I had been looking forward to this day since August when I started planning my itinerary! Last year's Kyushu trip was hit by a typhoon 🌀 and we had to change the itinerary, but it looks like we'll be fine this time👍.

The sake is smooth and wet with a hint of koji? Mushroom? The taste of the outer white part of Camembert cheese? ...Is this the taste of rice? When opened, it gives the impression of being a bit dry, and the sourness is a bit acrid...I can't take the tinny feeling and look forward to the next day.
Gradually, the aroma became milder, and the flavor of rice began to come through. The flavor of rice, umami, fruitiness, sweet and sour, etc. gradually became more cohesive. You can feel the grain. Gentle sweetness and refreshing spiciness spreads. It tastes more like a classic. It also has umami.

I had never seen it before, but for some reason I picked it up 👍.
I didn't even know it was called Saga, but it's 100% Sagabiyori sake: ‼️
Yes, this one has a calm aroma and a fresh umami flavor that spreads out☺️ with a good balance with the acidity, this is delicious 😋.
It's not too sweet, and I think it's my favorite out of the three in the J&N rating 😍But the first one I opened was Akabu 😅.
It was an interesting comparison of the sweetness of the three bottles, as the sweetness gradually became more moderate from Kangiku to Akabu to Kibotsuru 🤗.

On Saturday, J&N two of us went to a place called "Wakatake no Mori", a place known for its bamboo forest🎋 ❗️
I've lived in Utsunomiya for 23 years, and I never knew there was a vast bamboo forest 🎋 so close by 😳It is lit up at night 💡 and is used for TV shooting 😄 There were cars with license plates from other prefectures, so it was quite crowded 🤗.
We enjoyed different types of scenery in a 30-minute walk 🥹.
When I entered the deep bamboo forest, I felt as if I was sucked into another world 🫠. TakashiMr. J&N

I've had 5 bottles of Akabu so far 😋 and the last time I drank it at home was last September 15😳.
It's been over a year since we last drank at home, beyond 8 months for Kangiku👍.

I've been holding off on buying Kangiku because of its sweetness😅I haven't had it at home in about 8 months since I drank Hakuginkai at the Nigori Festival in January this year🤗.
I've seen a few reviews saying it's not too sweet, so I think I'll be able to enjoy this one 🎵.

Yup...it's a sweet fruit flavor! It smells like sweet fruit 😌.
The light fizz and fresh sweetness make it easy to drink 😄The acidity in the aftertaste rounds it out and gives it a nice sharpness 👍.
As I continue to drink it, it tastes good but the sweetness is getting stronger 🤔I guess it's a matter of taste, but I can't kill it all at once 😅.

Actually, Sono Kangiku is the sake I'm aiming for in my round-the-Japan conquest, but it still seems to be a sweet sake 😀.

I don't think it has much of an aroma.
The first sip has a gentle sweetness ☺️, but the aftertaste is clean and zingy with a touch of bitterness, so it's a very well-balanced sake that keeps you going with each sip 😋.
