The seventh bottle of sake from another place is my favorite Asahi Taka🦅🩷. Just as I was about to leave, the manager told me that they had some Asahi Taka. Of course I would drink it, no hesitation 😄. It was already juicy from the first bite 😋 and juicy all the way through💕. The smoothness, the surprisingly easy finish, and the deep mellowness are always delicious ✨Thank you, manager ✨! After feeling good, we went to a ramen restaurant instead of dinner. What an immoral night😅 Even though we drank so much, we still made it home before our daughter 💦.

The sixth bottle of other sake was Eiko-Fuji. The manager told us that this one was open to the public, so we decided to drink it. We watched the bottle open while chatting with the waiter who was scared of the word "danger" on the bottle 😊. Hakuyoyo is a strong sake, with a sharp, shwashy, and bitter taste that comes first. I don't dislike the feeling of the bitterness and rice coming out in full force, I thought. This is the feeling of Eiko-Fuji, my husband said. Well, I had three good sakes 😋❤️

The fifth bottle at the other sake brewery was a bottle of Yokoyama silver7. When I asked the manager for his recommendation, he said that Yokoyama is very tasty this year. If the manager says so, I must order it. Wow, what a fresh aroma 😍Orange? The fruity and elegant sweetness filled my mouth, and although I haven't had that much Yokoyama before, this is by far the best Yokoyama I've ever had 🩷This is definitely very tasty 😋I'd say you should try it too: ❣️

The fourth bottle of other sake is a light nigori, pink one from Kangiku 🩷The basic premise is that this one is definitely intended to be an adult cream soda. The lactic acidity, sweetness, and slight bitterness that follows it are definitely adult ✨. The luxury of drinking it with the Matsuo Boast I mentioned earlier 😋. I prefer Matsuo Boast because it's more refreshing, but my husband thinks it's more like Nagi. They are both delicious, that's our conclusion. They are all different and all delicious 💕Kaneko Misuzu style😄.

The third bottle of sake from elsewhere is Matsuo-Honmoto, Kangiku Meijo's only limited edition junmai ginjo, distributed only in Chiba Prefecture. The fact that we can drink this sake makes us feel as if we came to another sake shop even on a weekday 😆. The clarity of this sake is amazing ✨The feeling of disappearing clearly is a well-balanced one that doesn't make you tired of drinking ❣️The good sweetness of Kangiku also comes on top, which I like as I don't like when sweetness is pushed 😊💕. This sake was made with Chiba rice and you could really feel the love for Chiba: ☺️

Today, February 1, is our wedding anniversary, and two days ago, our company, Tesho Sake, was going to open a new sake called Shinmasa N-type and other so-called "good sake. I left work unusually on time with the excuse that it was our wedding anniversary on Christmas Eve. When we dashed to the restaurant, there was not a single customer yet, which was a luxury. First of all, I wanted to order the N-type. Of course they had it, so I ordered it right away. The wood vat feeling spreading. I wonder if this sourness is kiwi🥝. But I also felt like it was put together like a sports drink in total. It's delicious, after all. However, the other drinks of the day were very hot. So many drinks to drink 💦.

Relatives' party, next up was a bottle of Koei Kiku It is Ikubou, but it was pressed and bottled in the spring and stored in ice temperature until autumn. The aroma is sweet like yellow peach. The fresh fruitiness is followed by a mild acidity of lactic acid, and finally an astringent taste. As the temperature loosens up, the juicy peach sweetness and lactic acidity balance each other out and the sweet and sourness is just right. ❤️ Koei Kiku is still delicious. It's an immutable theorem👍💕. Oh, I realized that the bottle is about to be empty 💦My relatives liked it a lot too☺️

The 4th is the traditional New Year's Day when all relatives get together and have a good time 😊. We reunite with relatives who live in Osaka but don't usually see each other, and relatives who have moved to the Kanto area for work. They like wine and sake, so we started with a pear 🍐 from Heiroku. Good quality white wine of ripe fruit✨Fruity aroma, soft sweetness and clean crispness. Ingredients are rice, koji and pear. Pear 😳 but it is a craft saké, a luxurious bottle. It is light with a faint, slightly effervescent taste. It is easy to drink and the glass keeps getting empty 😅.

We decided to put the Akanezasu Nouveau to rest and opened a bottle of Hiroki's Akitagio-san, an autumn-only junmai ginjo from Shiwa Shuzo, a well-known Shiwa sake brewery in Shiwa. It has a gentle aroma and a soft mouthfeel. It has a soft mouthfeel, but it also has a crisp and clean taste, which gives a sharp impression as you finish it. The well-balanced taste is delicious 😋. It goes well with both yellowtail and crab👍💕💕 I peeled off the label before taking the picture, so the picture looks like a painting, but I'll call it charming 💦.

