Sunday I am fondly remembering the song 🎵 that says 🎵 I cut my bangs too short. I went to my usual hairdresser yesterday to get a haircut before the rainy season arrived, but they wouldn't cut my bangs short at all😱. When I told them it was okay if they cut it more, they said it was not good for my frizzy hair, and this went back and forth three times. I wanted to be Natsume Sando, but I will live with half-length bangs for a while 😤. On the way home, I saw a beautiful brush tree and snapped this 📷. Now that night, we went to Hiran. I wanted to have a good drink ‼️ It was a sake that makes the most of the lightness of 14 degrees 😋 It's light and fluffy, sweet like cotton candy, and then it just snaps right up at the end. This is delicious💕

We went to Shirakikuya, which we were taken to on our sake shop tour of Kita-Osaka. I entered the store secretly deciding that this sake was a must have. However, I was so impressed with the wide variety of sake at Shirakikuya that I couldn't resist 💦but I knew I wanted it, so I bought it 😊. I am still moved by the story of the Noto Peninsula earthquake disaster. I'm from Osaka, but I'm cheering for you from the bottom of my heart. I think the most notable thing about this Okunoto Shirakiku is its gentle sweetness and flavor. ❣️ It's a little dry. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to keep drinking it👍. The 300 check-in was by Yukimi in Akita, so I cheered for the 400 here 📣Hirupeko-san also had a 400 with a different Shirakiku from Okunoto, so I was deeply impressed to see that everyone has the same feelings 😊Thank you Rafa-san for guiding us 💕.

Apple Ninja 🥷 purchased at the last store on the North Osaka liquor store tour with Rafa. It's a sake made with apple acid yeast (No.77). The cute ninja got me and I totally bought the jackets😅. The taste is suitable for cold drinking. The first sip is sweet (‼️), but it's also crisp, so I can handle it. I can also taste a hint of apple at the end 🍎.

Wakata: The next order at another sake shop we stopped at on the way back from our sake shop tour in Kita-Osaka was a Junmai Ginjo💙White was also available, but the manager had a secret sake slot and said the Junmai Ginjo was very good, so here it is 😋! The first sip is sweet and fluffy, but it quickly gives way to umami or rice flavor. But soon it has umami or rice flavor. Then the bitterness comes in, washed away by a slight acidity. I don't know why I am writing this, but to put it in a simple way, it is "sweet, but delicious ‼️, no, it is bitter and refreshing at the end ‼️" 😅. After this, we went to my husband's parents' house for Mother's Day, so we had 3 cups and that was it. The curry bread recommended by Rafa that we had after this, which is the third picture, was really the best I've ever had in my life‼️

On the way back from a tour of liquor stores in Kita-Osaka, we stopped by another sake shop and the husband chose Shinshu Kameiring. I was surprised when I took a sip of this 🐢 and was told that it might be better than Asahitaka if I could only taste what was in the glass😳. I was surprised ‼️ I guess it depends on the timing of opening the bottle and how long it has been in the bottle, so it is strange to compare them, but that is the impression I got. The way the deliciousness spreads in your mouth, the way the rice is juicy and open...it's Shinshu Kameiring, after all 😊.

The other Sunday, Rafa, the sake goddess, took me and my husband on a tour of the liquor stores in Kita Osaka😍! I usually only inhabit the South Osaka area, so the tour was a lot of fun and felt like a trip 🩷Thank you Rafa-san for a precious and wonderful time ❣️ We went to 4 shops and started with 5 different kinds of sake tasting, which I didn't expect. This is the fifth bottle on the Kikuyoko stand. The first Harukasumi green label🟢 Misato Nishiki. Well, this one has a mild aroma😍. It's smooth to drink but the sweetness comes through slowly. My husband says it's a sake that tastes good afterwards. I personally liked it best if you don't consider Shinsei. I also had a bottle of Isshaku Suisei's Miso Nishiki, but I think I'd have to go with Harukasumi (I gave it away before for drinking at home). I was in a good mood after drinking three more glasses of Harukasumi afterwards 😊. I think I drank a lot during the Golden Week 😅.

This is the fourth Kikuyoko stand. Before I get too drunk to understand, let's go to No. 6. This is a Taiwan support sake. Looking at the text on the back, it looks like this is RS -type, and it says "spin-off. I can already feel the bitterness of the light bitterness, but it's more overwhelmingly delicious. It's sweet, sour, refreshing, and delicious😅. I've seen it sold for 60,000 yen on Mercari before, so I'm going to savor it little by little with care. But it's so good you'll want to drink it in droves 💕.

