On the second day of my Golden Week trip to Kanazawa, I went to Kenrokuen Garden from 7:00 in the morning. The last time I visited Kenrokuen garden 15 years ago was in winter, when it was covered with snow, so it was very atmospheric. Considering the traffic jam, we decided to go home after lunch, bought some sasazushi for dinner, and headed home. On the way home, we stopped at Eshitoko, a facility of Kuroryu in Fukui Prefecture, and at the brewery of Shichibonspear, and really enjoyed ourselves while lazing around 🚗. After returning home, we had sasazushi and this time's trophy, shunshin. This was recommended as a sake from Ishikawa at Sake Senan. It is 100% locally produced Gohyakumangoku and has a gentle sourness, sweetness, and endless refreshing ‼️ Delicious😍To use an analogy that I don't know if it fits, the finish takes the melon feeling out of Hakurakusei. What a lovely food wine💕 The sasazushi was soooo good and a wonderful end to a wonderful trip 😊. By the way, the 4th picture is a road sign I found near the Shichihonjari brewery in Shiga. Mario ⁉️ was just going in with us, asking what we should pay attention to 🤣.

Mr. Wakata. Good evening 🤩. I have never seen this road surface markings before 🤩. I'm a civil engineer by profession and I also design roads which is not my specialty but I don't know this one 😱. I wonder what it stands for 🤔I don't think it has anything to do with alcohol 😅.

Good evening, Wakata-san. I envy your trip to Kanazawa in the fresh green 🍃 and I too want to squeeze in a cup of Koumon ❗️ and Shunshin💕I personally haven't been able to drink lately and I'm starting to have withdrawal symptoms, so I think my withdrawal symptoms will get even worse🤣it's delicious 😋.

Good evening, Wakata 🌙 The sake you posted doesn't seem to be very common in Tokyo 🤔I'd like to try it 😆. I thought it looked like "❓Note heart" and thought it was a fill-in-the-blank question for a four-letter idiom 😅I think I'm going to have an accident at the T-junction ahead 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Kozou😃You were the first civil engineer to do so 😃What an interesting turn of events 🤣I knew Mr. Kozou's work, but I enjoy this kind of entanglement 😊That? I jumped at the place but did not get any coins 🥲.

Shunshin Wooden tank first pressing Junmai-shu Nishide Shuzo A bottle given to me by a friend. I had an image of Shunshin as having a strong acidity, but it has a slightly sweet taste on the palate with a lingering aftertaste. Delicious. Alcohol 15%. Rice polishing ratio 65

Shunshin Shizen Tsukuru Mizuhashiroshi Junmai Nishide Shuzo It was sweet and sour when I drank it before, but this is also sweet and sour. I wouldn't call it a white wine, but it is totally different from the spicy image of sake. It seems difficult to know what to pair it with, but I think it is an interesting bottle. You may be surprised because it is the complete opposite of the image of Ishikawa sake. Rice polishing ratio 84 Alcohol content 11

Transparent with a yellowish tinge. The aroma is sweet and full, reminiscent of golden sugar. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is mild. It is soon filled with a firm astringency and umami. The overtone is also like golden sugar. It has a long aftertaste. It is a mellow sake that lives up to its appearance and product description.

Therefore, when it was immediately warmed up, the characteristics of when it was cold were emphasized, the aroma was strong, the astringency and umami were strong, and the acidity was perfectly good. ❤️

I drank it with grilled swordfish. It was easier to drink heated sake than cold sake, as it had more sweetness. It has a classic sake taste.
