I love this one too 😘, Fudo from Nabeya...Nakakumi, new sake 🍶It's fresh and shiny 🍶 It's a new sake, so it has a little bit of a "horny" taste, but it's delicious 😋 I'm sipping it with a plate of sea bream, yellowtail and sea bass....yummy!

I went directly to the pot store and bought it... it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit. .... When I opened the bottle, poof! Wow...it's alive! Aroma: Sweet aroma of Miyamanishiki! A good bitterness and sharpness after the first sip! I knew it had undeniable "high" potential....it's a delicious sake that goes well with food 🍶...Chiba sake 🍶 is not to be underestimated...I'm enjoying the Chiba marriage with the Unohana sardines from the Koshimon Shoten in Chiba...
