Forgot to give a while ago. On the 20th of last month, I showed up at a larger festival in the area where I live. To my surprise, I happened to spot Maru-san 😳. It's a neighborhood thing: ☺️ We enjoyed the festival with a glass of wine in the beautiful weather. I had the third tart with wine at that time😍. When I got home, I decided to relieve my fatigue with a glass of Collage's Summer Gin. When I poured it into the glass, the smooth lees shimmered. The elegant sweetness and refreshing aroma of melon and pear wafts through the air. It has a mellow mouthfeel, but with a 🍒refreshing fruit concentration, like cherries. ‼️ This is one of my top summer niggles ✨so delicious 😋💕! We were the couple who drank all of it but still wanted to open it and kept on getting the Sentori 😅.

We have been busy with something recently. I guess the end of the year is approaching after all 😭This is Hibi Hibi made with the highest grade Yamada Nishiki for these days when you can't get rid of fatigue😍. The taste is soft and yet has a strong presence. The soft and firm presence of umami spreads on the palate. Not too spicy and not too sweet. It's the ultimate. ❤️

Well, I'm in a period where I have to upload summer sake, so I'll start with this one, which I drank on a still-hot day at the beginning of October. This Kuroemon XVI is a "nama-hashiroshi" (a traditional sake made from a traditional yeast yeast yeast). My lack of knowledge and assumptions, coupled with the fact that the name "sake yeast yeast yeast yeast" tends to be translated as lactic acidity, is close to that, but this one tastes more citrusy and has a strong acidity 🍊. The citrus comes right away, so it's refreshing, but it also has the body that is typical of Kuroemon. Hmmm, now that I think about it, it was delicious 😋.

This is what I used to drink. Masayo's Ouroboros. It has a unique aroma with a soft acidity in a mellow taste. It has a very smooth and smooth mouthfeel. While it is sweet like a dessert wine, it is very easy to drink, and the acidity gives it a sharp finish. I am not a big fan of kijoshu, but I could drink this one for a long time. As expected from Masayo, it is a delicious wine that will not betray you 💕.

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ④. Only Izumikawa missed giving 💦. This is the one we got on our Fukushima version of our great summer adventure called "going home". My husband went around a few places on his way back from Ouchi-juku and came across this 😁👍. It is very crisp when drunk cold. It is crisp when drunk cold, but warmed to lukewarm with Maru-san's sake warmer. The sweetness and gorgeousness spread out 😍❣️ this change is amazing😍! Thank you so much for the 4 bottles and a very enjoyable holiday 😊.

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ③. I asked Maru-san which he preferred, Yamasan Torajomon or this one, and he chose this one. I had already posted the Koji Sanbo when we had it with Japanese sweets at the Namba Takashimaya Sake Festival, but I really wanted to post this picture of the blue sky and sake, which would make J&N happy if they saw it. I wanted to post a series of three images of the blue sky and sake that J&N would be happy to see 💦. I was impressed that it tasted just as good as before, if not better 😋 I heard Maru-san say she thought it was something from Shinmasa, and I agreed 🤫. Freshly opened and fun, I guess these spices make it taste even better 💕☺️

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids (2) Next is Hijirism from our house. Ash is also a yeast yeast. Hijirhythm is also a yeast yeast. I realized it when I wrote this😅. We had onigiri (rice balls) with Hitomebore, new rice that came from my parents' home in Miyagi, because this sake is made from Gohyakumangoku and Hitomebore. Maru-san's kids came to the restaurant right after Shichi-Go-San, so they said they were hungry, so this is their meal until the meat is cooked. The Hitomebore in this sake says it is from Maebashi, but that's just for fun💦I'm sure it will make a tasty accompaniment to the sake as long as it is the same variety. I have to preface by saying that my first impression of this hijirizumu was that it was sweet and sour ❣️. Lactic acidity like lemon or sake yeast. And my favorite gasiness. After a moderate sweetness and umami, the mouth is filled with a refreshing grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness. This is delicious. ❤️

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ①. The heavy rain of the previous day was a lie, as the weather cleared up on the 3rd (I was looking forward to it, as I am a self-proclaimed "sunny girl. (I was looking forward to it, as I am a self-proclaimed sunny girl, so it was a given that it would be fine 👍) I invited Maru-san to my house even though it was her child's Shichi-Go-San 😅. Maru-san brought such an expensive Shinsei Ash, so don't hesitate to toast to it 😋. The ash was still cold even though he came by train. When we opened the bottle, the nose was filled with the citrusy but complex aroma that is typical of Shinsei. The first sip is quite bitter, but as you sip it down slowly, you can taste the oaky flavor. I thought I liked it, and forgot how expensive it was 😅. Since it's under sunny skies, the temperature quickly rises, and this time the acidity comes first, and the bitterness goes into the shadows. Hmmm, both are tasty, but I think I prefer the freshly opened young taste ❤️... and then we three finish it in no time 💦. Thank you for the wonderful sake, Maru 😊.

It's already past, but I opened a Monster by Akabu because this is what I would do for Halloween🎃. This is quite an interesting drink: ☺️ The fruity and sweetness comes for the first 0.5 seconds or so, then immediately sourness. Then the sweetness comes again, and then the spicy? Then the sweetness came again, and then the spicy taste? I was like "what the heck is this?" and then I took a second sip right away, and the next thing I knew, the glass was empty 🤣. On the third day after leaving half of the bottle, the pungent sourness had been completely removed, the spicy sweetness had disappeared, and it had become a normal, delicious sake 😁I personally found this one to be better, but that complex stimulation is something I would like to experience again 👻.

