I bought a bottle of Morai at Shin-Aomori station for the New Year. This year, I am going to try anything and everything. I am going to challenge myself in the changing times. First of all, I will try sake and grow 🤭. It is a new sake, fresh and you can feel the sweetness the moment you drink it. Life is not that sweet 😆.

Happy New Year! I had leftover Kinkame that I drank with Nanoha-san and Kusatsu in December, so I will have it on New Year's Day. I will start this year with Kinkame, which is a good omen. ▶️ Cheers to good health 🍶. It's been more than 2 weeks since Kusatsu, but it's mellow. I'm going to be unhealthy 🤭. Let's make it a drunken year 🤗

For the last sake of 2024, I decided to go with Sentori because of my local love ❤️. It was slightly effervescent, crisp, and refreshing! It was so refreshing that it was too refreshing. It was a good sake with a refreshing aftertaste for the end of the year. Let's cherish the good things, not the new things, not the old things, but the good things.

At the year-end party with Nanoha-san. We drank as much as we could and forgot to take pictures of the drinks. I'll upload a photo of Kakujoshokudo's Kaisen-don at lunchtime. LOL!

On a business trip to Aomori. When I boarded the Shinkansen, it happened to be celebrating the grand opening of "Fantasy Springs," the new theme port of Tokyo DisneySea®, featuring characters from the three Disney films "Anna and the Snow Queen," "Rapunzel in the Tower," and "Peter Pan. It was a special vehicle -. We were lucky🤞. And the first brand in Aomori. It's a sake that goes well with fish🐟 and I never get tired of drinking it!

Nanoha and I finished Mizusawa udon on the way to Kusatsu Onsen. Then, we had our first Ten Frog. When we tried to open the bottle at Kusatsu Onsen, we struggled with the stopper for about 30 minutes. They did not let me drink it so easily. I drank it, and what a surprise! I was so happy. We had a private bath and it was another memorial. Thank you Nanoha-san.

We changed the location in front of Hiroshima Station for the second restaurant. Sake & Snacks Tsumugi. We drank a cup of sake while eating oden. The aroma is mild, and although you can taste the fullness of the flavor in your mouth for a moment, the aftertaste quickly fades away.

Continuing with izakaya🏮 near Hiroshima Station. Finally, I got to Hiroshima's local sake and am enjoying it. It is fresh and lush, with a gently sweet rice aroma. The palate is tangy and gassy with a crisp citrus acidity. Delicious 😋.

Continue at Izakaya🏮 near Hiroshima Station. We were lured by the new sake. The thin layer of oriki (rice cakes) in the bottle shows that the sake was bottled as it was pressed. The grape-like aroma that spreads along with a slight gaseous sensation and burst of gas is also very enjoyable.
