It's been a long time since I've had a black cow❗
I went to Saito-san over the weekend and found Kurogyu (Kurogyu 🐃) for the first time in a long time, and it was a Junmai Ginjo from Omachi, raw 😲!
I'll have it right away 🙏.
The aroma is gorgeous when poured into a glass.
In the mouth, it smells like grapes or lychee? Like lychee? Fruity sweetness spreads. It is not too strong, but has a slight sourness and a bit of bitterness on the palate, but it is very refreshing.
It's good enough to drink alone. ⤴️
It would be great with black wagyu beef 😃.

I had an image that Kurogyu is high in alcohol content and doshy 😅 but this one seems to be able to go on its own 🤗.

It's definitely higher in alcohol content and weight, but I'm not that bothered by it (can't tell) 😆.
I'm sure it would be better with meat dishes 🆗, but on its own ❕.
