The last of the 3 bottles of ecru ➕3 is not in March, but Golden Slamba ✨It's an earthquake memorial sake, but I'm not opening it in March 😅.
To begin with, I bought spices from 100s and made spiced curry for my wedding anniversary. I also made camembert, ajillo, kiwi 🥝, etc.
My husband said, "I knew it! I thought, "Well, this is it then," and brought out the Golden Slamba. It was a long way to get here 😫 after all, we started with ecru💦.
This one seems to be more classic than the other Banjo Kotobuki I've had so far. A little bitterness, but with a lot of bitterness and depth ✨It matches the spice that's on tap ✨👍Lots of sake and food, a random anniversary, but a good time was had by all 😊.
