Brandy ⁉️🥃
The flavor and richness is so good that you would think it was It is no longer a sake...?
As you can see, it has a characteristic brownish color!
Where does this brown color come from?
It has a savory, somewhat soy sauce-like flavor, and I think I'm about to fall in love with Yamahai brewing all over again, which I had avoided. ⛰️
After drinking until 3am, we went to our 5th wine bar until morning... 🍷.
7/10
Repeat confirmed, too good.
One week after opening the bottle, it has good carbonation, a moderate but light sweetness, bitterness, and alcohol, and is very sharp and delicious.
At 2,420 yen per bottle, it's the best value for money. I'm worried that the world will find out about it next year and it will become hard to get.
Hi Hirupeko! This sake is really great 👍🏻 My nigori history started when I was addicted to Ippo-self light nigori, and after 4 years of twists and turns, I finally found this sake 😂.
After the pear-like fruit and sweet vegetable flavors like Chinese cabbage spread out, a tangy, peppery, numbing/spicy taste follows!
I thought it was from Fukushima because of the name "Banjo," but it's a Yamagata sake!
Happy New Year!!! 🎍
I'll be looking forward to another year of looking at your posts and searching for drinks I haven't tasted yet😳

The mouthfeel is deliciously astringent and shwashy. The aftertaste is clear, dry, and astringent.
If you drink this sake alone, the acidity is harsh. It is very acidic and tastes very bad on the nose.
However, it is delicious when drunk with a meal.
Since this sake has a strong acidity, it goes well with oily or strong-flavored food such as stewed cubes.
Hot sake.
The umami that comes with a bang flows smoothly.
The adult bitterness starts to spread without dragging down the umami.
Recommended lukewarm.
The umami spreads gradually.
The bitterness is not so mature.
The temperature makes a big difference.

The label is filled with nitpicks 😩.
You are right, but I don't follow quite a few of them 🙄.
Slightly colored. Rice flavor🌾 and slight acidity.
Straight down the throat.
Contrary to the image of small words, it is a very refreshing sake 🍶.
