It's more rounded than the one I had before, this is the best 🙌! Kumagai-san and I had a lot of fun talking about it. (Dora's love for La Jomon exploded ❤️) Mr. Kumagai said, "You know it well 😊" 🤭. And then, from the back of the room, there was a rustling... "This is koji triple draft sake, would you like it? He offered it to me 😆 "Of course I'll have some ♡". Of course I'll have some ♡" we said 😍. Then I told him that I like Six. He recommended "Wakaizumi" and said, "This is also made with white koji and No.6 yeast, so it's delicious. Of course we bought it 😚. And we bought 2 bottles of Hollywood, one for us and one for a gift 😁. According to Mr. Kumagai, Malo is very good this year. ❣️ "It goes very well with fruits! It also goes well with this pear 😙". Unfortunately, I didn't buy Malo, but when I said I would buy one pear, he offered me the pear because I had bought so many today 😆. This time we were served "La Jomon IDEHA" ✨. The moment I poured it into the glass, I was impressed by the sparkling fine bubbles rising up from the beautiful transparent color, which gave me a very refreshing impression. It was as gorgeous as a sparkling wine, and I was thrilled just by looking at it 🥂. The aroma is a gentle sweetness that spreads softly. The aroma is not too flashy, but natural and pleasant, and has a charm that makes you want to hurry to take a sip. When you put it in your mouth... the first thing you feel is juicy sweetness. The acidity is immediately followed by a tightening acidity, which is exquisitely balanced. The aftertaste is light and disappears quickly, making it dangerous to keep reaching for the next glass (laugh). It is easy to drink, yet has depth, so it is no wonder it is so popular! 😋✨ It was a special bottle that gave me a solid sense of the unique worldview of the "La Jomon" series.

Sakai Branch BBQ① I attended the Sakai Branch BBQ party held in secret at Wakata & Yuki's house 🙏. The members were Mr. and Mrs. Wakata and Yuki Mr. Uma Uma Uma Mr. Luther Temi Mr. Maru Me 6 members Toast with Ferrari Brut, a sparkling wine brought by Mr. Umaïmai 🥂. The first bottle of sake was La Jomon by Wakata & Yuki! We were asked in advance, "Which La Jomon would you like? I was asked in advance which one of La Jomon I would like, so I chose this one 😊. It's white malted rice but not too sour, round, well-balanced and delicious 😋. I was told that it might have been more like sweet and sour white malted rice right after I bought it. But I thought it would be easier to drink in its current state and to match with a meal. I'm glad I got to drink La Jomon, I've been curious about it for a long time😍. Thank you 🙏.

The aroma is slightly sour. When you take a sip, you will feel the smoothness in your mouth, followed by a citrusy sourness. The last taste is slightly bitter. It is sweet and sour and goes down smoothly. The sourness is quite similar to that of Niida no Go-san, which I drank the other day. After drinking it for a few days, I felt that the flavor gradually became more concentrated, and it became more and more to my liking. I wanted to try it with Japanese sweets, but I forgot to prepare them, so I went with sweetened chestnuts🌰 that were in the fridge. The sweetness in the sweet and sour taste was offset by the acidity. It's amazing that it has a wine-like quality on its own, but when paired with Japanese sweetness, it's perfect ✨. I would like to try the raw sake as well 🍶.
