Hot sake.
The umami that comes with a bang flows smoothly.
The adult bitterness starts to spread without dragging down the umami.
Recommended lukewarm.
The umami spreads gradually.
The bitterness is not so mature.
The temperature makes a big difference.
☀️
The label is filled with nitpicks 😩.
You are right, but I don't follow quite a few of them 🙄.
Slightly colored. Rice flavor🌾 and slight acidity.
Straight down the throat.
Contrary to the image of small words, it is a very refreshing sake 🍶.
#Kyoto Shijo-Karasuma#
W Dai/Kishi/chou
One day trip to Kyoto 😆.
First meeting in the afternoon means evening 😅.
The back side of the company's base is a nice street lined with red lanterns
It's a nice street 😋.
It's called Kuguri Nabe, but it's more like Shabu Shabu 🤔.
I chose this one to start with,
It's quite good💦.
I felt the depth of autumn sake 😁.
Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of this sake, too, since it's been laid up for half a year 😅.
Banjo Kotobuki Golden Slumber 3.11 Memorial Sake 🥲.
This is a memorial sake for a brewer who was affected by the 3.11 disaster in Fukushima and moved to Yamagata to make sake. On the other hand, a sake brewery in Yamagata went bankrupt today, so it is difficult to continue making sake for a long time.
The aroma is fresh, reminiscent of apple cider, with a crisp acidity and bitterness that transitions to a dry taste, making it very light and delicious 😋😋😋.
It is a refreshing and refreshing active nigori that you would expect to be sweet. It has a fluffy mousse-like texture on the tongue with a hint of rice sweetness and a refreshing sharpness.
It's 90% murky😅.
It's kinda sludgy lol.
I didn't blow it out.
Even after pouring it into a glass
It was still multiplying 🤣.
I had to pour it about 8 or 9 minutes into the glass to get it to overflow 😅.
I had to pour it about 8 or 9 minutes into the glass or it would overflow😅.
Taste was mildly sweet with just enough acidity to not be obnoxious.
It was pretty good 😆.
unrefined sake
I had only called it Shirouma
First sake in a year
Drink it cooled down to a crisp.
The rice is massive and has a strong presence
Dense nigori sake
Not at all in tune with trendy sakes
but it is the only sake that those who like it will like it.
Clear acidity from white malted rice! The 4 stages of amazake make it a sweet, sour, and refreshing sake. It also has the umami flavor typical of junmai sake, so it is recommended for use during meals.
It would go well with summery dishes such as lightly pickled cucumbers or chilled tofu!
Memorandum: A Look Back at the Past
Sake rice Dewa Tsanzan
Polishing ratio unknown
It is like a grape. Good balance of sweetness and sourness. I like it. It is delicious. It's not heavy and refreshing.
