Timeline
KumakichiThe last one I had at a New Lebanese restaurant I went to with a junior colleague from Akita, Muchu Tensho Tencho.
This was the fourth cup I had, and it went perfectly with the yakitori at New Lebanya! It was sweet and tasty, yet had a sharpness that complemented the dish!
I'm sure everyone would love it, but when I looked it up on the internet, it was 11,000 yen per bottle..,
It's not a casual drink, but it's perfect for rewarding yourself! KumakichiMy junior colleague from Akita said he had never had Shinsei, so we came to New Levaya, where we could drink it easily near our workplace.
The third bottle was Jyushidai Honmaru!
At other restaurants, you have to pay more than 1,000 yen for half a bottle, but here it was reasonably priced at only 690 yen!
It was a perfect match for the excellent yakitori! KumakichiMy junior colleague from Akita said he had never had Shinsei, so we had it here near his office where it was easy to drink.
The second bottle was Tangerine!
I had not had this one since the year before last at an event, so I really wanted to try it!
It was one of my favorites, and I think it was one of the best tastes in Colors! KumakichiMy junior colleague from Akita said he had never had Shinsei, so we had it here near his office where he could drink it easily.
The first bottle was No.6 X-type.
It was so delicious that he finished it in two sips.
It is a bottle that I would rather enjoy on its own than the strong flavor of yakitori! 青赤生姜The first drink of the day was a toast with Kaze no Mori. It is slightly sparkling and good for a toast! Delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. 青赤生姜SNOW, which I drank for the first time because I couldn't buy it, is also a great drink with a light mouthfeel that is typical of AKABU, and its acidity and gasiness make it a great drink. 青赤生姜Shinmasa's Kijoshu, the unique acidity of Shinmasa mixed with the sweetness of Kijoshu makes the sake very tasty on its own. 青赤生姜Aroma of juicy melon and excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. 青赤生姜It is no longer like sparkling wine, this kind of alcohol comes out of Kumamoto!
It is delicious! AAJIThere are not many liquor stores in Kumamoto Prefecture that carry Sanzo, and some brands are sold out after a few days even though they are announced on the Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery's website. We are proud of this sake, but at the same time, we have to be careful when it goes on sale in stores. 青赤生姜Thanks for your comment ✨
I see that there is a shortage of products even in Kumamoto prefecture.
It's a good idea to sell too much, isn't it?
I guess it can't be helped because they are so delicious 🍶. かずひろI had a glass at the end and it was still exceptionally delicious! かずひろWe had Jikin in the middle.
Steady and tasty! かずひろSweet but easy to drink Swiss. あねさん⛄️
This is the first time I've ever had a Shinzo.
I think I heard it was a limited edition, but I forgot what kind of limited edition it was😅.
I've had the regular kamizo, but I can't tell the difference anymore. Maybe the limited edition tastes better 😆.
I heard Oroku drank it heated. Heh..,
Snowball had more acidity than I expected, I think.
I drank a lot on Thursday because I had to speak at a debriefing session the next day.
I drank a lot of drinks while I had to talk at the debriefing session the next day. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Ane 😃.
A fun off-line meeting makes the cups go down 😋.
We went to Shinjuku on Wednesday, the day before. We were walking around talking about it 🤗. あねさんGood morning, Jay & Nobby 😁.
Yes, I almost forget that it's a weekday. I mean, I want to make the next day annual next time 💦.
It's a secret that we got lost on the way to Rebaya 🤫. あねさん💚
This is the first Sakiyami I've had since it was recommended to me as delicious.
It is slightly carbonated and makes me happy just looking at the bubbles 🫧 spreading in the glass. It's so refreshing. I was happy to have another glass.
I also got to drink Yuki no Mayu and Katsuma, which I never had in my brewing forest days😊.
So much fun 🩷. あねさん🌾.
I drank Jikin with Omachi, Asahi, Hachitan-nishiki, and Tokujun, but Tokujun was the most refreshing and my favorite.
I have quite a bit of stock left at home and I think I need to drink it soon, but I can't afford to buy the next one so I can't drink it💦.
There are also a lot of check-in commemorative sake 😆.
あねさん🐉
Did you have a petit offline meeting?
New Rebaya in Shinjuku is reserved for up to 4 people, the price has gone up, and the variety of sake has gone down a bit. But it doesn't change the fact that you can drink a lot, so the 4 of us went there with Yuka-Chin, Nochi-san, and Rigel-kun, the organizer of the party. Thanks for the reservation😊.
The first thing that impressed me was this Ryujinmaru. I had heard it was hard to buy, so I had to try it. On that day, I just kept saying "I want one too" as other people ordered 💦.
It's very rich. Great flavor 😋.
The yakitori flavor was so-so, but it's strong enough not to be defeated. I had been drinking at a fast pace until I got here, so I decided to try this one! I had been drinking at a fast pace until I got here, so this one drink seemed to calm me down 😄.
The third picture is a tree in Minato Mirai. I don't really know what it is, but everyone was taking pictures, so here it is 🌲. マナチーHi Ane 😃I heard that when Nochi is there, no matter how many people are there, it will be a petite offline meeting 🤫. あねさんGood morning, Manachy 😁.
E👀.
You shouldn't call a banquet with such and such nocchi as petit. He just happens to be attending a banquet with a small group of people😊. RigelThank you for your hard work.
I know the number of on-taps was down, but I think the quality of the drinks was high. あねさんGood morning, Rigel 😊.
Yes, it is! I'm glad I found this Ryujinmaru or Sakiyami.
I drank too much even on Thursday😅. maruYakitori and Sake Restaurant
I visited the Shinjuku branch of New Rebaya.
The restaurant is more beautiful than I had imagined.
Many of the staff and customers are young,
There were also a few foreign customers here and there.
Sake is
Glass (90 ml) 550 yen
Chirori (200) 1100 yen
(except for some).
We have a wide variety of sake, so it was hard to decide which one to drink.
I decided on this one for my first drink. flos_lingua_estI thought I could drink Kameizumi cel-24 anytime since it is sold in many stores, but I had been neglecting it for almost 10 years... I thought I would never drink it if I missed it here, so I ordered it at an izakaya! I really wanted to drink Jikin Special Junmai, but... lol!
When I took a sip, the strong fruity aroma of pineapple, melon, and karin, and the juicy sweet and sour aroma filled my mouth and seemed to escape into my nose. If you like this kind of sake, you can drink it for the rest of your life! I think many sake beginners will start with this one! Seriously, it's amazing! I like this kind of sake once in a while! I might even buy some for home drinking...
I think I'll buy some to drink at home... There was a time when Senkyoku had a series of sweet and sour flavors like this, wasn't there? I wonder if they will make something like this again as a seasonal product lol (I always say that) RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
