Thursday is a day when my daughter comes home late from school for her lessons.
Therefore, every Thursday is a day for relaxing and drinking at our house, and we both agree to finish work early.
Today, we took out the sushi that was featured on Job Tune the other day 🍣Hon tuna, striped horse mackerel, etc. Even though it was take out from a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, we were a little excited 😁.
I paired it with a bottle of Kangiku no 39✨.
I got this bottle from Maru-san at the end of last year, but it was too good a sake for my family to touch. I'm going to take the plunge and open it 😆.
This 39 is an amazing 39% Omachi rice polished to 39%.
It has a gorgeous aroma when poured into a glass. It is fire-aged, and even though it's been half a year, it has a fresh gassy feeling that spreads quickly in the mouth 💕Drink it and you'll find a juicy melon-like flavor. And the melon🍈 is dark, dark ❤️
This is the kind of wine that goes out delicious in seconds 😋It goes best with sushi and pickled eggplant 👍Fortunately, the best match was with gari (pickled ginger) rather than tuna💦.
But it's good for everything, tastes great, makes me happy, it was the best bottle. ❤️❤️❤️
