I went to the Nagaoka Sake Festival...my first time attending! My mother, sister and I enjoyed ourselves😊As soon as we arrived at Nagaoka station, we went to a sushi restaurant and ordered sushi and a bottle of sake of our choice for each of us. We arrived at Aole Nagaoka and before entering, we compared the doburoku in pic 4. There were sweet and dry, but doburoku is sweeter and tastier 😋. Now, here comes the real fun........the 25 tickets are exchanged for sake. You can drink most of the sake with only one to three tickets. You can also exchange your ticket for snacks. Seating is fixed and comfortable with chairs. 12 people to a table. The moment we sat down, everyone was friends🤣An uncle who was also selling things, so he opened them and served them to us🤣A young man who made homemade smoked fish and brought it to the table. This table members are very strong 🤣We didn't have to wait in line so long to get our drinks, and we had a good time. The most delicious was Yoshinogawa's "Shuzo no Awasuki" premium PAIR 😋 for those who love shuwa shuwa 🫧2 hours flew by. At the end, the person next to me gave me a handmade key chain! I was so happy that the lady sitting across from me was a bit taken aback😅.

It's been a while since my family got together, so we went to Sushiro for takeout. It was the first time I ordered this since New Year's, but the quality was totally different and it tasted so much better 🍣 (Is it because we order so much during New Year's?). I went to the Imadaiji brewery and bought this sake the last time I went back to my parents' house. I tasted it and liked the aroma of the wooden vat, so I brought it home. The aroma of the wooden vat whetted my appetite 😋 and in no time at all, I was finished drinking it all... I liked the aroma so much that I wondered if I should drink it on its own. I was wondering if it would be better to drink it by itself 😅.

I'm just a part-timer! I'm just a temp and have been working since April. My predecessor quit after 2 people snapped and quit every 2 months. Because of this, the general manager took care of me and held a sake drinking party at the company's izakaya 🤣I'm totally stress free 😅I'd rather be stressed out about what made you all quit ⁉️ I'm insensitive? 🤣 He went out of his way to buy me some fine wine on his business trip and brought some whiskey...it was a great drinking party 🙏. Manjusen, of course it's delicious 😋It's great with sashimi, fried oysters...any of them. I also brought home some Koshi as a souvenir.

Oyster and Sake Club🦪 activity record🍶. It's just a group of people who want to drink 😁 Oh, you know ✨Nochi-san is there, so it's a petit offline meeting. And Ane-san and 3 others. We brought the sake we bought from Niigata and paired it with raw oysters 🥂 I brought it in for the manager to drink, but he opened the bottle first and we had it 😋. It has a sour taste and is like a white wine when drunk on its own. When paired with raw oysters...mmmm, the sweetness suddenly increases and the minerality of the oysters and the acidity of the sake mellows 😍Delicious🤤. No, Ane-san had bought this sake before and the three of us had drunk it with oysters. And yet all three of us looked like it was our first marriage 🤣that's why we're drunk 🤣. The army of drunks than us 📞 to Ane-san. We are not so tongue-tied 🥴 and tongue-tied enough to get us drunk 🤣.

I love this sake 👍the perfect balance of sourness and umami 🧡I'm happy with kakiage and ajino namenrero 😍. I was going to leave after drinking 3 glasses of hoppy, but the owner brought me a limited edition sake and I drank it 🤣. Now my goal at this store is to keep a bottle of Kinmiya. It seems they start with small bottles first, and one day I will become a regular ✨. I'm dreaming!

On the third day, the main task? I made my usual hamburgers and other Japanese dishes 😁....and for lunch I went home and made sushi, sashimi and Daisetsuken 🍶Salmon with fat and Daisetsuken was the winner ✨The flavor is still good but the fat is washed away 😋I drank until the last minute and went back home! 🧳 pic.2.3.4 is our second day of sightseeing in Kyoto👀Yesterday we went to Ginkakuji ✨After taking the wrong bus, we got hungry and had lunch at a gyoza restaurant near Karasuma Imadegawa😋! After arriving at the bus stop closest to Ginkakuji, I found a crepe I saw on Instagram 💡 and couldn't get there 😂. Back to Kyoto station, we went to a restaurant where shochu comes out of the faucet and we had all you can drink for 60 minutes🚰 We both drank quite a bit and as expected, I can't drink anymore today🥴.

I got spring break, so I'm here in Osaka to check on my son 🚄. He made a reservation at a Sake restaurant, but I didn't expect him to work overtime 💦 but I'll start first alone 🤣 I'm a lousy mother 😆. Since I came all the way to Osaka, I started with Osaka's sake Akirika✨Dried fish and sake go great together! Dry and delicious 😋. Before coming to Osaka, we went sightseeing in Nijo Castle and Rokkakudo in Kyoto. The cherry blossoms were already in bloom 🌸Great spring break 😍.

From the appetizer, vegetable sticks and oyster miso 😍can you tell they are seared with a burner? Oyster miso and sake for life 🥳. The manager chose three different types of sake for us to compare. Among them, Izumibashi's sake is the best match! I was not a big fan of sake from the sake brewery, but it's so good. I was not a big fan of sake, but it was delicious.

Lately I've been a Shichida fan ✨I was impressed again today with the OMACHI😍My favorite sake today was this one: ❗️ Fruity aroma. I can't tell you how many times I called out how good it smelled while drunk 😄There were 3 different kinds offered so I had to try them all. Thanks to Nochi-san, I was able to meet Tatsu-san ✨Thank you Tatsu-san for the toast photo 😊. Welcome 🤗Menchan! I don't know what Mr. Menshuoh is doing in Tokyo (he says it's a business trip), but anyway, welcome to the Menchan Kai! On the first day, we had a toast with MAJ, Ane-san, Nochi-san and 5 others 🍻. I'm sure there are better shellfish in Hokkaido, but we were attracted by the all-you-can-drink sake offer, so we went to Kaaimi. The best sake we had was Akirika Nigori (cloudy) 😋 We drank more and more of it. It was cloudy but not too sweet and refreshing ✨. It was a very short 2 hours. See you Wednesday 👋

It's my birthday on Iinikku day. I am drinking with sake delivered from my sister who is a great drinker 🍶. On the day of my birthday, my friends who have been working hard together for one-upping me celebrated with me! I wrote 'Ritsurin' and zetsu ......🙄 I heard it reads "Ritsurin" 🤗. When I said Kuribayashi, the waitress told me that she reads it as "Ritsurin" 🩵🫠. From left to right: Manjusen, Zoka in the middle, and Kuririn on the far right. The Kuririn was dry and smooth! It goes well with Tsumami✨The white liver is tender and delicious! This restaurant is very tasty from the appetizer! And it's retro and cozy. I want to go here at least once a month.
