Today we visited the Tottori & Okayama Antenna Shops, a place of relaxation for Masamune hunters 📡. As soon as I arrived there, I started looking for Masamune and found it 🤩.
It's sake 🍶.
It has a crisp, Hakka-like aroma.
It is also very refreshing on the throat.
The umami of the rice is subdued, and then there is a subdued sweetness and an equally subdued acidity. Overall, it has a light and simple taste 😙.
It is probably best suited as a food sake 🍶.
The Hakka flavor, combined with the oiliness of the food, seems to help the oil from the food to be washed away quickly 😁.

I saw a Sanko Masamune on sale with a great high quality Junmai Ginjo and Daiginjo 😄.
It was my first Sanko Masamune and it was nice Sanko Masamune 😁.
I bought it at an antenna store because I thought it might be the basic base sake for Sanko Tenpyo fans 😆 (just a sake scrap).
I had it cold.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of mellow acidity.

The sharpness is good because it is aluzo-sweetened.
As expected, 20 degrees Celsius gave it a thumping. 😵💫
I thought I had drunk this mellow aroma, acidity and sweetness somewhere before, but it was Hatsuzakura's Namahashi.
I felt it would be like this if alcohol was added to Hatsuzakura (Hatsuzakura is 17 or 18 degrees) to make it 20 degrees.
I mean, I wish they would serve it as a draft sake without adding alcohol 🥹.
Sanko Masamune is going to open their brewery this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, and they are selling this "Hinokuchi" freshly squeezed raw sake.
I'd love to go there sometime 😊.

It was fruity and very easy to drink.
The sake was brewed with rice harvested from natural farming without using fertilizers or pesticides, as advocated by Mr. Akinori Kimura, known for his "Miracle Apple".

Another one of the last 2 to conquer the whole country is Chiyomusubi "SORAH" from Tottori🥂.
It's called Japanese Champagne 🍾✨ because of the natural bubbles created by the yeast during the second fermentation in the bottle. You'll be surprised to see how bubbly it is without adding any carbon dioxide ✨.
I recommend drinking it cold with snow 😋.
It has a light rice flavor that makes it a proper sake, and the 360ml size makes it easy to drink up while it's still good.
Went great with roast beef😊.
