Sakai Branch Meeting 8) This is the aged sake that Maru-san was eagerly awaiting. You can tell from the color that it is caramelized, but it has a deep flavor that fits nicely with mellow or rich. I am not a fan of sweet, but I liked the sweetness that comes from this savory taste. ❤️

Sakai Branch Meeting ⑦ I was quite curious about this #OzeyukiDaruma💕I have to drink this💕. Elegant and refreshing aroma of apple and pear. And a soft mouthfeel. The aftertaste is sweet and long. Delicious 😋💕 The third one is a plate of meat and garland chrysanthemum tempura. This is also delicious and will make you drink more and more ✨.

Sakai Branch meeting (6) Next up was Purple Space's Snow Label. I have the impression that Purple Space is delicious no matter what you drink, and this one was no different ✨. It started with a juicy and gently sweet aroma, followed by a refreshing, slightly umami and sharpness that was so harmonious that I drank it in gulps 😅It went great with the fish, so I drank even more gulps 😋.

Sakai Branch Meeting (5) I have to upload this before I forget 💦 but I keep forgetting. I'm not sure if Okuharima is right next to Yamaboshi, but okay😅. This one is mellow and dry. The first sip is a bit dry, but the dryness is not as strong as I thought. The first sip is a bit too mildly dry. It has a soft sweetness in the aftertaste, and the umami of rice spreads in the mouth. However, it is dry, as it comes on later. It is dry. This is what we call "mellow dry". Amazing 😍.

Merry Christmas everyone🎅. Our Christmas Eve 🎄 was Viridian 2021. We are still in the middle of the Sakai chapter meeting drinks, but once the timing is right, we will have Christmas 😅. The label on the back of this Viridian said to let it sit for 3 years, so I followed the instructions to let it sit. We waited and waited until Christmas Eve 2024 ‼️ and finally the master took it out from Lemacom✨. It is a full-fledged appearance ✨It has a certain dignity. When I poured it into the glass, I could smell a little adult aroma in its indescribable freshness. When you drink it, the true identity of this adult comes out. It's not astringent or ‼️ bitter, but astringency coexists with citrus sweetness and acidity. Complicated, but delicious 😆. When the temperature is a little closer to room temperature, the sweetness comes out at once. The astringency is completely gone and it is a sweet and sour wine that is very pleasant to the palate. Such a change 😳. Amazing ✨ On a side note, Santa came to me a while after I turned 40😊I've been asking for a drink for a long, long time and Akane Sake came to me 💕Thank you husband Santa ❤️

Sakai Branch Meeting (4) We compared the drunken whale with Yamaboshi's super dry sake. This one goes really well with sashimi💕. This one was a very dry sake, and the title of "super dry" was not true. The drunken whale is supposed to be dry as well, but the drunken whale feels sweet. It has such a sharp finish. It has a clear, clear, clean mouthfeel and a firm structure that only the original sake can have, and I really felt that this was a sake that would not interfere with food at all 💕💕.

Sakai Branch Meeting (3) We drank up the toast, and next came the sashimi, so we went with dry sake. Drunken Whale and Umaisan guess Yamaboshi. We started with drunken whale. Although it is called "dry," it has a sweet taste and a clean dry aftertaste. I had an image that drunken whales were affordable, perhaps because they are sold at the local supermarket, but they were so surprisingly delicious that I had to update my drunken whale information if they were this good 💕💕.

Sakai Branch Meeting (2) The other of the two toasts was a new sake from Tobiroki. Tasake and this one is also special pure. two side by side, a nice start. ❤️ I have always been convinced that Tobiroki is delicious without any logic, and I was confident that I was right on this day. The aroma is more gorgeous than that of Tazake. It tasted like green apple or ⁉️ muscat, slightly sweet and refreshing. Even the astringency that comes at the end is delicious 😋I can drink this as much as I want forever 💦. Delicious is a sin 😭. Since I couldn't attend the Kansai Year-End Party, I was excited to see everyone I haven't seen in a while, and the drinks went down a bit 😆.

