I've been wanting to try this one😍.
It's another brand of Wakanami and it's seasonal!
It's the autumn version of Dragonfly.
It had a strong umami flavor and a bit of bitterness 🤔.
I don't remember the details but I remember it was good 😁.
Second day in Hakata
Today, I ate motsunabe at Hakata Station with my coworkers!

Mellow sake. Not much aroma, but when you drink it, the aroma spreads out! I told them I like Romain and they recommended it to me and it was my favorite strain ✨.
Aroma of lactic acid bacteria. Good balance of richness and umami. It is mild and juicy, and is relatively easy to drink while still having a strong sake-like flavor.
