The first bottle of the New Year was la jomon's koji sanbai
The first bottle of the new year's first sake was la jomon's koji sanbaijoshu.
This is habit-forming deliciousness.
This drink is like sake, but in a different category. It is neither Japanese nor Western.
It is outstandingly delicious but with a strange taste.
It was a very delicious but strange tasting sake.
Mr. Kumagai's words, "The regular is also delicious," fell on deaf ears, and I went to the store every day.
After the sweetness is felt, it is refreshing with a gentle acidity. Jun, jwah ✨!
This is a delicious sake 🙌!
While cleaning up for dinner, I left the sake bottle with my father and he started talking to his grandson in a somewhat cheerful manner and became a hebereke. ⁉️ and staggered feet💦The bottle I was chipping away at was less than one gong 😱 gah ‼️
This year's koji tripled! I heard it is better to say, "This year's koji tripled!
I drank it for the first time last year, and I remember thinking how sweet it was with three times as much koji. This year, however, it is really refreshing! The acidity is so sharp that if you close your eyes, you can see it is a white wine. ‼️
If it were served in a wine glass without saying anything, you might really mistake it for a white wine.
No, even if you knew, you would make a mistake. It's not so much how it is as a sake, but how it is as a drink.
It's delicious! It's beyond delicious 😍.
This time, a special bottle was released for the first time in two years. We were excited even before the bottle was opened because of its long-awaited return.
Epokey is an assemblage (blend) of three different liquors.
The combination of their individual characteristics creates a depth that cannot be expressed by a single sake, and the result is a true "beauty of harmony".
When poured into a glass, the first thing that catches the eye is the clear, transparent color.
It looks very clear, yet it has a beautiful appearance with a strong presence behind it.
When you put it in your mouth, the taste easily exceeds your expectations.
First, a gentle sweetness like that of white grapes spreads, followed by a pleasant acidity that is well-balanced.
The harmony of sweetness and acidity is truly wonderful, and the complexity and cohesiveness of the assemblage can be clearly felt.
The aftertaste is crisp and clean, with a lightness that is appealing without being tiring to drink.
It was such a "magical taste" that I found myself naturally wanting another glass 😋✨.
This is Nanuka de Danshizaka from la jomon.
A blend of three breweries.
It has a pleasant acidity and umami.
It is delicious.
However, I preferred Nanuka which I drank last year.
I preferred Nanuka which I drank last year.
Tart texture, sweet taste. The aftertaste is refreshing!
According to Mr. Kumagai's note from last year, this sake can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures. Yes, he also recommended mixing it with carbonated water! It's like a beautiful banana aroma when you put ice in it.
What I liked most surprisingly was when I warmed it up to about lukewarm, the beautiful acidity jumped out and the sweet-tart base was still there. ‼️
I went to the fermentation department store in Shimokitazawa to get some more sake. I was surprised to see how much it has changed!
Refreshing plums
Thickened sludge and plenty of pulp! Moro yogurt acidity. The sake element of umami, sweetness, and bitterness in the back is also strong!
Finally, the alcohol is so strong that you can't even feel it on your tongue.
This is 7 degrees! 😳
Manufactured by Nieda Honke 😂.
I didn't have a choice 💦.
Nice aroma of white grapes and citrus 🤍🍇🍊.
In the mouth, the fresh mouthfeel comes with a slight aroma of rice and beautiful white grapes 🤍🍇😂.
As it goes down your throat, it's full but not too strong, the rice flavor and a bit of acidity is exquisite and delicious 😋✨.
Aroma of apple with deep, deep sweetness and acidity.
The thickening is firm, and the acidity and the deep sweetness and bitterness spread in the mouth while the nose is clear.
A strong roughness on the tongue and umami bitterness linger together in the long aftertaste.
When lukewarm, the sweetness first thickens and thickens. After the acidity and the sake is gone, the bitterness and umami are very nice!
Alcohol content: 15
Dewa no sato
Rice polishing ratio: 66
This is the first time I have seen this sake, and according to a participant at a sake meeting, it seems to be quite rare in Tokyo.
Slightly alcoholic aroma.
It is a perfect sake for those who do not like bitter, dry, sweet, fruity sake.
Tonight, we continue our series on past due sleeping 😅.
This one has been sleeping in the back of the stocker for 2.5 years.
La Jomon Junmai Shu Takumon Nama Shu 2022BY✨
Surprisingly, this lot has not been released in the past, so I opened the bottle thinking that it would have aged well since it's a draft sake.
The aroma is half fresh gourd aroma and half aged caramel aroma. The taste has a beautiful acidity at the attack, but it soon turns into a sweet and delicious sake like the black honey of pudding. The aftertaste is also bitter and not the original flavor, but it is a taste that makes you feel warm in this season, and as a result it is delicious 😋😋😋😋 I will enjoy it later with lukewarm sake or something 🍶.
White grapes with sweet grapefruit-like aromas🤍🍇🍊
On the palate, the soft mouthfeel is gassy and the white grape aroma spreads 😌✨.
Then the gentle rice flavor comes with a strong bitter acidity 😋😋The contrast between the initial and the aftertaste is interesting and delicious🤤🌊🌊.
lajomon Takumon Koji 3x
It is a good sake.
It is juicy and sour at the beginning!
The more I drank, the more I could taste the sweet and sour flavor, and I couldn't stop.
I was able to finish it with plenty of time to spare.
The aroma is sweet rice? A little bit of classicism. There is also a sourness like tangerines 🍊.
When you drink it, you will feel the smoothness in your mouth, a little bit of sweetness, and the bitter acidity will cut through your throat.
It is delicious as it is, but I think it would be even better if paired well...!
I remember the other day, Tsubu-chan wrote that it goes well with fruit....
I paired it with some pears and some Shine Muscat that I had at home at that time.
It's delicious, and it's good on its own, but I definitely prefer to pair it with fruit!
Pears especially go well 🍐 Japanese style of pears? The mild but juicy, low-acid sweetness is already perfect!
Malo's mild sweetness and pear's freshness are too synergistic. Repetition of sweetness 🔁.
At first I thought it would be a little sweet, so I thought it would be like a little sip, but I'd drink this in a heartbeat.
After a few days, it becomes even clearer and smoother like fruity water.
Pairing is really great.
Pears, they went together so well 🍐.
Good evening, Kotaro🦉.
Great success with the sake x fruit 😊👍✨I'm glad to hear that it tastes better than on its own ❣️It's hard to get this sake, but if I find a similar type, I'd like to try it🎶.
Hi Pon-chan, ☀️
This time it was a great win for synergy 🥳✨Pon-chan also paired the cake with sake the other day 😆.
I hope you will try it! If you come across a fruity 🍶 with a sweet and sour taste, please try the fruit combination 🤭🎉.
Good evening, Kotaro-san😄
Oh, you are drinking Malo 😆💕and with pears ❣️ exactly the pairing Mr. Kumagai recommended😍I knew it would go well together 😍.
Just reading it made me feel so happy 🤗
Kotaro Tsubu-chan, good evening 🌙
Thanks to Tsubudora family's visit to Yamagata, I got to drink with pears 😆Thank you ✨.
The pairing is perfect 👌I get aggravated when I come across such amazing combinations sometimes 🥳.
