La Jomon Junmai Shu Takumon Nama Shu 2022BY✨
Surprisingly, this lot has not been released in the past, so I opened the bottle thinking that it would have aged well since it's a draft sake.
The aroma is half fresh gourd aroma and half aged caramel aroma. The taste has a beautiful acidity at the attack, but it soon turns into a sweet and delicious sake like the black honey of pudding. The aftertaste is also bitter and not the original flavor, but it is a taste that makes you feel warm in this season, and as a result it is delicious 😋😋😋😋 I will enjoy it later with lukewarm sake or something 🍶.
White grapes with sweet grapefruit-like aromas🤍🍇🍊
On the palate, the soft mouthfeel is gassy and the white grape aroma spreads 😌✨.
Then the gentle rice flavor comes with a strong bitter acidity 😋😋The contrast between the initial and the aftertaste is interesting and delicious🤤🌊🌊.

It is a good sake.
It is juicy and sour at the beginning!
The more I drank, the more I could taste the sweet and sour flavor, and I couldn't stop.
I was able to finish it with plenty of time to spare.
The aroma is sweet rice? A little bit of classicism. There is also a sourness like tangerines 🍊.
When you drink it, you will feel the smoothness in your mouth, a little bit of sweetness, and the bitter acidity will cut through your throat.
It is delicious as it is, but I think it would be even better if paired well...!
I remember the other day, Tsubu-chan wrote that it goes well with fruit....
I paired it with some pears and some Shine Muscat that I had at home at that time.
It's delicious, and it's good on its own, but I definitely prefer to pair it with fruit!

The moment I poured it into the glass, I was impressed by the sparkling fine bubbles rising up from the beautiful transparent color, which gave me a very refreshing impression. It was as gorgeous as a sparkling wine, and I was thrilled just by looking at it 🥂.
The aroma is a gentle sweetness that spreads softly. The aroma is not too flashy, but natural and pleasant, and has a charm that makes you want to hurry to take a sip. When you put it in your mouth... the first thing you feel is juicy sweetness. The acidity is immediately followed by a tightening acidity, which is exquisitely balanced.
The aftertaste is light and disappears quickly, making it dangerous to keep reaching for the next glass (laugh). It is easy to drink, yet has depth, so it is no wonder it is so popular! 😋✨

We were asked in advance, "Which La Jomon would you like? I was asked in advance which one of La Jomon I would like, so I chose this one 😊.
It's white malted rice but not too sour, round, well-balanced and delicious 😋.
I was told that it might have been more like sweet and sour white malted rice right after I bought it. But I thought it would be easier to drink in its current state and to match with a meal.
