First time to drink "Hiran" and we are going to drink a lot during the year-end and New Year's holidays 🤗. Thank you all for your support this year 🎍. It has a light sweet and sour taste reminiscent of pineapple 🏝️ with a slight hint of coconut? It's also slightly coconutty 🙄It has a nice slightly carbonated mouthfeel and a soft bitter aftertaste.

We have had Ozeyuki for a long time! It's light nigori, so it's not cloudy, but it has a strong presence✨. Taste, The aroma is a little fresh and fruity ✨. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the aroma is very fruity! As described on the label, it's a melon melon ✨ that spreads in the mouth. The sweetness spreads in a full-bodied way, but it finishes with a gentle aftertaste with a hint of acidity 😂. It's been a while since I've had an Ozeyuki, and I enjoyed it very much ❕. Ozeyuki indeed👍 ...oh, Gunma sake at 200 in... 😱 Just because there was no Tochigi sake, doesn't change my love for Tochigi 😆.

We will have it again this year, Shiroginkai🌊 by Kangiku. I had been putting it to sleep for a while. Now, the taste, Did I let it sit for too long? Too much yeast? First time in a long time to drink a packet of wine! Here's what I got from one of the many varieties ✨ Gohyakumangoku! How does it taste? The aroma was fresh and gassy from the first sip! The mouthfeel is also gassy, with a fruity freshness and a rich sweetness that spreads from the beginning. The finish is fresh and clean as if freshly squeezed 😂. This is delicious 💯. It was recommended to consume it as soon as possible, so I had to empty it as soon as possible! My fridge is getting bountiful and I look forward to it every day 😄.

Third bottle I drank last weekend😊. It's been a while since I drank at home again😅The last time I drank at home was last June, so it's been about a year and a half since I've had Masayo. ‼️ One week ago on this day, Otani exploded ⚾️ with his pitching and hitting 💥 in the legendary game 🥹 that decided the WS appearance! 🏆In his MVP interview, he said "Please drink good sake today🤗" which sounded like "Please drink, Masayo-san" to us 😄It's been a long time since you've been here‼️ In the Sake-no-Wa review, there was talk of it being light and light, and at 14.5 degrees, it was perfect for the third bottle of rehab! It was over the 2,000 yen barrier 😰, but since Honkin was cheap 🤭, the two bottles together were just right 🤭. I'll make love to you The aroma is fresh and grapey 😌. The series of long time no see series continues😅! It's been about two and a half years since I've had a bottle of Motokin-san's home brew since I got it on my Nagano sake trip! Since it's the second bottle for rehabilitation, we thought it would be nice to have a lighter one 😙, so we chose this one 🤗It's a nice bottle with a light price too 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌 and when you take a sip, you'll see it's another Ambassa type with a strong sweetness 😋. It's quite sweet, but it has a nice acidity that covers the sweetness 😙 It's a low alcohol sake at 13 degrees, so it's perfect for rehabilitative drinking as I was aiming for 😄. By the way, it was Nobby's birthday 🎂 over a week ago 🥲 on Sunday, October 12! We had planned to get together at Ichikawa that day and celebrate 🎊 with everyone, but... as I mentioned in my previous post, Nobby got sick from the previous Thursday and we had to give up 😓, and from Friday night Jay had the same symptoms😱. Neither of them had corona or flu, but it was like something was sitting in the back of their nose and throat and making them cough 😩. But it was my birthday and I had to cheer myself up ‼️ so I took out the "Unaju" for lunch that day🤗. I also bought a cake while I went to pick it up, and we celebrated with coffee☕&cake🍰 after lunch without alcohol🥹.

I had put it on my shopping list for Novy after reading your review 😁 but it was sold out at a few liquor stores 😢 I was about to give up for this season 😩 when I was looking at the fridge at a liquor store a little further away.... There was only 2 bottles left, but I got it in a hurry ‼️ I was going to drink it 😅at first, but then I saw on Sakewa that it was Sake Day, so I decided to open a bottle of Yamasan Spark that I had been keeping in the fridge 🤗! I've been in sakewa for 5 years now. I've been drinking sake for 5 years now and every year I forget about "Sake Day" 😓. I'll make love to you now ♬The expectations are high as it's poured into a Riedel glass 😊. The aroma is fresh and citrusy 😌. The first sip of this wine is a bit of a surprise, and the flavor spreads to a fresh acidity! The bitter taste is then released 😋. In the Sake-no-wa report, Ymdaz said that the balance was improved by letting it sit for a day, and Kotaro also said that he felt a Mori🧐-like flavor. We too were like, "Should we stop and put a lid on it now?" "Hmm? I'm drinking it now, so it's the last one. ⁉️" Yes~. J&N can't adjust their drinking speed 😆.

I chose Honkin from the Nunoya Honkin Sake Brewery in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture, a sake I had never tried before, which I was taken to the Saito Sake Shop when I visited the Nasu area. The production date was 0707. The rice used is 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. Rice polishing ratio is 55%. Alcohol level is 16 degrees Celsius Heated in a bottle Sake strength is +3 with a slightly dry taste and a clean finish. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is gentle and calm, with citrusy tones like lime and tangerine, and a slight floral coolness. After a while, the sweetness of steamed rice, typical of Omachi, wafts softly through the air. When poured into the sake cup, it has a very light golden color and is light and refreshing. When you take a sip, you will feel a soft sweetness with a calm mouthfeel. The richness and fullness of Omachi's typical umami spreads out gradually. It has a good balance between a grain-like puffiness and a hint of sweetness, and the lingering aftertaste of calm acidity and bitterness makes it a perfect food sake.
