Kenkunichi Junmai Usu Nigori Nama
Rating 4.4
Rice : Sasanishiki, Polishing ratio : 60%, Alcohol content : 16
Sasanishiki, a representative rice of Miyagi Prefecture with an elegant and delicate flavor, is polished to 60%. It is brewed with newly harvested rice, which gives the best taste. Fresh and crisp taste only available now.
Fresh melon aroma. Lightly cloudy and smooth. A food sake with a thick body. The acidity is also effective and has a nice sharpness.
A company year-end party and farewell party, all-you-can-drink sake course. There was no sake menu, so I consulted with the waiter and asked him to serve me some.
The third sake. I don't remember if it was cloudy or not.
The aroma is clean and fruity.
Slightly gassy with a rounded mouthfeel
Soft sweetness spreads,
A little bitterness appears in the second half of the bottle,
and disappears with a light touch.

It has good acidity, umami, and although weak, sweetness, and is well balanced. The umami taste lingers in the aftertaste.

Second repeat sake this season🍶.
The label says that Meiji rice (Aikoku) has been restored. Thanks to the extraordinary passion, sweat and Japanese earth 🙏.
Too delicious and happy~! 😊✨
I bought this souvenir on my recent trip to Sendai, a new sake from Kenkunichi, which I fell in love with during an all-you-can-drink event at the Zimauma Sake Shop.
I bought it at Mutou Sake Shop, located on the same floor â
Sendai Station has both a bar and a liquor store, which is crazy convenient! I really appreciate being able to casually stop by in the station ✨.
The freshly opened bottle of Kenkun Ichi was fresh and gorgeous, with a slightly fizzy taste.
But it has a sharpness that makes it dangerous to drink too much.
Today I stopped at my usual 120ml, but it still gets me drunk 🍶✨.
The snack was a vinegared blue fish, myoga and dried bonito flakes with soy sauce. It goes well with sake.
