I'm going to have a drink for dinner Continued from yesterday🍶. Kudokibe Kuzukashishi Junmai Daiginjo Clear and elegant lychee-like aroma ✨ Sweet and full of umami. But I also feel some spiciness. Is there a slight bitterness at the end? It may be a little different from yesterday's drink 🥰.

Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo Kuzushi Namazume The first time I drank Kudokibe was a Junmai Daiginjo, 33% polished rice. I was so impressed with how clear it was that Jr. and I have been captivated by it ever since. It has a very beautiful, elegant and fruity aroma. The taste is sweet and full of umami, yet clear. Hats off to the deliciousness that comes rushing in from behind 🥰. The long aftertaste is also deep.

The evening drink is 🍶. First drink of Murayu 🍶. Akagari Akane label - Namae-no-Namae Namae Sake Calm and fruity aroma. It seems to give me a sense of contentment. The taste is mellow and full of umami. It has depth and a sake-like atmosphere. The sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness can be tasted in different ways, and I think it is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. No wonder it is so hard to find.

GANKI Sparkling Junmai Happo-Nigori Nama-nagori Sake Yogurt-like acidity in the aroma. Rich fizziness, sweet and sour taste. It goes down your throat and is fun to drink. The alcohol content is low at 14%, so you can drink it without worrying about the alcohol taste. The aftertaste is refreshing. It was the right choice to repeat.

Amami New Sake Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama This is the first time for me to try Tenbi. I had always wanted to try it. I opened the bottle, mixed the ori and reopened it. A nice pop 😊. Gorgeous muscat-like and yogurt-like aroma 🍇. Fine but rich gasiness. Sweet and slightly acidic with a voluptuous feel 😆. Delicious aftertaste with a slight bitterness at the end to give a sense of balance 🥰.

The evening meal is... Rosé No Yukidoke Back label tattered💦. Pretty pink hue 🥰. Strawberry and berry aroma🍓. Sweet and sour and somewhat reminiscent of wine. Lovely and pleasant to drink. 12 degrees Celsius low al. Easy to drink and delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste until the end and a sharpness that goes away quickly 😍.

Kuroryu - Thank You Bottle Clear green apple-like aroma 🍏. Sweet but refreshing. I was impressed by the spiciness and bitterness, and the lingering aftertaste is long and strong. I was under the impression that Kuroryu was spicy and tasty, but I learned another lesson✨.