After opening Sasa Masamune, Ayaka moved indoors from the front of the house. This is a peach. The aroma was deliciously sweet and the taste was clear and refined. The acidity is also refreshing, and the way it all comes together is elegant 😋. The Sairai I drank before was more delicate, but this one is very elegant ✨.

Our garage BBQ frequency increases in the spring, summer, and fall. I thought to myself, "No, we only take a break in the winter..." 💦 I guess summer sake is best enjoyed in the summer sun. We got a bottle of Sasamasa Masamune, which we had never had before, so the husband and I invited one friend each and had a BBQ at home 🍖. This Sasamasa Masamune was so delicious ‼️ I really like it when it's active nigori, but this one has just the right amount of bitterness💕. And because it's low-alcohol, the sweetness is fresh and fresh😆This is a very tasty one❤️The four of us emptied a bottle in no time😅. The bottle said "This is packed in such a way that it will explode, so please manage it with care when you open the bottle and after the second day as well". I opened it without much trouble, but I was strangely attracted to the sentence "so that it explodes": ☺️ The third picture is a sparkling wine we received as a gift. It's getting very autumnal at night, and our family finally opened a bottle of sake from Nagano, where we went in the summer. On a night like this, we went to Yamame-san. The liquor store we visited was polite and courteous even though we had never met before, and suggested that we might like this sake: ⁉️. There were many other sakes besides Yamame, such as Mangetsu, Kitsutsuki, and Raitori, but the store owner insisted on Yamame. When I tried it, it was definitely right in the middle of my favorites 😋🩷. The mild aroma is of fluffy sweet rice. When you drink it, the acidity is not too strong and the fresh sweetness is apple 🍎. As expected from Shinshu, they never miss apples ✨Thank you for introducing me to such a delicious sake 😆 Thank you 😆. Since it was autumn, I tried my hand at saury this year, which I couldn't afford last year because it was too expensive. Grilling it over a charcoal fire makes it look like you're enjoying it with sake 😁.

I bought this Re:vive Kugasake when Rafa and I visited a liquor store in Kita-Osaka. It is a hybrid of nama moto and fast brewer's moto, and I, being a clueless person, was like ? But the husband, Rafa and Hata-san nodded their heads in agreement. All the rice used for the brew was grown in Iwate Prefecture. All the rice used is from Iwate Prefecture, and it is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time. We were allowed to taste it at the store, and it was kind of exciting to see it freshly opened. ☺️ The silky, mild aroma fills the mouth! The acidity, umami, and sweetness spread out later and later, and it's kind of delicious even after swallowing 😋The flavor, which also shows the strength of the rice, is superb✨👍✨. This is delicious 🩷I drank it in August and I still remember the taste, that's what I'm talking about 😊.

Namba Takashimaya, Sake Festival Pairing with Japanese sweets, the last sake I ordered was Unite by Okuroku. It's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewer's yeast yeast. Okuroku is a new series of sake with the theme of the origin of sake brewing, such as Namahashi and Yamahai. It has a strong punch of bitterness. At the beginning, there is a light acidity and a fluffy sweetness, but the bitterness finishes with a punch. It is a delicious, robust brew. The Japanese sweets with lemon peel agar on top of the yokan goes perfectly with it. The manager of this wagashi shop from Yamagata, Mr. Sato, was a high school classmate of my friend from Yamagata 💦 I was surprised at how small the world is 😳I even called my friend in a hurry to confirm 💦. While I was chatting with the manager, his friend from college was standing right next to me. We talked and it turned out that they were from the same industry in the next city. Small world 👀❗️ and surprised again 💦. If you are ever in front of Yamagata Station, you should stop by this wagashi shop 💕. Sake festival, good drinking and good chatting, I'm already very satisfied with this 😆❤️

Namba Takashimaya. The third bottle of the sake festival was again from La Jomom, Malo. It is said to be a malolactic fermentation, which is a fermentation to change malic acid to lactic acid? I'll leave the hard stuff to my husband 😅Now for a sip. The aroma is green apple and pear. After the modest honey-like sweetness, a mild malic acidity follows, but the aftertaste is soft. The koji triple from earlier is followed by this one, so it's kind of gentle 😊. It went well with the cream cheese sakura mochi in the center of the Japanese sweets a la carte 😋.

Hello, Wakata-san. I didn't know La Jomon was made by Shuho Sake Brewery 😲. I had my first saké from this brewery the other day and it was dry but very tasty, so I'm suddenly very interested in La Jomon too 😊.

At Takashimaya Department Store, Namba In the beginning of September, I actually went to a sake festival with my husband👍. We were looking for La Jomom from Yamagata and their collaboration store with Japanese sweets 😋. The husband is a La Jomom fan, so when he came back home, he made sure to visit the store in Kesennuma 😁. For wagashi, a famous store in Yamagata came all the way to Osaka ❗️ and their "Noshi-Ume" is a famous confectionary that every Northeasterner has had at least once ✨. This time we ordered a la carte from the manager. I was impressed because all 5 kinds are delicious and go well with each sake 😂✨. This Koji Sanbaku, sweet and sour❣️ and delicious❣️ best matched with the chocolate ganache with Noshi-Ume on top💕It was so delicious❤️

The second item I forgot to give you in summer is summer sake from Fukuwagura. I had had Imuraya's sake before, so when I went on a business trip to Mie Prefecture, I stopped by an osare facility called Vison and bought some 😆. This cool light blue bottle, the taste was super refreshing ❗️ the, summer ☀️ small bottle, so it was gone in an instant 😋. It was so long ago I only have that impression, sorry 💦.
