At a sake bar in Tokyo.
Fudo no Celebration Label ver.
The color is slightly yellowish.
The taste is fruity at first, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
I have had Fudo before, and it was also delicious.
Today, I decided to go to a place with my company drinking buddy. We went to this restaurant we recently found. It was good that it was our first time. The first drink was Fudo. This is the first time for me to try the purple label. It is also a delicious sake.

I've just opened the Fudo Yumachi I've been looking forward to ✨
Just like its reputation, it is delicious from entrance to exit in the mouth 🤤.
Before I became a sake lover, I had a very tasty amazake that I stopped by near Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and drank.
This Purple-san in particular has made me a fan!
It is still muddy and still ongoing.
I expect it's a sloppy looking type, which I prefer. I didn't know it was alsobe. I didn't know that, but I don't mind. If it tastes good, it's good, if not, it's bad.
Just pour it in and it's sloshing! It looks delicious by itself!
It is supposed to be dry, but the sweetness of the rice is unexpected. It has a clean and refreshing aftertaste. It is a new sensation.
It was a little different from what I expected, but it was delicious.
The sludge is thicker than Yamamoto's "Do", and it is easy to drink even though it is mellow and sweet.
I'm glad I bought it.

Our New Year's Eve Sake Vol. 2 🍶.
Chiba was a hot place this year
It was surprisingly cloudy and so thick that you could almost hear it toque when pouring it into a sake cup.
It smells and tastes just like amazake! I had it while thinking it was a good sake for the end of the year 🎍.
It tasted a little sour, and I don't like amazake so much, so I don't think I'll repeat it. ....