New Year's Day is over, but I'm not done posting New Year's drinks💦. Here is a bottle Santa 🎅 gave me for Christmas. It's my memorable first Akanesu 😍. The world said it was Muscat, but the first sip brings a heart-stopping sweetness and freshness like a honey apple ✨Yummy 😆💕. Since we had crab and yellowtail shabu-shabu for dinner, I decided to let the Akanesasu sit for a while and try the dry one. The second and third day, the taste did not change that much, but it was more mature than fresh, and the alcohol seemed to increase a little 🤫. But it's still a wonderful sweet but refreshing sake that makes you feel delicious😍 from the back of your throat, Akanesusu Nouveau 🩷.

Next up is Kangiku's freshly squeezed nigori sake👍. The rice polishing ratio has been changed from 55% to 50% Gohyakumangoku and the specification has been upgraded to Junmai Daiginjo since last year. The freshness of the new sake, the nigori flavor, and the unmistakable taste of Kangiku are all conveyed in Shiraginkai, which is absolutely delicious 😆💕. It's sad that I can only drink this again in a year 😭

Well, "Yuki no Mayu" has changed her name from "Brewing Forest". Please understand that I can't tell you how it has changed, because I didn't touch it that much during the brewery's time. 🙇‍♀️ First, a sip. The first sip is a refreshing, slightly carbonated taste. I emptied the Tatenogawa from my father-in-law again, and the next one I brought out was the Harukasumi Winter label from my husband. This label is printed on the bottle, but I like the way it is written on the bottle 😆 It looks like an eco-bag from a supermarket. I heard it depicts the winter scenery of Akita and Mt. Chokai from Misato Town where the brewery is located💦. Sorry for calling it an eco-bag. Now, this is "Misato Nishiki". It has a perfect balance of sweetness and astringency ✨The palate is juicy, smooth, and fresh. It's the perfect food wine, and a delicious one at that 😋🩷.

The second bottle at the master's parents' house was served by his father-in-law, Tateno River, 100% clear water of Dewa Sanzan. The aroma is gorgeous, with hints of various fruits. It is light on the palate with a well-balanced flavor, and thanks to its slightly light alcohol content of 14%, it is very easy to drink and has a mildly fruity taste. The taste is smooth and refreshing once swallowed. It is a clear stream, just like a clear stream 👍💕💕. This is a superb food wine 💕💕 It was a perfect match with the scallops that came with the oysters 😋.

The aroma is white peachy with a hint of rice, and the light sweetness is refreshing. I can see why they call it "light", the sweetness is more restrained than other packaged sake, which seems to make it more compatible with meals. Goes well with oysters from my parents' house in Miyagi😍❤️ My husband, father-in-law, and I quickly emptied the bottle 😁💦.

I'm drinking this New Year's. I'm drinking it, good thing I have more time than I thought I would 😋. At first, I chose Jigokin for the second day of the New Year. It was Nigorisan, which competed with the one to be opened on New Year's Day until the very end and became the sake to be opened on the second day by a narrow margin. The supernatant was rummy! The rice was sweet and sour with just the right amount of rumune✨. When you mix the whole thing and drink it, the gorgeous aroma and silky mouthfeel are pleasant. At this point, it's already poo 🩷. The soft, mouth-filling softness of the nigori and the acidity and bitterness are in perfect harmony with the fruity impression. I knew this was the one 😆💕👍

Happy New Year everyone ⛩ and best wishes for the new year 🙇‍♀️ On New Year's Day, I drove to Ojinsha Shrine in Nara Prefecture in the morning. My goal was to visit the Mimuro cedar sale, which opens on New Year's Day. I slept hard in the car on the way. I also slept heavily on the way back. This is going to be a year of fighting against sleepiness. Now, I got this zodiac label. The aroma is of white peaches. When you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with a wave of chiri-chiri-ness and deep umami. The final taste is tightened by a fine acidity. This is so good 😍. It is the 31st. I am planning to leave for Nara tomorrow morning 🚗. The last one for this year is "Abekan" Kasumi with Miyagi love 🩷. I still remember the first time I drank Abekan in the summer, and I still remember how impressed I was with it, but this new sake is a pretty pink 🩷 new sake, light nigori, and looks too good to be true ✨. I took a sip and "Yum 😍" came out in seconds. It's fresh, but also a bit chili, with fresh fruit in the mouth 😆 The first sip comes in softly and gently, and then it's gone. The second sip is a spread of aroma, while the deep sweetness lingers forever. I can't stop drinking it 😳The summer Abe-kan was clean and refreshing, but this new sake is gentle, soft, and enveloping ✨. So delicious 😋 Amazing Abekan. Great job, Miyagi Sake😊. After returning home from drinking elsewhere, the master chose "Mimuro cedar", which is a little bit better than the original. It was drier than the nigori we had just tasted at the other sake bar. However, the slight sweetness, the umami of rice, and the complex impression in the mouth may be because it is made in a wooden vat. The dry bitterness nicely brings it all together. This is so good that I could open a bottle by myself 💕 It's hard to find a nigori sake that can claim only the best parts of nigori so well 😆💕Love it~❤️ The luxury of drinking at home is that two people can taste this deliciousness for a fourth bottle 😊I'm really happy🩷.
