Continued from yesterday Ryujinmaru Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo I changed the glass. The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and elegant. ☺️ When I drank it, the mildness was quickly followed by a sweetness and umami that spread quickly. The aftertaste was not so strong yesterday. As I was enjoying it, I could see the bitterness. It is still an exquisite wine.

Ryujinmaru Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo We finally bought it. It was sold out in a few minutes. Still, I got two bottles, one of them 🍶. Gorgeous and elegant aroma 🥰. The first sip is clean and refreshing. The next moment, umami and sweetness spread at once. Then the bitterness intervenes and creates a variety of flavors in a short period of time. I think I will drink too much of this 🤣.

Yamama No. 20 Nakagari direct-fermented special junmai sake, unfiltered and unpasteurized Beautiful, pineapple-like aroma 🍍. Sweet😍Fresh and light. The taste is the same as before. It has a nice lingering aftertaste that makes it easy to drink without feeling like it's still 17% 🥰. This is really delicious😍.

Kutouryuu Hanging Kuchi Nama Aroma like green apple 🍏 and muscat 🍇. The taste is cloudy with a fine gasiness and a sweet and spicy flavor. It's a bit of a complex flavor, but that's what makes it so good. It has a sense of complexity and it's also delicious👍 I like the freshness of the new sake, which is totally different from yesterday's hiyashi-sake 🥰. The long aftertaste and the bitterness that comes after is also delicious 🥰☺️

The day before yesterday Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Aizan We drank some yesterday, so there's not much left💦. I wonder if there will be enough 😆. Koei Kiku Tsukikage Unfiltered Nama Sake Fruity and gorgeous aroma. This aroma may have never existed before. It is sweet and lightly gaseous. The 15% alcohol content is not so much. Easy to drink. ☺️ I can feel the bitterness little by little, but it's sharp and refreshing.

Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Aizan I've had this several times, but this is my first Junmai Daiginjo ☺️ First of all, the aroma is different. The aroma is elegant and clean, like Aizan, and the flavor is gorgeous, like melon or pineapple. It has a sweetness, a taste of rice, and a lot of umami. It expands in the mouth and goes away nicely. But then, there is a slight bitterness with plenty of umami. After the bitterness is gone, the lingering taste of moderate sweetness and umami is also delicious.

Akabake Junmai Ginjo I drank it before and it was so good that I ordered it from Kyushu where they had it in stock: ✌️ Mild white grape-like aroma 🍇. The taste is sweet and full of umami with a sense of depth and maturity. The bitterness that you feel when the taste goes away. Just the right amount of sharpness. It is still delicious 🥰.
