Like Tsurunori, it has a thick and deep flavor, but it seems to be different which one you prefer 😊. Heppoko prefers Tsurunori 😋😋😋.
Try it with the tasting set. Sake degree +4. 15% alcohol. It is dry, but not too dry. It has a sharpness and can be drunk beautifully. I think it is delicious and easy to drink at this level. I think it has a good balance.

I was curious about this one when I saw that there was a raw version. I liked it because it had an even richer sweetness than the hi-ire version.

It was delicious with no peculiarities and mainly sweetness, but I did not buy it because of the price and the stopper that looked difficult to open.

No sweetness at all, quite dry and crisp.

I was curious about the use of rice I had never heard of called Akigeshiki. Is it Kumamoto's rice rice?
