Mom likes sweet wine, so here is a challenge to try this one with her. Kraft Sake🍇.
The bottle is green while the inside is light purple to pink.
The aroma is wine 🍷.
The taste is more acidic than I expected, tasting more like white grapes than grapes like grape. But I personally think it tastes like mixprune 🤭.
No bitterness or harshness at all.
It tastes just like juice.
Compared to the Hanafu I had the other day, it doesn't have much of a sake feel when you go this far, but I thought that was what made it so great 😊.

The 4th is the traditional New Year's Day when all relatives get together and have a good time 😊.
We reunite with relatives who live in Osaka but don't usually see each other, and relatives who have moved to the Kanto area for work.
They like wine and sake, so we started with a pear 🍐 from Heiroku.
Good quality white wine of ripe fruit✨Fruity aroma, soft sweetness and clean crispness.
Ingredients are rice, koji and pear. Pear 😳 but it is a craft saké, a luxurious bottle.
It is light with a faint, slightly effervescent taste. It is easy to drink and the glass keeps getting empty 😅.

This is the sake that Yasube-san used to drink to get used to his condition after the off-line meeting. I was not in good shape the day after the recent Kenmin-kai, so I had to have it in anticipation of such a situation. I was also out of shape the day after the recent prefectural meeting, so I had anticipated such a situation and welcomed this drink 🤭.
It is brewed with pear juice. Rich aromatic sweet and sour taste reminiscent of smooth La France, and also the aroma of ripe plums that have turned orange on the plum tree. The wine had a silky gasiness when opened and a sweetness as the day progressed. The slight oli at the bottom of the bottle was also mixed in and had a nice round and gentle flavor 😌 Great for an acclimation sake 😆.
Oh my ❕The ingredients also include sprouted brown rice ❔😳😳It's very nutritious 💯🤭.

I went to a local liquor store, and while I was browsing around thinking, "It's about time for fall sake," I noticed a craft sake from Hirairoku Brewing called "Re:vive"!
I was about to buy this one, but next to it was a "layer pear" from the same Hirairoku Brewery, and it was labeled "New Arrival"!
I like pears, and I also like new arrivals, so? I bought it!
Can you feel the history and story? It looks like a craft sake (content omitted).

Last time, on September 15, we had a very nice party 😀.
It was a big drinking party with my sakewa friends in Kansai, bringing their own sake 😀.
Everyone brought their own sake, which I usually can't drink even if I want to, so I was drinking with more enthusiasm than usual... As a result, I was completely dead the next day and couldn't move, and I was so drunk that I didn't feel like drinking sake at all for 2 days 😅.
This was my first experience with sake 🤣.
Today I've recovered a bit, so I opened a bottle of Kraft Sake to get used to my body 😅.
