Sangdo 2023 Hozu Roku-no Yuzuru San-do is always rich in gas. I held down the cap and opened the bottle. The moment I took my finger off the bottle without any trouble, the cap flew up to the ceiling. The aroma is sweet and mellow, like pineapple. The aroma alone is exciting.
