The 17th drink
Fudo Comet Dry
I got the impression that this was a very dry sake.
I thought it might be light because of the comet used, but it felt surprisingly robust 😅.
I remember it was screaming to be heated up 🤣.
The first party is over now.
After that, we went to a Yakitori restaurant owned by a friend of Mr. Chidorisaki. I don't have any photos of the after-party, so I won't review it here 😁.
I remember Mr. Chidorisashi persistently asked the cute waitress how old I looked 🤣.
Hi Pon-chan ☀☀☀.
The new member is a young guy from my office who I drink sake with, so he can drink a lot 😁.
6 of us are over 3sho, so each of us drank more than 5 gou 🤣that makes my memory a little suspect 😂.
Bottom of the bottle, 3 days after being empty.
The bottle was said to be healthy and piquant when opened.
It has a fruity and refreshing aroma with a sourness typical of white malted rice.
It has a pineapple melon flavor.
Juicy but crisp.
It's like you want to cool it down and drink it quickly.
It is delicious.
Degree of liking ☆3.5/5
This year, this immovable season has finally arrived: ‼️
Personally No.1 summer sake
Very strong gassy feeling❗️
Melon-like aroma❗️
Moderate sweetness and bitterness❗️
Silky feeling of lees❗️
It drinks like a juice 😊.
I opened the bottle in the bath just to be safe.
It didn't blow out 😅
Melon-like aroma, but a bit unique.
A little bit of melon and a little bit of seme smell.
Fresh, juicy and delicious.
It has a rich umami, with a little bit of a tangy taste.
The acidity is sharp afterwards.
When it is lukewarm, it tastes like salted plum and kelp.
Taste degree ☆3/5

I've had my eye on this one for a while now, White Fudo✨.
To reward myself for working on my day off, I stopped by the liquor store near my office on my way home from work and picked some up 😆👍.
The mother at the Tani liquor store told me that the production of this Hakufudo is very small, so if you want to drink a lot of it, I recommend you to buy it in a bottle, but I decided to buy the No. 4 bottle because I was afraid that the lid would blow off and the fizz would not continue in a bottle.
I opened the bottle the same day I bought it.
I chilled it at ➖5℃, but the lid still blew off😳.
Now a sip. Yum😋‼️
The acidity is less than I expected. The gentle sweetness and freshness of the apples is combined with the proper riceiness of the steadfastness, and it's really delicious. ‼️ It's a summer sake, but it's more sake than you might think. The taste is very well made 💕.
Hi Wakata, ☀️
I was very curious about this Fudo when I saw the information about its arrival at the liquor store 😋.
It's a summer sake with a proper rice flavor 🎐and the kind that blows the cork out of the bottle 😆 It looks really good ✨I'd like to buy it if I see it 👍.
Hi Kotaro 😃I really bought this one 😃I also saw it on the liquor store's instagram and thought it would be absolutely delicious 😁and then I bought it and it was so good ‼️
Hello, Wakata 😃!
Oooh! Mr. Shirafudo ‼️ we also had it about 2 years ago 🤗I remember the label like saying white malted rice & malic acid is absolutely delicious 😁I remember it was even better than I imagined 🥹.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃I didn't know you met this healthy girl 2 years ago. You're right ✨I thought it would be more sour, but it's moderately tasty and goes beyond your imagination: ❣️
This Junmai Nama-zake combines the refreshing citric acidity of 70% polished domestic rice and white malted rice with the sweet and sour flavor of malic acid from the yeast.
The bottle is filled with a mixture of rice cake to promote light secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in carbonation and a sweet and sour taste.
