First of all, the label looks like a beautiful landscape painting! It looks more like a wine than a sake 😊.

The first sip has a juicy mouthfeel with a rush of umami, followed by a lemon water-like taste with a lot of umami that soaks into your body 😊The acidity of the white rice and the umami of the rice are pleasantly light and gassy, with a clear and clean aftertaste 😌.
The light and delicious taste made the cup go down like a shooting star 🌠 in the blink of an eye 🥹.
I found out that the target audience for this brand, which is not Hiragana "Abe", is "women in their 20s and 30s who have not been exposed to sake" 🤔...hmm ⁉️ I'll tell them that sake lovers in their 50s are also in their target audience 😆 ‼️

Oh, and since you drink so fast 😅 you might absorb it too fast 🤣. ことりIt has a light flavor reminiscent of transparent green apple or mango. The soft sweet and sour taste in the mouth, with a hint of whey, has a lingering bitterness similar to that of the seeds of green plums.
The next day, it mellows out and becomes slightly darker.
There is also a hint of a flavor reminiscent of canned mandarin oranges 😋.

I feel like I've gone from an enka singer to an anime voice actor 😁.
Narukami is said to be a Yamato word meaning "thunder". I felt a connection with Masayo because this sake is served in Utsunomiya, which is also called the "thunder capital" because it has the highest number of thunderstorms in Japan during the summer.
This is a commercialized version of the 2nd test brew that was well received and is said to be dry 🤔.

Yamasan‼️ found a nice sake! It's cold, so I guess it's good to warm up sake 🤗. ことりIt was shipped in November, but it still had a ripe pineapple flavor. In addition, it has a rich koji aroma. It has a slight chilli aroma. There is also a slight saltiness and cocoa taste, as if a little salt was added to the chocolate.
I would go for it on its own...

ことりThe natural lactobacillus brewing process is said to be the Koei Kiku style of nama motsukuri.
The freshly opened flavor is soft and refreshing raisin. I think I may have left it in the refrigerator too long. It has the same characteristic sourness, concentrated sweetness, and umami that you find in dried fruits. When I bought it, the introduction said, "Don't rush and enjoy it slowly..." So I have been enjoying it every night a little bit like a dessert wine, and the bitter cocoa taste has turned into a dense flavor reminiscent of chocolate. The taste was similar to that of orange peel chocolate, with a hint of bitterness and a hint of salt added as a hidden flavor.

When you take a sip, the bitterness comes after the sourness and sweetness. This bitterness combined with the aroma gives it a citrusy freshness 🤗.
But maybe my expectations were too high 😅I didn't feel the freshness 🍊 that I felt so much last time, but this time I don't feel it so much and it seems to leave a bit of a heavy feeling 🤔.

Everyone said it was better to let it sit for a day, so I drank about 40% of it and brought it over!

Hmmm...I knew the aroma was more pronounced here! It's a citrusy aroma 😌.
I was worried that the sweetness would become too strong, but maybe it's because of the glass, but it tastes better after a few days and goes down much easier!
I guess it's better to drink a well-balanced sake with just the right amount of flavor changes than a series of nigori sake!

Unfortunately, the Abesan💛 we were looking for was sold out 😫, so we bought another Abesan, a Yamasan that is only available here, and a Masayo that is dry, and we wanted a drier one, so we got this one with a sake strength of +12-13👍.
We only bought 4 bottles here and went to the next liquor store 🚙The 4th picture is the purchases of the day ‼️, a little different lineup from usual, right 🤗.
And the Tsumami of the day was Asanoya's Tuna Sashimi 😍It's a dry sake to go with this 😋.
So this is the first Sanzenmori I just bought! It's Michisakari, not Sanzenmori 😊.
