My favorite special junmai in Kikusen's lineup
A traditional sake that is neither sweet nor spicy.
Delicious at all temperatures, from cold to warmed.
It's too versatile to be used as a food sake or as a secret ingredient in dishes.
For the price, I always order it from a liquor store in Shizuoka prefecture as a regular sake!
4.5
While picking up delicacies at a soba noodle restaurant.
The delicacies were excellent, so I drank them all at once.
I can't judge exactly because of the large compensation by the delicacies, but I think the drink was tasty with a refreshing taste.
I would like to drink it again to re-evaluate.

Kikuyizui Special Junmai
I also like Shizuoka sake,
I have a special attachment to Isohajime from Yaizu, which I brought to my wedding reception and after-party,
I also love Kaiun from Kakegawa and Kikuizui from Fujieda.
I also love Kaiun from Kakegawa and Kikuizumi from Fujieda. I have drunk this special Junmai and the special Honjozo repeatedly.
This special junmai is very gentle, refreshing and clean,
It is not only beautiful but also tasty and goes well with all kinds of food.
Aroma is restrained
The color is yellowish.
Slightly acidic, with a hint of grapefruit, but well balanced with the koji, and the taste of rice remains.
The softness has a sense of depth. It is best when it is not too cold, but when the temperature returns to normal. The umami of the rice gradually comes out. The taste of rice gradually wells up. The elegant aroma, soft mouthfeel, and light aftertaste are very good. Among the Kikusen series, it is especially popular among women and those who are just starting out in the world of sake. It is a gentle "Shizuoka-style" junmai ginjo sake with low acidity, and is a representative sake of Kikusen.
It is still full of sake that I don't know about.
It's really a fun sake activity!
First of all, here it is.
Almost no aroma. It has a soft taste.
It seems to go well with all kinds of dishes.
