I emptied the Tatenogawa from my father-in-law again, and the next one I brought out was the Harukasumi Winter label from my husband.
This label is printed on the bottle, but I like the way it is written on the bottle 😆 It looks like an eco-bag from a supermarket.
I heard it depicts the winter scenery of Akita and Mt. Chokai from Misato Town where the brewery is located💦.
Sorry for calling it an eco-bag.
Now, this is "Misato Nishiki".
It has a perfect balance of sweetness and astringency ✨The palate is juicy, smooth, and fresh. It's the perfect food wine, and a delicious one at that 😋🩷.
