Happy New Year, everyone! I look forward to working with you again this year.
I'll have to post from time to time so I don't forget 💦.
I've been into craft beer and shochu lately, so I haven't had a chance to post much...
My parents' mother sends me a bottle of Shijikizuru every year for New Year's. I still think it's only available in Niigata, so I send it to her. She still sends it to me thinking it's only for Niigata, so I don't tell anyone 🤫.
It is the perfect sake for food 🍶! We had it again this year with sashimi, roast beef, etc.
My parents in Niigata had no water service for a day due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, so I sent them some water, but by the time it arrived, it had been restored... 😅They said they would save it for future use.
