Sake made with sake in the final stage of "tome-brewing" where the raw materials are put in. It has a thick, glossy, rich, sweet taste. It has a very slight scent of whey, umami, and a refreshing, full-bodied sweetness similar to ripe white grapes or tangerine honey. The lingering bitterness on the tongue is also gentle... Cute, luxurious, and intoxicating.

It's smooth and glossy, with a sweet, dark flavor like the top of yogurt with some added gumshiro 😳. The lactic aroma is quite lactic, combined with the alu aroma. I was surprised by the aroma and the sweetness, so I was not very careful on the first day... 😔. It is sweet and thick enough to be a good dessert sake, so let's enjoy it over the next few days while enjoying the changes in flavor.

It is a junmai ginjo brewed with "Yamadanishiki" produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is grown under contract. The aroma is soft and gorgeous, similar to that of pineapple or apple, and the mild, slowly spreading, strong sweetness and umami...followed by a hint of bitterness. The crisp gassiness that is only possible with fresh sake can still be felt the next day, with a slightly subdued rice flavor and subtle hints of apricot and plum. I've been drinking all through the GW period 😅I had to rest my liver for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday 😑. And the one I've been waiting for on Friday ‼️ was the one recommended by kino. and also drunk by bouken 🤗Sansenzori's fragrant Shiboritate. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally managed to get my hands on it during a long-distance 🚙 izakaya tour the other day👍. I'll make love to you with delicious sashimi from Asanoya I'll love it with Asanoya's delicious sashimi! I love it ♬! It's fruity 🍎🍏 and fragrant 👌 and bouken is right, it's sharp and spicy with a hint of sweetness 😍If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "ummai" 😚. I can't tell you how many times I've said it's good 😁Yeah, Sanzenmori is the best 🥹. Let's continue our GW Mashiko stroll! On the way to Mashiko station, we found Okada Sake Brewery ‼️ and peeked inside to find a fridge full of Nozomosan 😍The owner's wife came out and started tasting the sake, saying "Even if I explain it with my mouth, you won't understand unless you drink it". I knew I couldn't leave empty-handed after drinking so much 🤔I knew I could only buy Sanbana at Sotaike Shuzo, so I got Nozomu's Miyamanishiki, which the wife said was dry 👍and went back to Sotaike.

Purchased at Saito's last month! Maruhi's limited edition from Mr. Hachiro Huraisen, who gave it to me before! I bought it. I felt the acidity of the Hakucho very much, but this one........ It's still acid 😂 from the aroma 😂. But very mild mouthfeel, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of white wine✨. I can't drink wine because it doesn't go well with it, but this one is delicious 💪.

I came across this one at Saito Sake Shop, which I visited in search of Abe-chan💚! The red string on the label, which is the mark of the last bottle, and the words "Super limited light nigori" caught my attention 🤩 without any prior information input 😅I picked it up with no doubt 🤗. I'm sure you'll love it 😌. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity and smells like something I've smelled before 🤔 but I don't know what it is. When you take a bite, it's juicy and sweet 😋Sweet, but refreshing and delicious ☺️ And what did we have with us on this day? My daughter, who came back from Ichikawa with me, brought a takoyaki plate and we had a 🐙takopa🌕🥳‼️ We're not used to this 😅Noby prepared all the ingredients and the three of us had a lot of fun working together🤗. The first one was a la la la, but it started to take shape and it was good👍The second one had kimchi, cheese, and other ingredients, and we even had fun making a baked Neapolitan in the holes we left 😄. I named it "Yapori" (baked Napoli) and it was really delicious 😋. We had a delicious dinner at Wakamusume with takoyaki and yapori ‼️ both were fun and tasty 😊.

It's been a long time since I've had a black cow❗ I went to Saito-san over the weekend and found Kurogyu (Kurogyu 🐃) for the first time in a long time, and it was a Junmai Ginjo from Omachi, raw 😲! I'll have it right away 🙏. The aroma is gorgeous when poured into a glass. In the mouth, it smells like grapes or lychee? Like lychee? Fruity sweetness spreads. It is not too strong, but has a slight sourness and a bit of bitterness on the palate, but it is very refreshing. It's good enough to drink alone. ⤴️ It would be great with black wagyu beef 😃.

THE ARANAMI, made only in years when the rice does not melt, is said to be dry and sharp...but it has a slightly sweet and fruity mouthfeel with a hint of lychee and muscat. First time? I got some Mimuro cedar. I was curious about it because of all the good reviews☺. The aroma is moderately fruity 🍎. I drank it and it was still fruity 🍎? 🍈? It has a good balance of moderate sweetness and refreshing sourness. I thought, "Let's have a light drink! And we chose this 12 degrees low alcohol drink! Mr. Abe 🤗 First of all, the label looks like a beautiful landscape painting! It looks more like a wine than a sake 😊. I'll make love to you The first sip has a juicy mouthfeel with a rush of umami, followed by a lemon water-like taste with a lot of umami that soaks into your body 😊The acidity of the white rice and the umami of the rice are pleasantly light and gassy, with a clear and clean aftertaste 😌. The light and delicious taste made the cup go down like a shooting star 🌠 in the blink of an eye 🥹. I found out that the target audience for this brand, which is not Hiragana "Abe", is "women in their 20s and 30s who have not been exposed to sake" 🤔...hmm ⁉️ I'll tell them that sake lovers in their 50s are also in their target audience 😆 ‼️ No - but abe is all good 😋. [Celestial Uncle 🔭Jay's Trivia Corner Regulus is a first magnitude star 🌟 in the constellation Leo, and is actually the faintest of the 21 first magnitude stars in the entire sky😅.
