Nanuka Terrestrial Painting (tentative)
It is an equal combination of Dewa Sanzan, Kame-no-o and Yuki-no-Mikami.
It is round and very pleasant on the palate.
It has a clear color and a nice aftertaste.
The flavor is rich and delicious even when heated 😋.

The aroma is somewhat grape-like 🍇.
The mouthfeel is also grape-like with a sweetness that overlaps with the umami of the rice.
The aftertaste is like a tuning fork popping, followed by a pleasant acidity. After taking a sip, a Delaware-like aroma escapes from the nose. The lingering acidity continues.
It's really a real treat!
This is Nanuka Nanoka 40 from la jomon.
It is a refreshing drink, a little dryer than the other wines in the series.
The taste is different from the past series.
I wonder if there is a difference in taste.

La Jomon Yamahai Junmai Shu Takumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Shu

Following the standard sake the other day, this is my personal favorite koji triple brewed sake 🍶.
From the standing aroma, soft and gentle cucumber, muscat, and herb like No.6. The mouthfeel is like potassium, but with the edge of acidity of koji sanbai, it is delicious as expected 😋😋😋😋 The swelling flavor and dryness of yamahai in the latter half is also perfect and it will be empty in a second 😆.
Slightly spicy on the tongue.
Soft and sharp sweetness.
A moderate acidity comes in and is broken by bitterness.
Very clean with no cloying taste.
It is not like a junmai sake.
Personally, I want more umami.
I also want more miscellaneous flavors.
The Takumon gate of la jomon that I was expecting.
It exceeded my imagination.
Sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity,
The balance is outstanding.
It is so easy to drink and you can drink it as much as you want.
I could drink it as much as I want.
I should have bought another bottle.
