The specs are not daringly disclosed. It is made with brewer's alcohol, but it is not sticky and the sweetness is not intrusive. It is quite good with a clean taste.
Very sweet and very drinkable. No fruity taste, but also has a light alcohol smell. A sake that you might drink too much of.

The second day, it seems to have a stronger alcohol taste.

The first immovable purchased. It is a candidate from this season.
The first Fudo was nigori sake, very cloudy and I thought it was doburoku, but contrary to its appearance, it is not sweet and is in the dry category. The label also says "dry" lol.
It is very easy to drink because it is very muddy but dry, and the taste is very calm. I don't particularly feel the fruity taste either.
I have found another dry sake that I like. It is a fudo following Shichibon-yari and Hidakami.
I would like to buy other Fudo again.