Sakai Branch Meeting ①. Thanks to our neighbors whom we were able to connect with through Sake-no-wa, we were able to organize a year-end party despite it being a weekday 😆Thank you Uma-san for organizing 💕. The participants were Umaï san, Rutemi san, Maru san, myself and my husband. The place was Kurami. It is a restaurant with good drinks and delicious food 😋. I don't know how much work I finished for this day, I worked so hard. If I thought I had a plan for this day, I could do my best 😭. Well, first of all, we chose two kinds of sake for the toast. Tasake and Tobiroki. This Yamadanishiki Tokusyu Tasake was, in a word, what I was waiting for! In a word, this is what I've been waiting for! The cherry-like aroma, the sweetness with a hint of rice that spreads deep into the mouth, and the skillful way it flows smoothly at the end... everything is "this, this, this! It's all here 💕. Delicious 😋. It was an excellent match with the sea cucumber and celery pickles that came out: ‼️

Well, as for what I drank in November, here's Go Yugi. Actually, it was my first time to drink this 💕. It's a junmai daiginjo that stands out for its cleanliness. The aroma is fruity, yet refreshing, like between apple🍎 and strawberry🍓. And yet it's not sour or anything, but a gentle sweetness. I like this one - ❤️ It was so delicious👍 It's mid-December and it's finally getting wintry, but autumn 🍂 has arrived at a large park near our house. It was cold, windy and cloudy, but the beautiful autumn leaves cheered me up a bit 🍁.

I know it is every year, but December is so busy 😨I can't find even a millimeter of time to do things at home after coming home from work😭I'm sure everyone is the same, even though we are in different industries, and it makes me feel kind to people I see on the street or on the train who look like working people. Today is a relaxing Saturday morning that I haven't had in a while. I opened a bottle of sake for the first time in a while. I should preface this by saying that I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei🐢 last month, which I picked up at Okazaki Shuzo during my summer trip to Nagano. It's refreshingly dry and just a little bit thick. Delicious 😋💕 I was properly reminded of Noto: ☺️

Forgot to give a while ago. On the 20th of last month, I showed up at a larger festival in the area where I live. To my surprise, I happened to spot Maru-san 😳. It's a neighborhood thing: ☺️ We enjoyed the festival with a glass of wine in the beautiful weather. I had the third tart with wine at that time😍. When I got home, I decided to relieve my fatigue with a glass of Collage's Summer Gin. When I poured it into the glass, the smooth lees shimmered. The elegant sweetness and refreshing aroma of melon and pear wafts through the air. It has a mellow mouthfeel, but with a 🍒refreshing fruit concentration, like cherries. ‼️ This is one of my top summer niggles ✨so delicious 😋💕! We were the couple who drank all of it but still wanted to open it and kept on getting the Sentori 😅.

We have been busy with something recently. I guess the end of the year is approaching after all 😭This is Hibi Hibi made with the highest grade Yamada Nishiki for these days when you can't get rid of fatigue😍. The taste is soft and yet has a strong presence. The soft and firm presence of umami spreads on the palate. Not too spicy and not too sweet. It's the ultimate. ❤️

Well, I'm in a period where I have to upload summer sake, so I'll start with this one, which I drank on a still-hot day at the beginning of October. This Kuroemon XVI is a "nama-hashiroshi" (a traditional sake made from a traditional yeast yeast yeast). My lack of knowledge and assumptions, coupled with the fact that the name "sake yeast yeast yeast yeast" tends to be translated as lactic acidity, is close to that, but this one tastes more citrusy and has a strong acidity 🍊. The citrus comes right away, so it's refreshing, but it also has the body that is typical of Kuroemon. Hmmm, now that I think about it, it was delicious 😋.

This is what I used to drink. Masayo's Ouroboros. It has a unique aroma with a soft acidity in a mellow taste. It has a very smooth and smooth mouthfeel. While it is sweet like a dessert wine, it is very easy to drink, and the acidity gives it a sharp finish. I am not a big fan of kijoshu, but I could drink this one for a long time. As expected from Masayo, it is a delicious wine that will not betray you 💕.

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ④. Only Izumikawa missed giving 💦. This is the one we got on our Fukushima version of our great summer adventure called "going home". My husband went around a few places on his way back from Ouchi-juku and came across this 😁👍. It is very crisp when drunk cold. It is crisp when drunk cold, but warmed to lukewarm with Maru-san's sake warmer. The sweetness and gorgeousness spread out 😍❣️ this change is amazing😍! Thank you so much for the 4 bottles and a very enjoyable holiday 😊.

BBQ with Maru-san & Maru-san Kids ③. I asked Maru-san which he preferred, Yamasan Torajomon or this one, and he chose this one. I had already posted the Koji Sanbo when we had it with Japanese sweets at the Namba Takashimaya Sake Festival, but I really wanted to post this picture of the blue sky and sake, which would make J&N happy if they saw it. I wanted to post a series of three images of the blue sky and sake that J&N would be happy to see 💦. I was impressed that it tasted just as good as before, if not better 😋 I heard Maru-san say she thought it was something from Shinmasa, and I agreed 🤫. Freshly opened and fun, I guess these spices make it taste even better 💕☺️
