One of the bottles I bought because it was uploaded as being in stock at Saito-san 😄.
Collaboration between Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Tobiran no Mori Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the Noto earthquake and tsunami! If we can support them even a little☺.
Now, about the sake, the owner told me that it has a sweeter, more Tobiraman flavor compared to the Tanisen original, and he was right 😂.
I'll take the sake as "Hiran" 🙏.
The aroma is sweet. The mouthfeel is also soft pear? I can feel the soft sweetness 👍.
Not too sweet, but with a light sourness that is easy to drink and does not linger 👍Yes, it is delicious.
I think it is a well-balanced sake that can be drunk alone or with food 😆.
Next time, I would like to try TANISEN original label! ヤスサケTochigi sake for the first time in a while 🍶.
When I went to Saito-san, I found a prototype of Chuai-san's Prototype? Prototype!
I was curious and bought it.
I had an impression that Chuaai-san was quite sweet and glamorous, but...,
This one was light and refreshing 😃.
The aroma was slight, and it was a little spicy after drinking it. But there is sweetness too. I didn't feel any sourness, and there is a slight bitterness, but it comes off refreshingly.
The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so you can easily drink it as a food sake 😄.

The rice used is Yamagata Prefecture's Yamashu No. 4 sake rice.
When opened, the aroma is light with a faint 🍐 feeling.
Taking a sip, the matured sweetness and roundness first spreads on the tongue.
When swallowed, it has a slight sourness, but at the same time the bitterness and astringency stand out. The bitterness lingers as an aftertaste. The quality of the sake is light, as is typical of Niigata Prefecture.
The sweetness in the mouth is to the taste. It has a bitter taste that goes down the throat, making it a good choice as a mid-meal sake.

Nobby picked up a bottle by accident and got hooked on it, and kino. recommended it to us, so this is our 5th bottle 👍.
We went for a walk as I wrote in Urasato, got some sashimi at Asanoya, took a bath, and then got ready to drink for dinner 😊.

Jaye had a citrus 🍊 aroma and bitterness, and Nobby had the dry taste that went in like water 👍Noby kept repeating "I love Sanzenmori" more times than I know how many times while drinking 😊The pressure of Sanzenmori love is amazing😅.
Asanoya's sashimi and grilled fish! It's the perfect food sake that complements any meal 😙.

Everything was really good, but it's a matter of personal preference, with Jay preferring the Chokaizan and Nobby the Sanzenmori!

The specifications are as follows: unfiltered, unfiltered, fire-aged.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is slightly fruity, with a hint of lychee.
In the mouth, it has a rich fruitiness. The sweetness that reminds one of 🍇 and 🍐 spreads in the mouth.
The refreshing acidity, typical of Senkyoku, is delicate.
The sweetness wraps around the bitterness that spreads after the acidity, and the bitterness is not sharp; the bitterness and sweetness blend together, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
Light, fresh and delicious 🍶, it can be drunk with gusto.

When the bottle is opened, it has an aromatic sweetness.
When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous and round sweetness of the rice spreads in your mouth. The rich sweetness lingers in the mouth, followed by a slight sourness and a slight bitterness that finishes the palate cleanly, without being overpowered by sweetness.
You can enjoy the sake face to face without pairing. Delicious.
The sweetness is more rounded and tasty after a few days of drinking after opening the bottle 😆.

By the way, this past weekend. We were walking in the forest where we usually walk when we noticed a child running energetically. He was just an ordinary kid, but even after he passed by, something was bothering me...I wondered why 🤔 and thought back to the T-shirt he was wearing with an orange pattern on it that looked like [Hakuryu's autumn rise]...I get it! It was because it was linked to autumn sake 🍁! I was strangely convinced😊.

It's one of the things I enjoy about Abechan, that different lots have different degrees and flavors 🤗.

The aroma is mild citrusy ☺️
The first sip is a strange sensation 😳It has a gentle mouthfeel, but it's also very satisfying, with the delicious juiciness of Omachi, but with a crisp, dry finish😙.
It has a unique taste, and I wondered what it was 🤔 and looked on the back of the label and found "Amezan groundwater (hardness 150)"! I see that this is what you mean by minerality😊I guess that means our taste buds are growing up too⁉️ really know what they're talking about 😆.

The first sip is a bit like a sip of Oumachi! As you drink it, the crisp flavor spreads out 😋 and as you drink it, the crispness changes to a fluffy, elegant flavor 😚 It's a good all-around taste with a good mouthfeel. ☺️
However...the drinking speed was slow for J&N that day😅I left about 3cm and finished it 😶.
And the next morning☀️, I wondered how much I left yesterday. And when I opened the fridge...hmmm...no ⁉️ Tamitsu 😳
