I've let it sit for quite a while, but Sentori Modern's Arabashiri - 🏃.
The bottle was opened and pushed.
The top clear liquid is quite tangy, light and refreshing. Alcohol 13 degrees? It's a much lighter wine-like soda water 😓.
I immediately mixed the tailings 😆.
Yes, the sweetness and acidity has increased 👍but it's still refreshing like a traditional sake!
Compared to the usual image of Sengoku, I thought it was much less acidic.
It has a light aftertaste, so I think I can drink it with meat dishes 😆.
I'm curious to see how it changes, so I'll leave it for a couple of days 😂.
Now I'm going to have that thing I won from Mr. Mekada☺.

I have refrained from drinking since I fell ill in November, but I have finally lifted my drinking ban.
I have been abstaining from drinking while stocking up on hiyaoroshi, so I will be consuming the stock for a while.
This time, I bought a lot of "Abe" Junmai Ginjo standard sake, fire-brewed sake, at Saito Sake Shop just before the ban on alcohol consumption.
It has a rice polishing ratio of 60% and a low alcohol content of 13°.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is light and not sweet.
When you take a sip, it has a soft, soft mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness, and an acidity that is not too assertive. While the light aftertaste spreads, a dry slight bitterness from the alcohol occupies the mouth, inviting the next sip.
It is best served cold.
We will be spending a leisurely drinking life with Takachiyo, etc., which we have been putting aside for a while.

And "Nakadori" version with nicely dispersed "Ori".
When the bottle is opened, there is a "pshhhh" sound.
The yogurt aroma raises expectations!

This is Ginkai, Ocean 99 series by Kangiku Meikozo.
The other day we had a bottle of Shiro Ginkai 😄.
The week before last, on the way to Chiba, I visited Sangiku Meikozo, despite my family's grumbling 🚙.
As you can see in the picture, they were closed 😆💣.
I don't think there was a holiday on the website either.... It seems they are closed on Saturdays 😱.
Too bad, so I bought some at Saito-san 😢.

Just after opening it, it was like a white wine?
Light tingling, fruity🍇 sweetness, ginjo aroma on the palate, delicious☺.
I can feel some alcohol in the aftertaste, but it is good and easy to drink.
In my opinion, I preferred the white Ginhai 😂.

I received a bottle of "Yuki no Mayu," aka "Brewing Forest" 😆 I have long heard that this is a popular sake these days.

I opened it at the beginning of last week, so my memory is already doubtful....
The aroma is faintly fruity 🍏.
Although it is a draft sake, the tingling sensation is weak.
The mouthfeel is fruity, yet refreshingly gentle.
When it passes the throat level, I felt a slight bitterness came early on, but the lingering taste is moderate and not persistently sweet☺.
I thought it would be good to drink while savoring it slowly ❗
...Finally, I thought it was not a bitterness, but the last cup was a little bit light 😲.

Last week I bought Senkou at Saito-san, but there was no ⛄ available, so I got Kangiku-san's nigori (Snow Sea) instead☺.
How does it taste?
Soft aroma with a hint of fragrance, lighter piri... and gentler than I expected. Fruity, rich and sweet, but also fresh!
The alcohol content is low, so it's so easy to drink that you might think it's a Calpis soda! It's so easy to drink, you'd think it was a Calpis soda! Dangerous 😆.
I will visit you this weekend 🙇.
