A souvenir I bought on a trip to Yamagata. I'm drinking it while remembering the trip. I was healed by watching jellyfish🪼 at the aquarium. After returning home, I am healed in a good mood by the Yamagata limited flight. I drank it while feeling the fruity, juicy flavor and freshness.

A souvenir from my trip to Akita, at Sugakyu Shoten near Eiraku Shokudo. Akita's local sake festival. I was attracted by the No. 6 yeast, so I went ahead and bought one. As is typical of yeast No. 6, the sake had a sour taste. The next day it was mellower and tastier. It reminded me of the tuna, musuko and tarako I had at the Akita market. ☺️

The closing of Eiraku Restaurant is still Shinsei 6️⃣. We had a great time drinking for 3 hours. We decided to finish with Shinsei 6️⃣ from NEXT5. I am sure of it. I would like to go there again.

Continued at Eiraku Shokudo. Still with Akita sake. In the hot summer, I hoped it would cool me down. It was refreshing in summer. ☺️ Come to think of it, I haven't eaten iburigakko since I came to Akita 😆.

At Eiraku Restaurant, Akita, Japan. It was a Friday, and the place was packed. Without a reservation, it was impossible to get in even if you waited. I decided to try the Shinsei Tangerine, which I had never had before, just because I was in Akita. Aaahhh, was it citrusy, I forget. I want to drink it again!

Hi Jay & Nobby. Please go to Eiraku Shokudo - I'm sure you'll love it. They don't accept reservations if it's too early, but I think I could make a reservation 2 months in advance. they are open from 4:30pm, so that time is free 😆. Just good enough for me already 😆.

After returning from my trip to Yamagata, I am in a good mood to drink the sake I bought to drink during my trip to Yamagata. I drank it with that as the source of my joy, remembering the Ginzan hot spring I visited on my trip, and it was gone in no time 😆.

Tendo Onsen version. At the hotel lounge. Since it was all-you-can-drink, we drank after the onsen, including wine🍷. We were able to enjoy the melted snow water of Gassan with sake 😋.