Kikuyoko stand, the third one is Yamamoto. This is Yamamoto's Japanese Rhyme. He explained that he used a wine yeast for Chardonnay that he obtained overseas, and that he had a hard time making it. Wine yeast does not produce ginjo aroma, so it tends to be just sour, he said, When we tasted the fruit of the brewer's efforts, we found that it had a sourness unique to wine yeast and was quite distinctive. But it is easy to drink and refreshing. ❣️ It is still a Japanese sake, as it is more of a Junmai Ginjo than a white wine 😆. The person I was with brought a lot of snacks (3rd picture) and Kikuyoko stand was a corner 😅 friendly people and we had a good time interacting 👍.

Kikuyokostand, next up is Yukinobijin's Aiyama Koji. The explanation was that while the standard junmai ginjo uses Misato Nishiki for koji rice, Aiyama is used for koji rice. This is the only combination of Koji rice Aiyama and Kake rice Sake Komachi not only in Akita but also in the whole country. The aroma is subdued. It has a freshness, which is sweet ‼️, but it is also rich ⁉️, with a strong rice flavor and a bitter taste at the end. Okay, it was a little different from the Yuki no Bijin I've had so far ✨.

On the last day of Golden Week, I went to an event called Kikuyoko Stand at a liquor store I frequent. What a wonderful event 😍 and what a great opportunity to drink the last of the Next 5 and get free refills on everything but Shinsei. Golden Week BBQ, now on its third run. Nagasaki is Fukkai in Hirado. It's nice to meet you, but my husband was stocking up before I knew it. He is still the same vendor 😅. The concept of the brewery is to make sake that makes you feel the sea. Fukkai, fresh and light, with a nice slight bounce👍✨. It was a wonderful sake, with a well-balanced taste of sweetness, acidity, and umami, yet it was light and crisp and easy to sip. Delicious 💕💕

The second bottle of BBQ was Mutsu Hachisen. The Urara label is said to have a cheerful sweetness that makes you want to dance, and as the name implies, it is sweet and delicious 😋💕. BBQ with my former work colleagues and their kids 🍖. GW started with nice weather, and the weather continues to be pretty good, so it's great 😆. Now, what we open here is the "Sin Takachiyo" series, which is made under the concept of daytime drinking, appropriate for a barbecue in the afternoon. I like this series ‾❤️ V-TYPE Sou this time, it's so gassy😍. I have the impression that Takachiyo-san has a good balance of sweetness and sourness with fruitiness in all of their sakes. This V-TYPE feels especially lemon🍋. The refreshing sourness and soft sweetness mix in the mouth. I can't stop 😅 BBQ on a hot day and lemon takachillo, nothing more to say. ‼️

I opened a bottle of Shinmasa that had been sitting for quite a while. I only remember encountering nirvana tortoise once in the past at a restaurant, so I was 120% enthusiastic to savor it at home this time 👍. Now, a sip. It has a complex flavor from the first sip at ‼️. The bitterness comes with a bang, more than I expected. I can feel the fresh citrus as it goes down my throat, but it's a hard-guarded sake. As the temperature loosens up, the various flavors of rice rush in, and I realize that this is what 88% means. I want to be an adult who can taste every first solid bitter taste 💦.

First up is a local limited edition sake, Wataya from the Port Town Genki Project✨It has a really cute bird and beast caricature label 🩷. This is a local limited edition sake from Abekan, Urakasumi, Hidakami, Mizutoki, and Wataya. I was torn between Abekan and the last one, but I went with Wataya 😊. Wataya, after all, is a stable taste. The sweetness of the rice is asserted in the refreshing taste. It's a junmai sake, but it has a nice, clean finish ✨I want to line up all the labels: ❣️

Next is Hakutsuru, the developer of Hakutsuru Nishiki. The Hakutsuru Nishiki is the culmination of the Tamba Touji's own rice and water from the Rokko mountain range. I wanted to say Tamba Touji in my post ‼️ like someone who knows sake 😁. I don't at all, so here's my brief impression. The smooth taste and fruity aroma is nice. But I think it is lighter than Amego no Tsuki. Both are delicious, but the one with the stronger rice flavor was more drinkable 😋. Thank you for the treat, my friend 😊.

The other day, a friend of my husband's brought two kinds of Hakutsuru-Nishiki sake to compare 😁. Hakutsuru Nishiki is a sake brewing rice originally developed by Hakutsuru Shuzo. They are trying to surpass Yamada Nishiki. That's great ✨. This moon after rain has a fresh aroma like white grapes, a clear and fresh sweetness, and a refreshing acidity. But it also has a strong umami of rice. The aftertaste is refreshing, perhaps because it is a daiginjo. It was a well-balanced and delicious sake.

The next sake to go with oysters is Jikin's Senbon Nishiki. They say that spring oysters are full of nutrients, so the juice from the oyster turns yellow. The label of Jikin is a beautiful and austere pink. The label of Jikin 😍. The aroma is totally different from the previous Jikin, berry type ‼️ Pour it into a glass and be surprised by the aroma at first 😳! The taste is the stable taste of Jikin.
