first sip is mild and thick.

Every time I twist the screw a little, it starts to overflow... open... close.... I finally opened the bottle after a few minutes of opening it with my palms turning red 😣.
The aroma is subdued, but it has a refreshing apple-like flavor, faintly similar to that of an Olin. Along with the aroma, a subtle sweetness and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth. It is quite sharp for a junmai daiginjo. While savoring the fullness of flavor and moderate sharpness, we enjoyed it with a retort curry we got as a souvenir. ポンちゃんGood evening, Kotori-san 🦉.

I once spewed Sawa-hime's nikoli zakka all over the place, making the kitchen sticky and traumatized 😣 but I was too forceful 😆 The next day it blended in and the whole place looked calm but not sweet... 🙄... 🙄. 
ことりThe label is stylish, as if it was designed for the overseas market. There are also white yeast rice, banana, etc., which I am curious about...
From the gentle aroma of pears and apples, the sweet and sour 🍓🍒 fruitiness fills the mouth 🥰 It has a strong sweetness, but the light sake quality and acidity stand out and neutralize it well.
The finish is wonderfully balanced between cute and refreshing. With its silky gasiness, this is a sake that you should not drink too much of, just like a juice.

It's called "Aromatic Suzumizu Sake" and it's very aptly named and served chilled 🤗.

I too enjoyed the 2nd and 3rd day so much 😋💕. ことりGood morning, Tsubu 🐥The aroma is unique... I was scared by the strong lactic acid aroma, like homemade mixi (like rice yogurt made with raw sweet potatoes) 😱, but I prefer it to settle down after a day and drink it over 4 days 😋. 
ことりIt is a junmai ginjo brewed with "Yamadanishiki" produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is grown under contract.
The aroma is soft and gorgeous, similar to that of pineapple or apple, and the mild, slowly spreading, strong sweetness and umami...followed by a hint of bitterness.
The crisp gassiness that is only possible with fresh sake can still be felt the next day, with a slightly subdued rice flavor and subtle hints of apricot and plum.
