It's been a while since I've been here.
I had a small off-line meeting with Choroki-san and Nochi-san in November, and Choroki-san gave me this sake✨.
It's not a Nagoya sake at all! I thought it was, but it was Mutsu Hachisen, which is a limited edition of a store in Nagoya.
The aroma of apple🍏 is irresistible 😊旨んまい‼️ sweet and juicy. The more you drink it after a few days, the sweeter it gets, and the more acidic it becomes, the more sweet and sour it tastes 😚❣️
