Oh, gorgeous fruity😋. The strength of the unfiltered raw 🍍 is sizzling and the pineapple-like fruit aroma fills your mouth! After that comes a soft, melon-like sweetness, which is characteristic of Fukurozuri! I love saké with sack hanging 😘! This was my first experience with this slow and steady punch and mellowness😊. After a day, after the third day, the sizzling part disappears and only the mellow flavor remains, which is delicious! Taste level 4.1

Taste level ★4.1 Another one of the last 2 to conquer the whole country is Chiyomusubi "SORAH" from Tottori🥂. It's called Japanese Champagne 🍾✨ because of the natural bubbles created by the yeast during the second fermentation in the bottle. You'll be surprised to see how bubbly it is without adding any carbon dioxide ✨. I recommend drinking it cold with snow 😋. It has a light rice flavor that makes it a proper sake, and the 360ml size makes it easy to drink up while it's still good. Went great with roast beef😊.

Taste level 4.6 I've been pretty stoic in my quest to complete my journey through Japan! The last two prefectures happened to be Okayama and Tottori in the San-in region, so I went for it! First, let's start with Tagaji in Okayama, the home of Omachi. I love this type of 🥳! The youthful aroma of green apple and the freshness of freshly squeezed Omachi combined to make the first attack like a crisp green apple popping in your mouth✨🍏 🌾The freshness of the wine is accompanied by the rich and gorgeous flavor and acidity of Omachi, and the wine clears up beautifully. It has the strength of unfiltered raw sake, but the flavor of sake is still there, and it has a very clean and crisp finish.

The concept of "Ura-Chievijin" is "a sake that can continue to be drunk as a mid-meal sake with aroma and sweetness as the food culture changes. I guess the change in food culture means the westernization of food? It has a sweet taste, but it also has a pleasant tangy feeling, and the sourness and bitterness spread, so it's easy to match with meat-based dishes (Western food?). Iyo Kagiya's limited series based on the concept of "Onko Chishin [Visit the old, learn the new]"! 😄. They are aiming to make a sake that can harmonize in the mouth, which Japanese people have been doing for a long time, "adjusting the taste in the mouth while eating". 🍚 I tried to pair it with Zaru Soba (buckwheat noodles) to achieve harmony in the mouth. You can feel the tang of the Wasabi and the flavor of the Soba in your mouth, and then pour in the crisp Junmai Sake with its acidic and bitter taste. I can't get enough of it😁. Enjoying the lingering taste of alcohol and Soba sauce in your mouth! It was also irresistible😆. I want to learn various chic ways of drinking 😙. Taste level 3.7

When I went to buy "Chitoku" at the antenna shop in Miyazaki, I found a sake called "Mai" from Chitoku Shuzo Brewery with the staff's recommendation tag on it😊. Oh, and it's only available in Takachiho town in Miyazaki! I have a weakness for limited editions. You can also make a purchase from the Takachiho Kagura Offering Sake to thank for a good harvest and to wish for a good harvest in the coming year. It's nice to be able to buy a lucky charm for 1300 yen. It has a full-bodied aroma, followed by a refreshing alcohol taste. Thankfully, it was delicious😊. I like it 3.5

Taste level 3.7 The first day I opened the bottle, I drank it cold and it was quite sour. Makgeolli? It was very sour and 😱. The label on the back of the bottle said "Rock is good" and "Fill the glass with ice", so I drank it on the rocks and the sourness went away and it became easier to drink, but it was still sour 😁. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great drink. This is the best 😄. I tried lukewarming it on about day 5 and it was like hot calpis, this was my favorite way to drink it😋.

Taste level 4.2 I asked a liquor store that stocks five or six types of Miyoshigiku what they recommended, and they said, "Miyoshigiku generally has a unique aroma of mushrooms and nuts, so if you're a beginner, try this one! So I bought this one as an introductory sake. Ah, it's good! I like it a lot! It has a sweet and sour concentrated tropical🍹type flavor with a bit of a mushroomy aroma, so you can enjoy the depth of flavor. It has the richness of an unfiltered raw sake, but the sharp acidity makes it a refreshing drink 😋 My wife said she didn't like it because it had an enoki mushroom-like aroma, so it seems the world of Miyoshikiku is divided between those who like it and those who don't.

A liquor store that specializes in aged undiluted sake introduced me to Tamagawa's Sake-🌾, which is described as a "flavor bomb". I thought it was too early for me, because I was too tall and bought a very high level sake, and I even got my hands on some fugu fin sake, dashiwari and kusaya 😅. I wonder if all you warmed sake lovers have gradually changed your tastes and found your way into this world?

