drinking at home
A gift of Yoshinogawa
Not sweet, but not that dry.
It's not sweet, but it's not that dry, so it's delicious.
It's very refreshing.
The aroma through the nose is fruity
I have been sick and busy this winter, so I haven't had many days to enjoy sake.
I had a stockpile of sake, but I didn't have any chilled, so I was served this one, which my family had chilled.
It was really sharp and clean.
It was really refreshing, and I enjoyed it very much.
Little by little, I am getting back to being able to afford to enjoy sake. I have already purchased some spring sake, so I hope to open some of that this weekend.
Ingredients: Rice (Niigata Prefecture), Rice Koji (Niigata Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15
★★★☆☆☆☆
It has a great umami with a strong rice flavor.
Raw material: 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Niigata Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 55
The taste is crisp and clear. I thought it was very well-balanced, being mellow but also sharp.
Purchased at Niigata Yoshinogawa Sake Museum
Actually went to the brewery to purchase 💰.
I've been to Nagaoka for a while but this is the first time I've seen a sake museum 🤔.
There is a store, an exhibition, a bar where you can drink sake, and games to try 😊.
Next time I want to go there by train because it's close to the station 😆.
I bought a bottle of Yoshinogawa for myself as a souvenir 🍶!
I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋.
A little dry and fruity 🤔.
The image is totally different from the Yoshinogawa I drank in the past! It tastes like sake, but I think it's easier to drink than before 😊.
There are still so many things I don't know about my hometown Niigata!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
