It's my favorite Dragonfly series by Wakanami Brewery😍!
Found and captured safely🙆🙌
It's hard to tell from the picture because it's written in black on black paper.
but it says "dragonfly" right on it 😆😆.
Ohhhhh delicious 😍😍!
It's like a strawberry 🍓😍It's so berry 😍❣️❣️
The next day, it became more and more sweet and sour 😋.
The konnyaku sashimi with vinegared miso goes well with it 😋😋.
If you let it sit for a few more days, the sweetness and sourness will come together.
It's interesting to taste the spiciness of the sake when paired with pasta in tomato sauce 😍.
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16%.
Date of production: March 2025
My first spring sake, Black Dragonfly.
The Blue Dragonfly in summer and the Red Dragonfly in fall were both delicious, but this one exceeded my expectations. It has a strong umami flavor, clean and smooth, with just a hint of sourness and bitterness.
Drink cold
Weak ginjo aroma
Deliciously mellow and full-bodied in the mouth
Fruity with a hint of acidity
The taste is sharp and not sticky.
Dryness appears later.
This is a new sake from another Wakanami brand, Dragonfly.
The first aroma is slightly sweet and sour.
It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste in the mouth.
I was watching a video posted on Wakanami's Instagram a while ago and saw a caption saying that they try to match the amount of water absorbed by the rice in 10g increments, and I thought to myself that this is indeed a good idea.
It has a mild, light, umami taste with a pleasant acidity. It was such a friendly sake that you would want to enjoy it casually and without thinking about the details of sake.
It's so good!
White peaches🍑 and strawberries🍓2
The acidity flows through it.
The rice is sweet and has a nice sharpness!
Wonderful hiyaoroshi!
Purasu
Tobikiri heated up totally good!
Milkiness, complex umami, and just the right amount of caramel!
Gachi-yami!
Caramelized as it cools down: ⤴︎
