It does not have a strong aroma, but it is a delicious sake with a strong flavor that will complement your meal. It is available at Y Shop in Minami-Oguni Town. I hope to see you again 💕◘. One more bottle at Jigoku Onsen 🍶. The outline of the sake is very clear even when served with wild boar hot pot, and I enjoyed it very much 😍. I was told that Kumamoto has good water, so I wonder if the sake is good too 🤔.

Kawazu Shuzo - Kumamoto Aso Well-established sake brewery with an established reputation for both sake and shochu Long-established sake brewery It is a junmai sake, though it is a jungin sake, It has a beautiful yellowish-green hue when opened. It has the punch of a junmai sake, but is not too sweet and has a sharpness, It has a punch like Junmai, but not too sweet and has a sharpness. Good with red sashimi of natural tuna!
