I bought this Re:vive Kugasake when Rafa and I visited a liquor store in Kita-Osaka. It is a hybrid of nama moto and fast brewer's moto, and I, being a clueless person, was like ? But the husband, Rafa and Hata-san nodded their heads in agreement. All the rice used for the brew was grown in Iwate Prefecture. All the rice used is from Iwate Prefecture, and it is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time. We were allowed to taste it at the store, and it was kind of exciting to see it freshly opened. ☺️ The silky, mild aroma fills the mouth! The acidity, umami, and sweetness spread out later and later, and it's kind of delicious even after swallowing 😋The flavor, which also shows the strength of the rice, is superb✨👍✨. This is delicious 🩷I drank it in August and I still remember the taste, that's what I'm talking about 😊.

Namba Takashimaya, Sake Festival Pairing with Japanese sweets, the last sake I ordered was Unite by Okuroku. It's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewer's yeast yeast. Okuroku is a new series of sake with the theme of the origin of sake brewing, such as Namahashi and Yamahai. It has a strong punch of bitterness. At the beginning, there is a light acidity and a fluffy sweetness, but the bitterness finishes with a punch. It is a delicious, robust brew. The Japanese sweets with lemon peel agar on top of the yokan goes perfectly with it. The manager of this wagashi shop from Yamagata, Mr. Sato, was a high school classmate of my friend from Yamagata 💦 I was surprised at how small the world is 😳I even called my friend in a hurry to confirm 💦. While I was chatting with the manager, his friend from college was standing right next to me. We talked and it turned out that they were from the same industry in the next city. Small world 👀❗️ and surprised again 💦. If you are ever in front of Yamagata Station, you should stop by this wagashi shop 💕. Sake festival, good drinking and good chatting, I'm already very satisfied with this 😆❤️

Namba Takashimaya. The third bottle of the sake festival was again from La Jomom, Malo. It is said to be a malolactic fermentation, which is a fermentation to change malic acid to lactic acid? I'll leave the hard stuff to my husband 😅Now for a sip. The aroma is green apple and pear. After the modest honey-like sweetness, a mild malic acidity follows, but the aftertaste is soft. The koji triple from earlier is followed by this one, so it's kind of gentle 😊. It went well with the cream cheese sakura mochi in the center of the Japanese sweets a la carte 😋.

Is this a characteristic of Rikuu 132? I felt the punchy weight of the rice, but when I realized it was gone, it was gone. At Takashimaya Department Store, Namba In the beginning of September, I actually went to a sake festival with my husband👍. We were looking for La Jomom from Yamagata and their collaboration store with Japanese sweets 😋. The husband is a La Jomom fan, so when he came back home, he made sure to visit the store in Kesennuma 😁. For wagashi, a famous store in Yamagata came all the way to Osaka ❗️ and their "Noshi-Ume" is a famous confectionary that every Northeasterner has had at least once ✨. This time we ordered a la carte from the manager. I was impressed because all 5 kinds are delicious and go well with each sake 😂✨. This Koji Sanbaku, sweet and sour❣️ and delicious❣️ best matched with the chocolate ganache with Noshi-Ume on top💕It was so delicious❤️

The second item I forgot to give you in summer is summer sake from Fukuwagura. I had had Imuraya's sake before, so when I went on a business trip to Mie Prefecture, I stopped by an osare facility called Vison and bought some 😆. This cool light blue bottle, the taste was super refreshing ❗️ the, summer ☀️ small bottle, so it was gone in an instant 😋. It was so long ago I only have that impression, sorry 💦.

Today, I'm working on my day off and have two on-demand training sessions in the backlog, so I'm going to sit back and relax and watch videos alone 😭. While I'm printing out the materials, I'm going to post the ones I forgot to post this summer 😅. I'm sure it will be a special feature I forgot to give for a while😅 First, Inami, Hyogo. I brought this for my husband's friend when we had a drink at home 🍶. It was my first time to drink this brand. I took a sip while talking about how there are so many sake that I don't know about. I could taste the graininess of the fragrance, but it was mellow and moderately sweet. The mild acidity and bitterness are strong, with a mild aftertaste. Only when it goes down your throat does it hit you hard, but other than that, it was a gentle sake.

Last time it was Kangiku's Sake Mirai, so this time it's my beloved Hagi sake, Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai. This time, I will have my beloved Hagi sake, Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai, with a 7-Eleven lemon cake, which I bought quite a bit this summer, and Happy Turn plums as snacks 😋. Now this Toyo Bijin, the aroma is peach 🍑 fruity peach 👍 juiciness comes in the first sip, then the sweetness of the rice fizzes out. The moderate aftertaste gives this sake a lightness. Well, the second bottle for your birthday 🎂 is Kangiku Sake Mirai ❣️ You're still getting your hands on it after all the Shinshu Kamerei you've had 💦, Wakata family. This is the one that the husband in charge of stocking got before I knew it. He said he got it after checking around and possibly crashing at ⁉️. I was actually surprised that it was a rare sake ⁉️ since many of the sake greats I follow uploaded their sake drinking outside. The store where he bought it also said that only a dozen or so bottles made it in. Sake Mirai, you should be afraid 😱. I was drinking it and I finished it 😅That's the scary thing about Kangiku💦the glass empties unconsciously. All of Sake Mirai's sake is delicious, but this one is one of the easiest to drink I've ever had 😋💕. Thank you for the treat, sir: ☺️

My birthday this year, though it was already a month ago 💦 was 🎂 with Shinshu Kamerei's Yamae Nishiki, which I got on a great adventure during the Bon Festival. Normally, I would have opened it as soon as I bought it, since it was the release date of Akabu's Autumn Sake, but this year I decided not to be so gung-ho. Because I've got one foot in my late 40s 😭. This is indeed Shinshu Kamerei. Fresh and fruity, but it's not enough to describe the taste and depth of the wine. And above all, it has a nice aftertaste 😋✨. It's like everything is complete in this one sip 💕it's a stone 😊so mature, so smart and delicious💕💕. I was in a good mood after being celebrated with a cake made with a whole big peach 🩷!

