As my stomach was being filled with the gentle warmth of the cloud noodles, the cold and piquant life force of the "Seven Farm Breweries" jumped into the air~. ¡──O (≧∇≦)O────♪
This is not a sake, but a "carbonated drink of the energy of rice ear"! At the moment of opening the bottle, I felt the spirit of rice was about to jump out of the bottle. The bubbles that popped in my mouth were full of vitality, as if the rice in the seven fields were celebrating their life right now!
The price was understandable, considering that "Nananouzou" includes the cost of the stories of the seven fields. I am glad I splurged! Every time I drink it, I feel a little bit better about myself 😋.

Nagano trip.

Continuing with my Kyushu business trip souvenirs.
After my health checkup, I am looking forward to my business trip and paying a visit to the sake store.
It is fruity and has a delicious flavor of Omachi-like rice, but with a good balance of acidity and sharpness, making it easy to drink. It is soothing. ☺️

I bought it at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Hakata Station as a souvenir from my business trip to Kyushu. They were having a corner bar, but I didn't have time before my flight, so I gave up. I came back with a bottle of Yuni ton by Shichiyou Sake Brewery, which I had been curious about.
It is a low alcohol (13 degrees), slightly effervescent, with a grapefruit-like acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😋.
Delicious!
I recommend it to all sake drinkers.
