Junmai Ginjo Aratame Black.
Perhaps due to a cold, the fruitiness was not so strong.
and a strong lactic acidity.
It is so fizzy that you would think it was sparkling.
I've been curious about this Abe-san for a long time and finally got to drink it.
It has a refreshing sweetness like muscat and finishes nicely with a tangy spiciness in the second half.
It is fire-aged, but you can also feel the gasiness.
It was a refreshing and easy to drink sake.
Abe Summer Sake Tank #2.
This is the first Abe summer sake we have had in two years. Tank No. 2 follows the original recipe for summer sake, using Gohyakumangoku for koji rice and Koshibuki for kakemai rice.
It has a slightly yellowish hue that contrasts vividly with the refreshing light blue of the label. It has a refreshing heady aroma with citrus nuances, and its characteristic acidity stands out in comparison to the mild sweetness.
The overall impression is dry, but this is enhanced by a firm bitterness on the finish.
The acidity makes it an excellent match for fresh Camembert cheese!
Shunyo is a fantastic rice that has been repeatedly tested and brewed. The new sparkling sake "DENEB" was born from Abe Sake Brewery's serious efforts to deal with such rice.
I thought I was being careful when I uncorked this sparkling sake, but it turned out to be a bit 💦.
I was angry with my master 😢.
The smell is fresh, youthful and fruity!
As mentioned in the description, it has a touch of muscateliness.
Somehow the image is the same as Abe-san's sake made with Raku-fu-mai?
The taste is completely different, quite refreshing, with umami and some acidity.
Low alcohol, crown tailoring, and 500ml means that one person can finish a bottle 🍶.
Thanks for the treat!

Mild aroma
Slight bubbles.
The first sip has a gentle sweetness and a piquancy, which quickly fades away.
It has acidity.
It has a sourness. It is not punchy, but good with food.
It's good with food.
★★★★
Sweet and sour and refreshing on the palate.
The flavor expands a little bit, but remains cohesive in a very good balance, and then moves on to the aftertaste.
The palate is light but firm.

I love you all! It's Abe.
Abbe Blue, it's summer sake.
Speaking of Abe, the image of sake is that it is alive and well in the bottle, but this time it is fire-brewed.
I have never had fire-brewed Abe, so I bought it out of curiosity to see what it would be like.
The aroma is mild. The aroma is slightly sweet and refreshing, like that of ramune.
When you drink it, it is exactly like a ramune. The refreshing flavor runs through, with a hint of rice flavor at the back.
However, the flavor flows smoothly.
It is literally a refreshing seasonal sake, as it claims to be a summer sake.
To be honest, the flavor is quite similar to the Garakudai no Hiyori I had the other day, but I feel the axis of the sake as Abe.
If you are interested in a refreshing and crisp Abe that is different from the usual oriki (oily) and tangy Abe, please check it out.
A personal candidate for the summer sake championship.
It is not flashy, but it is so well-balanced that you can drink it forever with a slight gaseous taste.
Yum!
