The aroma is softly sweet, though it's supposed to be super spicy.
The mouthfeel is not harsh, but dry and smooth 😚.
I miss the sharp and clean sake when I drink only sweet and tasty sake.
I'm sure there are many different spicy ones, but the fact that you don't feel any alcohol in this sake is what makes it so badass 😆.