At the Kansai Sake-no-Wa Sakai Drink Party Umaisan's fun project, Sakai City's "bring-your-own-drink" party. It was a very special day, with people from outside of Sakai coming all the way to the city. The third picture shows how everyone was feeling. Our family brought our Abe-kan and Ding, which we acquired during our summer adventures. This was my first Abegan myself. I thought it would be dry like Miyagi sake, but it is not overly dry, but very clean. It is not overly dry, but has a very beautiful mouthfeel, with a modest juiciness, but it has a nice sharpness, so everything is taken away by the end. I was surprised and impressed at the same time that it was such a beautiful sake 🥺 This is delicious ❗️ Abekan, I think I will be following this one from now on, good sake 😆. The other bottle of Ding, I gave you the hi-ire sake before, but this time it's a nama-shu. This time it was a fresh one, so it seemed younger than the hi-ire one. Well, they are both really good 😋. The 3 hours went by in a flash. It was so funny when everyone declared an extra hour at the beginning 🤣Thank you for a great time 💕.

The last sake of the great adventure called "going back home" was Miyagi. It is Flying Bird Beni, a restaurant-only sake from Otokoyama, a representative of Kesennuma. Sotenden has a dry image. Flying Bird is also very refreshing. It is a little different from the previous Sotenden, which gives us a sense of the brewery's underlying strength. If I come across it again, I will order it again 😋🩷. My summer is over after closing my last night in Miyagi with Miyagi sake. It was a night that I was even more sad to leave when I thought of the reality that awaits me in Osaka 😭. After this, I took an overnight bus for 12 hours. The husband and I arrived in Osaka at 7:30 in the morning and went straight to work. I'm not young anymore and my body is sore😅.

Thanks for the great adventure, Wakata 😁. Although you say it's limited to restaurants, you can find it in stores sometimes in Miyagi 😊. I've had the blue bird one and it has a great contrast of sweetness, umami and sharpness 😋. I'm sorry you haven't had any yet 🤘.

The third and final drink of the last day of this great adventure called "homecoming" was Moritami from Sendai. The husband was chasing me all the way and we met at Nigori Sake👍. It already looks pure white ❗️ It is thick and fruity, sweet but not too sweet, and tastes like an adult sweet sake. This is delicious 🩷. Might even be good with warmed sake🤔. I'm a sucker for this flavor, so I was curious about the non-nigori sake too 😆.

The second and final order of the last day of this great adventure called "going home" is Kifengaku's North Shizuku. This is my first time at Kifengaku. Gentle puffy feeling and melon flavor. Nice sharpness from the refreshing sweetness 😊. I've never had sake with Kitashizuku before, but I didn't know Kifotsuru was such a gentle and refreshing sake, it's so delicious ‼️

The last day of this great adventure called "going home" was spent at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) that promotes Japanese sake. Since I was taking a 12-hour overnight bus ride back to Osaka, I decided to have dinner there as well. We started with a comparison of Tohoku junmai sake. Haginotsuru is a junmai sake with a lighter rice flavor. It was easy to drink. The first sip of A-Sakura has some body, but from the second sip, the acidity starts to show. The sweetness of Banjo Kotobuki spread from the beginning. I preferred A-Sakura and my husband preferred Banjo Kotobuki. All the sakes went perfectly with the dumplings 👌👌.

The second bottle in Kesennuma Oshima, Ding ✨. I bought this bottle when I went to Nagano on this great adventure called "homecoming". I had already been carrying around a bottle all this trip without sending it (my husband) all the way, just to encourage him to pair the Ding with the sumptuous seafood at this Kaiho 😍. According to the liquor store where we bought it, it is fruity and popular number 1 ❣️. Ding is produced by three graduates of Tokyo University of Agriculture. The fruity aroma is gorgeous. It is super soft and has a gentle sweetness. I think I know what Jyushiyo means when I say that it has a smooth, elegant sweetness and a sharpness that goes well with it👍. It's really a delicious and careful sake. ❣️ Delicious, really delicious 😊. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but I'm sure it's the same as the other two. I am so impressed with Kaiho-san. We were so thankful for the delicious fish, sake, and Kaiho ✨.

On the fifth day of this great adventure called "homecoming," I left my parents' house and went to Oshima Island in Kesennuma. Of course, we stayed at Kaiho, our regular lodging. It was supposed to be a big adventure chasing after a typhoon, but so far every picture I have taken, including this one of Ryumaisaki, shows a blue sky 😁I am a self-proclaimed "sunny woman". The day is coming soon when I will be allowed to take away my self-proclaimed title and call myself a sunny woman👍. Now, the toast at Kaiho is Echigo Tsurukame Sparkling. As it says on the back of the bottle, it is a junmai ginjo brewed with wine yeast and filled with carbon dioxide gas, so it is quite shwashy. Already, this is wine. The white one! The juicy aroma and taste is really muscat 💕The sweetness from the acidity is very pleasant. What the heck, this is soooo good 😆💕.

The second bottle at my parents' house was a sparkling bottle of Popular Ichi, also purchased in Aizu. It was my first time to drink Popular 1, but the sourness and sweetness is surprisingly easy to drink❣️ or maybe it's because it's only 7 degrees 😅. It's perfect for when you want to take it easy.
