Evening drink Benten Musume Tank Pressed Junmai Torihime Arahashiri Nama-Nagara Sake A limited edition sake specially brewed by Jizakaya Josan for the brewer! The label on the back recommends heating the sake 👀✨. First we'll start with a cold one. Aroma is citrusy with a hint of sourness typical of a sake with sake tail. Sake degree +16 Not as spicy as I thought it would be. The alcohol content does not seem high and it is light and easy to drink. It is well-balanced with a firm hit of bitterness afterwards 🥰. To be heated. Actually, I have never tried heating sake before. The aroma of the finished heated sake. The aroma of the finished heated sake is completely different from that of lukewarm sake, which has a fuller, more rice-like aroma. When you drink it, it's completely different from cold sake. It's honestly dry, but it has a gentle drinking feel. ☺️ It is a sake that can be drunk in summer with a refreshing taste.

Aburacho Sake Brewery Kaze no Mori Challenge Edition 2024 Midori I love the sound of the bottle popping when you open it 🤤. Fresh aroma, like rumne 😊. It's full of sweetness and flavor, and while it's gassy, it's light because it's 13%. It's so easy to drink, it'll be empty in no time 😆. It's that easy to drink and delicious 🥰.

Shintani Shuzo Wakamusume Tsubame Tsubame Daiginjyo Nama Shuzake Open the bottle and there is a gaseous feeling. Aroma like pineapple🍍 with sweetness. ☺️ It is gassy and full of umami. Of course, it has sweetness. Polishing ratio 40%. Clear and elegant. The bitterness can be felt slowly afterwards. Well-balanced and delicious. Oh, they also sell hi-ire (fire-brewed). Maybe I'll go buy some 🥰.

Yuki's Beauty THEE ACE OF STARS The aroma is still gorgeous, melon-like and full of sweetness 🍈. How comfortable is it to drink? More sweetness? Has the pungency calmed down? I feel a change as if the pungency has been replaced by umami. A taste that lingers. A slight aftertaste. I think that being able to feel this change is the joy of drinking sake at home and the depth of sake. I really can't stop drinking it.

Today's dinner was 🍶. The sake was custom brewed by Akita Sake Brewery of Yuki no Bijin by Jizakeya Sake Sake. THEE ACE OF STARS Gorgeous and elegant melon-like aroma. Unlike what I imagined from the aroma, it feels spicier than the acidity level of -1. The umami spreads slowly. The bitterness is also felt, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing. I wondered if the temperature could be changed. I warmed it up to lukewarm. The gentle aroma makes you imagine the sweetness that is typical of warmed sake. ☺️ Gentle sweetness. I want to drink it when it is still cold. Both of these sake can be enjoyed in their own way!

It's July now. I was wondering how much sake I drank in the first half of the year... 14 bottles of sake, 101 bottles of yogobottles 😆. I drank a lot and they were all delicious 🥰. I can't stop for a while lol Today's dinner 🍶. It was over 30 degrees Celsius, but we ate stewed ramen lol Sekiya Brewery Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Sora The aroma is like white peaches and gives off a voluptuous feeling. It has a sweet and umami taste. The taste spreads slowly. The bitterness and astringency you feel afterwards is a good accent. ☺️ It is a taste that you will never get tired of.

Today's dinner 🍶. Continuing from yesterday Hanamaru Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Nama The aroma is still gorgeous and elegant, like muscat 🍇. Sweet and tasty and voluptuous, but more rounded and calm than yesterday's. The taste is gently expanding. It makes you want to enjoy the aftertaste. The lingering taste is also finished off by a hint of bitterness. I'll drink it again even though we've run out of Hana Yuu in our house.

Today's dinner was 🍶. While having BBQ Hanamaru Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Nama Why with BBQ...? Because I felt that Hanamup has a mellow flavor that can't be beat (lol). Gorgeous aroma like muscat 🍇. Voluptuous, elegant, sweet and delicious taste spreads at once 🥰. I want to drink it again no matter how many times I taste it 🥰. The bitterness that comes slowly. It is a sake that makes you want to drink the next one even though it is voluptuous to the end 🥰.

Today's dinner drink is 🍶. Akabu Shuzo AKABU SNOW 2025 EXTRA Nigori Namaishu Junmai Sake The bottle is reminiscent of snow. Sweet and sour with a clean aroma ✨ Rich gasiness. Not sweet and sour as I imagined from the aroma, but light and refreshingly sweet. Some acidity. The aftertaste is long. Saliva flows out one after another 😆. The slight bitterness gives it a good balance 🥰.

Shangiku Meikozo OCEAN99 Series Junmai Daiginjo Nagi Spring Misty Light nigori unfiltered unpasteurized sake I'm into handsome Kangiku right now! I wanted to introduce this one too ♫ It has a gorgeous aroma like a pear. Sweet and sour and full of flavor. It is juicy and gassy. It is indeed a chrysanthemum. It has a nice sharpness and goes well with the wine.

Ryujin Shuzo Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjyo Peach Color Nigori I really wanted to introduce it to my brother and his wife 🍶. When I heard they were coming, I decided to wait for them 😆. Sweet and sour, juicy and cuddly aroma ♥️ Sweet, sour and juicy when you drink it. Gassy and fresh 😆. The low alcohol content combined with the lightness of the wine makes the saké go down very well. Last year I drank a whole bottle in one night. I would like to repeat it 🥰.

HIROKI Junmai Ginjo Black Label Nama Fruity aroma: ☺️ I let it sit overnight and the sweetness came out. The first sip of sweetness 🤗 totally different from yesterday 🤔. I'm having a 🍶 dinner today. Father's Day a day late. For myself though 😆. Tobiroki Junmai Ginjo Black Label Sweet and sour and fruity aroma: ☺️ I can feel the sweetness, but I think it's a bit reserved. The sourness and umami are more in the foreground. It is light, and the bitterness and astringency come gradually. The aftertaste is also very strong. It is fun to drink. I decided to change the sake cups, so I used a boar's mouth and a glass with a wide mouth. Maybe the boar cup goes well with the sake.
