Yesterday was Manzai the Second.
Personally, I like Mr. Nishimori of Monster Engine, so I wanted him to do well, but he was scattered in the first round 😭 For me, that first round was like a final, but as the tournament went on, the lineup was just as my husband expected.
I think all of the older comedians are funny 🤣 so I feel like The Second is a stable laugh. It's just right for watching while drinking ❣️
While watching "The Second," I drank a bottle of Yumezumi's "origin," which I bought on a trip to Kanazawa.
As it was my first time drinking Yumezumi itself, I took a sip with trepidation.
It was too acidic! Sour 😫.
That was my first contact💦.
I really can't think of anything else to say about it except that it is sour 💦💦I looked it up and found that it is sweet and sour, but as long as it was cold, the sweetness was overshadowed. As the temperature loosens up a bit, the sweetness comes out and it's nice. When this happens, it tastes like the La Jomom Koji Triple I drank earlier. It was a little sweet and overwhelmingly sour, but delicious 😋💕 Such was the flavor of this dream brew. He liked it: ❤️👍
It's deep, Ishikawa ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Wakata.
I watched SECOND myself: 📺️
I predicted the winner and runner-up in opposite ways💦.
M-1 is good, but SECOND, with its increased maturity and stability, gives me a sense of security 😊.
We've got some great drinks 😱.
13BY...? 😳
Dora-chan went to a certain liquor store.
Dora-chan has been going to a certain liquor store
and forgot about it!
Dora-chan bought it!
I don't get it.
And then she left it lying around the house...
I still don't get it...
I heard it was a special sake with limited quantities...
I wonder if it's because they were scared of something...
How could they buy it 💦?
Anyway, I opened the bottle 🌀
Aged aroma with a hint of whiskey
Fermented sweet and spicy sizzling 〰︎〰︎😵🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is a little too much for me. 〰︎😵💦
I've never had Shaoxing wine before.
I've never had Shaoxing wine, but I'm not sure if it's like this...
I can still feel the whiskey🥃.
Please...
Don't buy me alcohol you can't drink yourself😡‼️
I sincerely wish you the best 😣.
Good evening, Uchi~'s super~rippa-san 😊Well, I was scared of this one 😅First of all, I wondered if I could drink it ‼️ 🤣 Anyway, I tried it, but it passed the sake stage 🤣.
Hello, Tsubu-chan!
I think 10 years or more of Nama Sake packs too much of a punch 💦.
I think this kind of sake is just drunk enough to get a sample ✨.
The 5 year old "Kuroryu Shizuku" I had at New Year's was pretty good too 🤣.
Hi, Tsubu 🐦.
This is quite a strong opponent 💦 and Dora, I'm curious about your aged wine! 🤣
I'd like to drink it just to be rude and scary 😁I wonder if there are any people like that offline? We should all drink it together 😉.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan.
Is it a whiskey type aged aroma 😳The 8 year old raw sake I drank before also had a western flavor, so what is it 🤔?
Pon-chan, I'll consider it next time I have a bring-your-own offline meeting 🤣.
Good evening, Tsubu! Unfiltered raw old sake! That's a great rarity😄It was born by chance...the taste is...well - this is something you can't experience, so consider it a good experience.
Hi Gyve, good evening😄.
This, you know, took a lot of courage to drink 🤣.
Yes, a cup is enough 💦.
I can also imagine what you drank of the 5 year old Kuroryu 🤣.
Pon-chan, thank you so much😄
I don't know why I get so excited when I find rare alcohol...even though I can't drink it 🤣Pon, you are a challenger to try it 🤣I wish I was closer so I could bring it to you 🤭bouken 😆👍
Good evening, bouken😊.
The aroma is really whiskey-like! When you drink it, the sourness comes first, but the sweetness after that, it smells like whiskey! I wonder if the alcohol content is also higher 🤔 my chest 🔥After a few days... it's rather good 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Sashu!
It's a good experience🤣I felt like I couldn't drink it when I opened the bottle, but as the day goes by, it mellows out and becomes rather good 🤣 addictive taste! I'm consuming it one sip at a time 😂.
Ishikawa Prefecture. Nomi City. Miyamoto Brewery Co.
Yumezou sake, light nigori Junmai Namaishu
I bought this sake at KITTE Osaka because I didn't know about it.
Yuri Goto, the sixth-generation brewer, and her husband Hitoshi Goto, the toji, are a married couple who brew sake with the philosophy of "brewing sake and brewing dreams.
It is served cold.
I was quite wary of the secondary fermentation in the bottle, but I was surprised to find that there was no gassing or stirring...
Why? I tightened the cap, shook it, and stirred the lees, but there was no fizz... No bubbles when I poured it into a glass.
The top aroma is a slightly sweet koji aroma. It was a bit like white dumplings.
The heavy lees give it a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
The taste is full of grain-like koji aroma, a little apple flavor, and a gentle umami with a bitterness that is not unpleasant, with a moderate bitter aftertaste.
We did not enjoy the shwash, but it was delicious with little sweetness.
Ingredients: Rice (Ishikawa), Rice Koji (Ishikawa)
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15
I opened it to drink it already before chilling it!
It is mild, sweet and fruity.
It goes down my throat without a sticky feeling.
I got a set of 3 kinds and sent 2 bottles to my son who was back home.
I'm sure they were delicious too.
One of the Hokuriku trip🍶.
Fruity and refreshing aroma.
The first impression is of a sweet taste, but the aftertaste is dry and slightly refreshing. It is rich and delicious.
Limited edition sake from a liquor store in Yamanaka Onsen
I'm a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it.
Very easy to drink and delicious!
It was a dangerous sake!

Yumuso Arabashiri Junmai Nama-shu

Nomi, Ishikawa Miyamoto Shuzoten

This is the third Yumezumi after a long absence.
It has a mild but youthful, unpasteurized sake flavor.
The taste is simple but delicious, with a concentrated rice flavor, good acidity, and a softness that you later realize it is 18°.
I felt like I was being taught anew how to appreciate sake.
Empty the bottle as cold sake.
Tomorrow is GW, I'll have a glass there (*^^*).
Dry and robust aroma. Refreshing taste.
It goes well with simmered sardines, so it's good for ‼️.(*^^*)
