I was discussing dinner with my daughter in the morning and she requested noodles.
It was hot in Osaka today, so we decided to have grated buckwheat noodles with zaru and tempura, and the husband opened a bottle of La Jomom😋.
This is the standard line of La Jomom.
When I took a sip, the juiciness and bitterness came as if they were fighting each other.
I guess it's the bitterness at the end by a small margin.
This is the one I like - ❤️ delicious 🤤💕.
Best match for tempura and matcha salt 🍤 I wonder if the bitterness is linked 🤫 It also goes well with dried plums 🥰.
We enjoyed it until it was empty😊.

'Juicy and bitter fighting each other' 🤔📝.
I wrote it down and will use it somewhere else😅
