I got this from a colleague who went to Kusatsu Onsen ♨️
This is 🍶 the drinking yubatake! The nigari no toromi is like the hot steam coming out of the hot spring, and when it's cold, it soaks into your body and soul...!
The sake whispers to me, "I don't need any more heavy snacks..." With this calmness, I don't need anything else.
After the 🥢 handmade chigere noodles 🥢 from Shirakawa run through your mouth, you will feel this gentle nigori, like a soft, mellow coating of rice! It is a 🌾 "carbohydrate concerto" of rice and noodles!
The moment you open the cork, you will feel the gas rush into your mouth as if to say, "I've been waiting for this! The moment you open the bottle, you will feel the gas that rushes into your mouth.
After the sweetness spreads, the crisp acidity and dry bitterness quickly reset your tongue! I applaud this brilliant pull-out. It doesn't linger, so you can't help but fall into an endless loop of "one more! I am addicted to the endless loop of "one more!
As my stomach was being filled with the gentle warmth of the cloud noodles, the cold and piquant life force of the "Seven Farm Breweries" jumped into the air~. ¡──O (≧∇≦)O────♪
This is not a sake, but a "carbonated drink of the energy of rice ear"! At the moment of opening the bottle, I felt the spirit of rice was about to jump out of the bottle. The bubbles that popped in my mouth were full of vitality, as if the rice in the seven fields were celebrating their life right now!
The price was understandable, considering that "Nananouzou" includes the cost of the stories of the seven fields. I am glad I splurged! Every time I drink it, I feel a little bit better about myself 😋.
I was attracted to the assemblage and invited it to my home~. Combinations are infinite ♾️. Sake is infinite~. I haven't had enough to drink yet lol😆😆.
SENKYO-sama was drunk at home after a long time since I turned around, returned to Edo, and went back to my hometown. It has a good balance of acidity and is light and easy to drink~!
Souvenirs I bought on my trip to Nagano.
On the way home, I stopped by Yamanobe Winery🍷 and went to Utsukushigahara Highland Museum of Art, where I found ⛄️ a trail of rain.
When I got home 🏠, I ran out of 🍶🍷 and got drunk.
Nagano travel section.
From Kaminoyamada Onsen to Sakai Meikyo. We ate Soba and had a light drink.
Great atmosphere, great drinks 😃.
The next day, we went sightseeing in the terraced rice fields in Yasuyasute.
Maybe it was the wrong time of the year...
Good evening, Mr. Higu 😃.
Sorry for the late response. I knew the name of this Masamune, but I could not confirm its existence 😆Higu's post made me know that it exists, so I'm going to go hunt for it: ❗️
Nagano trip.
For lunch, I tried to eat wasabi rice at Daio Wasabi Farm, but there was a huge line, so I gave up and came back.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of soft rice, followed by a gentle acidity.
Nagano trip edition.
I thought I would compare it with Senkou because of Akatonbo, but it wasn't there - lol. It was autumn🍂!
For lunch, I had 🍜🥟 at Minna no Tenho, the soul food of Nagano.
Unlike Utsunomiya, 🥟🥟cinnamon is very effective.
Continuing with the Nagano travel version.
The sweetness is balanced by an exquisite acidity, creating a crispness that is not too sweet and 👌 with a meal. Now, let's drink deeply!
Nanoha-san and the travel section. It was quite late.
We went to Matsumoto Castle in the evening and found it was dark. It was cold🥶 and it was too dark to see outside. We got ourselves together and went to Fukazake in Matsumoto City and tried our hand at deep drinking. 555, hahaha in Thai, right?
It was a mutual, as they do not drink locally brewed sake. Fresh acidity and umami blended together with a pleasant aftertaste. Now, let's drink 555!
I bought it last year and it had been sitting in the fridge for over a year, so I woke it up for you.
I had bought it on a trip to Fukushima, but I should have drunk it earlier.
I drank it while enjoying the aftertaste. Now, it's sake month, so let's drink!
Hi Higu, I see you drank Semishigure 🎵.
I had it for the first time this year and it was delicious 😋.
The sound of cicadas has subsided and it's finally autumn 🍁.
Continuing with my Kyushu business trip souvenirs.
After my health checkup, I am looking forward to my business trip and paying a visit to the sake store.
It is fruity and has a delicious flavor of Omachi-like rice, but with a good balance of acidity and sharpness, making it easy to drink. It is soothing. ☺️
I bought it at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Hakata Station as a souvenir from my business trip to Kyushu. They were having a corner bar, but I didn't have time before my flight, so I gave up. I came back with a bottle of Yuni ton by Shichiyou Sake Brewery, which I had been curious about.
It is a low alcohol (13 degrees), slightly effervescent, with a grapefruit-like acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😋.
Delicious!
I recommend it to all sake drinkers.
Good evening, Mr. Higu 😃.
I've been wondering about Hakata Sumiyoshi's Yumichin myself since I heard it's a store PB: ❗️
I've been wanting to try it more and more 😋.
Good evening, Hiro-san. I would love for you to meet Yumi. I am sure many people would like to drink with you. lol😆If you meet him, he will be gone in no time........ LOL!
Looking Back Edition.
Here's a souvenir from when I went back to my parents' house.
It was a crazy summer and hot this year 🥵 somehow I managed to get through it by drinking and drinking 😅.