Taste level 3.6 When I read dancyu, I got the urge to drink heated sake, so I went to Amazon, bought a sake warmer, and went to the holy land with dancyu in hand! None of the sake featured on the heated sake special page was available, so I bought the Kutouryuu you recommended. PWAH! It's lukewarm and goes great with grilled Spanish mackerel and yellowtail radish! It's easy to drink lukewarm or hot, but I'd like to try a thicker, heated sake 😋.

Taste level 4.7 Sake made by the god of sake, Mr. Naohiko Nouguchi🌾 It's been a while since I've had it❗️Artistically delicious sake❗️😋 It's hard for me to get my hands on alcoholic beverages because I feel like they often leave a residue the next day. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get my hands on one, but I'm sure I'll be able to get my hands on one. It's got a strong alcohol content and a thick, rich flavor, but it's sharp and light enough to drink, which is great! It's a good sake to pair with a wide range of foods, from soy sauce to spices to dried fish! It was also good lukewarm, but it's best served cold! You can see why this sake is highly regarded by sushi chefs and other Japanese cuisine chefs.

I was wondering if I should buy Raifuku X, but the clerk recommended Raifuku's Premium 300 series, so I bought it. This is the first time I bought a 300ml Junmai Daiginjo! It's certainly good❗️ The fruity taste and acidity spread gently in the clean and calm taste 🌾 There is no miscellaneous taste and it has sweet taste. Ah, happiness ☺️! It was a well-balanced, high quality sake! It's so fragile that you want to drink more but it will soon be gone. It's a Japanese luxury that is similar to the fragility of cherry blossoms falling quickly🌸.

Taste level 3.9 I've been waiting for my turn to pair this with sushi, and I've been waiting for my turn to pair it with "Tsuneyama Araiso Naokumi Nama" 🌊. I was expecting it to be a crisp, dry shokuchu sake because of the package 🐟 image, but it was a sweet and sour fruity sake 😋. I enjoyed pairing it with sushi, potato salad, cheese, and snacks, and I was able to marry it with cocoa-based chocolate🥳 It was delicious♪

Taste level *4.3 Ooh, this is good 😋 Juicy goodness with complex flavors! Ahh I was surprised. I thought it would be "Kamikawa Daisetsu" that would paint Hokkaido, but I bought "Ezonokuma" recommended by a liquor store! Okay, great answer! The rice used is called "Kitashizuku" and it seems to be a new sake rice from Hokkaido that has been around for a couple of years. It is a rice that has a genealogy with Omachi, and is said to have a clear yet complex flavor. I liked this bear 🐻❄️ as much or more than the Oze snowmelt! I have a feeling it's going to climb the rankings! I paired it with a few different cheeses, and they all matched, but the Colby Jack cheese was an awesome match!

Favorite ★4.3 I like it! It's been a long time since we've had a more assertive ✨sweet and delicious unfiltered undiluted sake✨. When I heard two episodes at the sake shop: "This sake is so popular that the December shipment was sold out in one day" and the owner said, "I'm old enough to have fallen in love with this sake! It's a sweet and sour taste that makes me swoon💕. I'm sorry. I'm not sure if it's just the label that's pulling me in. The 🥳🥳 went very well with the strong flavors of the yellowtail and crisped up my mouth after eating it!

Taste level *4.1 It is fruity🍇 despite the fire. The balance of sweetness and bitterness from the umami🌾 is delicious👍. I've been drinking it for a few years now and I've never had a problem with it. I think "Saku" is an honorable student after all. ❗️ It's a great drink to pair with Japanese food, and it's available at liquor stores and online.

Taste level 4.0 This is the "Gin(Gin)Gin no Wakasama" or Silver Label. It's fresh and delicious✨! The freshness of the gas and the tingling of the acidity is chased by the sizzling umami🌾. It's easy to pair with Japanese food, but it's also great with just sake! At the liquor store, two or three people who looked like experienced drinkers bought Wakaha without hesitation, so I followed their lead and bought it, but it was the right decision! It was delicious.

Taste level 4.1 Full-bodied and delicious😋. The aroma and taste are well balanced with a fruity aroma like melon botanicals and a refreshing yet rich flavor. It's a good beer to drink from time to time to enjoy the smooth taste without being too fresh. I enjoyed the change in taste of the Akishika that I was drinking with it, and I enjoyed the taste of this one for a week with almost no change in flavor. 😊
