ShuhoSpring Sunshine 80

Spring Sunshine that my husband, a Shuho chaser, has been getting: ☘️
It is made from the much talked about (where ⁉️) ingredient rice "Shunyo," which, according to research, has a lower amino acid content in sake made with this rice, so the "refreshing" flavor that can only be produced by highly refined rice can be expressed even at lower rice polishing ratios.
Therefore, "Shuho SPRING SUNSHINE 80" is an amazing sake with a low milling ratio of 80% and brewed with Association No. 6 yeast.
I wondered what it would be like since it has a Sake meter of -5, and was surprised to find that it tasted like a white grape. I wondered what it would be like, and was surprised to find that it tasted like white grapes and had a light mouthfeel. It has a unique grain-like aroma that comes up in the nose afterwards, but for some reason it is refreshing and makes you want to drink more and more 😆 Personally, I had a good impression of this bottle due to the cute cat on the label 💕😋😋.

Good evening, Wakata-san!
I've only had Shuho once as a dry sake, but there are some great sake out there 😲.
You're the husband of a great chaser 😁✨✨.
I would love to try this brewery at home 😊.
