I bought this Akatombo at Kado-Yasan in October. I kept it in a safe place, but I opened a bottle today. It's really good! It's sweet all the time while rolling it around in your mouth, but when you finish it, the sourness stands out and you can feel some bitterness at the end. It's a taste I like.

Last minute drinking, last post of the year 🐉. It's a fall drink... 🍁. The aroma is a little sour with a hint of syrupy sweetness. When you drink it, it's a little chili, sweet but it cuts right through the sweetness, like a young peach. I was surprised to see this flavor coming from this label. Preconceived notions are not good. It is indeed sweet, but it doesn't linger. The image doesn't change much when heated up. It disappears without a hitch at the end. Stable the next day. This is delicious. It has a good sweetness and umami, but it also has a freshness to it, and although it does not have a strong sharpness, it has a nice tightness to it. I think it can be matched with relatively any Japanese food. I enjoyed it very much. This year, since I started Sake-no-Wa, I have learned about various delicious sakes from everyone, and I am happy to have had the opportunity to interact with them through comments. After Party of Fukuoka Off-line Meeting The place was Sake Bar Nomokka! I heard that the restaurant is open until 12:00, but when Mr. Gura called, the restaurant was open and waiting for us. 🙇‍♂ At the after-party, everyone is drinking what they like. My first drink of the after-party: Dragonfly Red Dragonfly I've been wanting to try this one😍. It's another brand of Wakanami and it's seasonal! It's the autumn version of Dragonfly. It had a strong umami flavor and a bit of bitterness 🤔. I don't remember the details but I remember it was good 😁.

Second day in Hakata Today, I ate motsunabe at Hakata Station with my coworkers! I was full, but I wanted to go to the second restaurant to drink sake! Let's drink Fukuoka sake! First time at Dragonfly! Here's my favorite Wakanami sake! It is sweet and tasty 🥰. Not bad with sashimi either! Glass (110ml) emptied quickly 🤣.
