Last year around this time, I saw MAJ's post and I knew I had to try it 😤! At the time it was sold out everywhere 😨This year I went to a liquor store with a lot of enthusiasm ❗️ and found a bottle 💡 but no Yongo bottle 😥 but I asked the owner and found the last bottle at the end 🥹.
So I opened the bottle on Wednesday when I came back from Chiba and enjoyed it in a Riedel glass 🥂.

Jay's department had to report overseas, so he had to work from home for a few days, but not for a full week 🥲.
So I decided to give my sister a little free time and stay with her father in Ichikawa for 3 days to support her 😊.

This is my second bottle of Tamitsu after a long time since I had a bottle of Kisame about a year ago 🤗.
As usual, I took Monday to Wednesday off to have a party last Thursday 🥳.

The aroma is not sweet 😌 but I have a feeling that it is refreshing 😗.
The first sip is a bit like a sip of Oumachi! As you drink it, the crisp flavor spreads out 😋 and as you drink it, the crispness changes to a fluffy, elegant flavor 😚 It's a good all-around taste with a good mouthfeel. ☺️
However...the drinking speed was slow for J&N that day😅I left about 3cm and finished it 😶.
And the next morning☀️, I wondered how much I left yesterday. And when I opened the fridge...hmmm...no ⁉️ Tamitsu 😳
Where did he go? I searched the kitchen, but I couldn't find him 😨.
I got worried and thought about calling the police 👮 to report him missing, but then..............................! No wait 🤔 I thought no way ‼️ and looked in the temporary storage of empty bottles 🙄 and 🙄 there it was!
Apparently Nobby had mistakenly put them on the cardboard in the empty bottle bin 😆.

I'm opening it because my fridge is full.
When I open the cork, pssh, it doesn't say.
Pouring it into a glass, the aroma is slightly sweet and sour.
In the mouth, it is quite sweet, but soon a refreshing light sourness. It is not spicy and you can easily drink it without hesitation 😃.
At first, there is an aftertaste of alcohol, but it doesn't bother me much 🙆It can be drunk alone.
On the weekend, I accompanied my wife to Yamagata.... I was not just a driver, so I visited sake breweries and liquor stores to stock up on sake ✨.
If I had more time, I would have taken my time and looked around 😂.

I was determined to get Hato Masamune's HANABI and Koei Kiku Sunburst 😓 which I couldn't get last year! Last weekend when Nobby was at his son's place, I went to Saito Sake Shop alone 🚙.

I've never heard of it but I was curious about it and took it away without checking the back 🤗.
After returning home, I checked the sake bottle and found that it was a different brand of Kinkonkan...or Kenkun Ichi....
Nobby was visiting his son over the weekend and we hadn't had any sake with each other, so we had a reunion party on Monday when he got back 🥳.

Nervous when opening the bottle due to secondary fermentation in the bottle!
However, the mild gassiness kept it from spewing out 😄.
The aroma of the just-opened bottle has a nice, gentle, sweet smell. Slightly lees-like.
The first sip has a mild sweetness that spreads with a fine gasiness. After that, a light acidity emerges, and the lingering sweetness and slight bitterness remind one of grapefruit.
The lingering taste is long despite the low alcohol content 😍.

Every time I twist the screw a little, it starts to overflow... open... close.... I finally opened the bottle after a few minutes of opening it with my palms turning red 😣.
The aroma is subdued, but it has a refreshing apple-like flavor, faintly similar to that of an Olin. Along with the aroma, a subtle sweetness and umami taste gradually spreads in the mouth. It is quite sharp for a junmai daiginjo. While savoring the fullness of flavor and moderate sharpness, we enjoyed it with a retort curry we got as a souvenir.
