Houou Mita Mikumari Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu Psh, when you open the bottle. Full of gas 🤗. The aroma is like a gorgeous white grape. The first thing that jumps out at you when you drink it is the gassy feeling. It's like drinking cider in some way. It is sweet, but the sweetness is rather short, followed by bitterness and umami.... Still, there is a refreshing aftertaste at the end. Yes, it is definitely delicious.

It is not a sake in terms of genre, but... Rice and Agave Kosake Hanakaze Craft sake made with rice, rice malt, and hops. When poured into a glass, it has a beer-like color 🍺. The aroma is full of hops and gorgeous. Sweet and fine gas, lychee-like and hoppy. The 14% alcohol content does not bother me at all. As you continue drinking it, it starts to feel like a beer (laugh). The aftertaste is also long and hoppy. It seems to be addictive.

Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama I let it sit for a day after opening the bottle. The same gorgeous pineapple-like aroma 🍍. The sweetness is firm and voluminous. The fine gasiness is still the same and it is fun to drink 🤗. The autumn sake has a matured flavor and sharpness. Too good to finish! See you next year 🥰.

Gorgeous pineapple-like aroma 🍍. My image of drinking Kangiku. Sweet and voluminous. Low acidity and a strong aftertaste. When I drank Denshogiku, I found that the sweetness was strong and the acidity was strong at the same time. Is it because it's a bit dry? Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hiire The elegant and gorgeous ginjo aroma is like a softly-scented peach. You can imagine the sweetness and mellowness just from the aroma. When you drink it, the sweetness and umami spread out in a rush, making you think it is indeed a Hanamup. The aroma passes through the nose 😍. The bitterness you feel when the aroma fades away.
