⛄️ This is the first time I've ever had a Shinzo. I think I heard it was a limited edition, but I forgot what kind of limited edition it was😅. I've had the regular kamizo, but I can't tell the difference anymore. Maybe the limited edition tastes better 😆. I heard Oroku drank it heated. Heh.., Snowball had more acidity than I expected, I think. I drank a lot on Thursday because I had to speak at a debriefing session the next day. I drank a lot of drinks while I had to talk at the debriefing session the next day.

Good evening, Ane 😃. A fun off-line meeting makes the cups go down 😋. We went to Shinjuku on Wednesday, the day before. We were walking around talking about it 🤗.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😁. Yes, I almost forget that it's a weekday. I mean, I want to make the next day annual next time 💦. It's a secret that we got lost on the way to Rebaya 🤫.

💚 This is the first Sakiyami I've had since it was recommended to me as delicious. It is slightly carbonated and makes me happy just looking at the bubbles 🫧 spreading in the glass. It's so refreshing. I was happy to have another glass. I also got to drink Yuki no Mayu and Katsuma, which I never had in my brewing forest days😊. So much fun 🩷.

🌾. I drank Jikin with Omachi, Asahi, Hachitan-nishiki, and Tokujun, but Tokujun was the most refreshing and my favorite. I have quite a bit of stock left at home and I think I need to drink it soon, but I can't afford to buy the next one so I can't drink it💦. There are also a lot of check-in commemorative sake 😆.

🐉 Did you have a petit offline meeting? New Rebaya in Shinjuku is reserved for up to 4 people, the price has gone up, and the variety of sake has gone down a bit. But it doesn't change the fact that you can drink a lot, so the 4 of us went there with Yuka-Chin, Nochi-san, and Rigel-kun, the organizer of the party. Thanks for the reservation😊. The first thing that impressed me was this Ryujinmaru. I had heard it was hard to buy, so I had to try it. On that day, I just kept saying "I want one too" as other people ordered 💦. It's very rich. Great flavor 😋. The yakitori flavor was so-so, but it's strong enough not to be defeated. I had been drinking at a fast pace until I got here, so I decided to try this one! I had been drinking at a fast pace until I got here, so this one drink seemed to calm me down 😄. The third picture is a tree in Minato Mirai. I don't really know what it is, but everyone was taking pictures, so here it is 🌲.

Hi Ane 😃I heard that when Nochi is there, no matter how many people are there, it will be a petite offline meeting 🤫.

Good morning, Manachy 😁. E👀. You shouldn't call a banquet with such and such nocchi as petit. He just happens to be attending a banquet with a small group of people😊.

Thank you for your hard work. I know the number of on-taps was down, but I think the quality of the drinks was high.

Yakitori and Sake Restaurant I visited the Shinjuku branch of New Rebaya. The restaurant is more beautiful than I had imagined. Many of the staff and customers are young, There were also a few foreign customers here and there. Sake is Glass (90 ml) 550 yen Chirori (200) 1100 yen (except for some). We have a wide variety of sake, so it was hard to decide which one to drink. I decided on this one for my first drink.

I thought I could drink Kameizumi cel-24 anytime since it is sold in many stores, but I had been neglecting it for almost 10 years... I thought I would never drink it if I missed it here, so I ordered it at an izakaya! I really wanted to drink Jikin Special Junmai, but... lol! When I took a sip, the strong fruity aroma of pineapple, melon, and karin, and the juicy sweet and sour aroma filled my mouth and seemed to escape into my nose. If you like this kind of sake, you can drink it for the rest of your life! I think many sake beginners will start with this one! Seriously, it's amazing! I like this kind of sake once in a while! I might even buy some for home drinking... I think I'll buy some to drink at home... There was a time when Senkyoku had a series of sweet and sour flavors like this, wasn't there? I wonder if they will make something like this again as a seasonal product lol (I always say that)

Personally, Kawanakajima and Genmai are more difficult to obtain than Jyushiyo. I think Marie Antoinette once said, "If you can't buy it, just drink it at an izakaya," so this time I gave up on Jikin and tried it! It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, and perhaps because it comes after Kameizumi, it gives a subdued impression, but it also has a strong ginjo aroma, so I think it would be absolutely gorgeous if drunk on its own. There is also a botanical impression somewhere, like shiitake mushrooms and earth. Hence, it is not completely for beginners, but I thought it is a sake that is popular with everyone, from moderate beginners to sake drinkers, which is no wonder it is so popular. I would have liked to drink it when the temperature was a little higher... I think I would like it more when the umami flavor opens up...!

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo🌙 Wasn't the queen famous for her drinking habits? LOL! Not only does it sell quickly, but I've encountered it zero times, and I don't even know where it's sold in the first place 🥲.

I've had junmai ginjo and others, but I finally got to drink this honmaru! How many years has it been since I've wanted to try it? This is amazing! It's soft and light, with no unnecessary heaviness and a clear, beautiful sake quality. It has a sweetness, but it's just so sharp! This is my favorite of all the Jyushidai I've had! The other Jyushiyo's I've had have a strong aroma and sweetness, but this one has just the right amount of saltiness. It's al-soze, isn't it? I didn't know it was possible to make a sake with an aroma so close to that of junmai, but with the benefits of al-soze! It's really amazing! If you can buy it at the regular price, I don't think you can find a sake as cosy as this one. If only I could buy it at regular price. lol lol lol.

🀄 The Mahjong Club Training Camp in Tokyo. On this day, we went to New Rebaya in Shinjuku with Ane-san and Yuka-Chin Presents as "the first day of mahjong camp launch". I usually participate in mahjong, but since I am still in my probationary period and cannot take an annual leave, I joined only at night. Unfortunately, Yuka-Chin did not participate. As a result, we all became mahjong players. It is not an off-line meeting, but just a launch of mahjong! We had a combination of 6-seaters and 4-seaters, including a middle school student who drinks (who), a 5-year-old (who), and an old man (who), but no matter who we sat with, we had fun and the time passed quickly. We drank a variety of drinks, but the best memory was that I was able to drink Macho Ane-san, which I had longed for. Jyushiyo and Jikkai are delicious after all. I was worried about going home because Yuka-chan was not here (I was in danger of missing the train ⚠️), but just when I had to get off the train, Nochi-san called me 📱 I happened to be awake, but she was very helpful 🥰. Now, did the people who looked like they were wrestling each other at Shinjuku station make it to the hotel safely? I'd like to join the real thing next time I'm at a camp. The abuse sounds awesome 😆 Come back to Tokyo again.
