My first home drinking instrument Masamune! Betsuraue Nakadori starts from the 2nd day. I heard from the liquor store that the taste of Honjozo starts to grow from the third day, so I bought Betsuraue because I couldn't wait for three days. 90% of the awards at the awards ceremony are Honjozo. Adjusted, gentle sweetness and umami is awesome! It's good! Day one, day two was just plain good, day three outstanding! Taste level *4.2

Drink comparison Superior" (advanced version) S. S is more full and full of flavor. Perfect! Shinsei no.6 is my favorite sake. Provisional No.1 in terms of taste! Preference level★5.2/5

It's been a while since I've posted anything. I've been accumulating a lot of reviews 😙. A luxurious comparison of X and S The X type is the top flagship, meaning "eXcellent" (luxury version). It's beautiful! It's very clear and deep, with a berry-like flavor coming through. This is an artistic sake that is similar to French sauces, with the berry-like flavor coming from deep within🥂. Taste level 5.1/5

I just got transferred for the first time in my life! It's been a flurry of activity, and I've finally settled down enough to be able to post about it~! This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store in a new place that I'm sure I'll have a good relationship with from now on! It's delicious😋. 3.9

Followed by the third place in the "Pineapple" ranking, the Golden Sparrow! It's fruity, piquant and tart😋. Light pineapple feeling in the mouth 🍍 and a peachy aftertaste 🍑. Maybe because it's less sweet than Kameizumi, I got the impression of a high quality sake. I feel it should be higher in the ranking. I think it can be paired with rice dishes just fine, but when I paired it with something sweet like tea cookies or Mont Blanc, which I was in the mood for, I felt pretty happy✨. Taste level 4.1

I found out now that there is "Pineapple" Sake Ranking🍍 in the ranking of Sake No.1 and No.3, which was waiting to be served at Rema.com, firstly from No.1 Kameizumi. 😁. Ooh, it's really pineapple juice! No bitterness, no sake smell, no koji smell! It's sweet and delicious😋. I thought if people who think they don't like sake drank it, it would change their image of sake! There is no aroma, so you can enjoy the taste of sake. Taste level 3.9

I found it at a fixed price ٩(^‿^)۶ This is delicious🌾 I was so nervous that I would run out of luck and get into a car accident on my way home when I could buy such an exceptional sake without any tying or lottery 😁. It has a thick umami taste, a fine sweetness, and a trompe l'oeil on the tongue. What a beautiful alcoholic drink! Well, that's it for the analysis. This time I decided to just taste the delicious sake 😋 I'm happy 😆. Taste level *4.7

Machida Sake Brewery Drinking Comparison [Omachi Omachi was also fresh, fruity, chili gassy and delicious🥂. The impression of the difference between this and the Gohyakumangoku is that Omachi has a peach & strawberry 🍑🍓-like flavor. This one is a little sweeter, so the impact of sweetness on the first day was strong! From the third day, the sweetness becomes stronger than the umami, so I preferred the Omachi to have some chili in the first or second day😁. Taste level 4.0

Machida Shuzo's Drinking Comparison [Gohyakumangoku Fresh, fruity and delicious🍏! Recently the nights have not been so cold, so the chilly gassy feeling was pleasant🥂! If you are looking for a place to buy 🌾 The difference is that Gohyakumangoku has an apple-like 🍏 flavor and is slightly less sweet than Omachi, so it is easier to pair with food. After the second day, it loses some of its gasiness, but the flavor becomes more pronounced, so I was able to enjoy the changing flavors for about a week😋. Taste level *4.1

Comparison of "Namatani" style 2 Comparing "Yuuto" and "Shinsei no Tenzu (Viridian) I see, the flavor tendency is quite similar to "Yuuto". This one has a soft lactic acidity that makes the inside of your mouth round. It's more chili than the Xiong Dong and has a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, making it very complex and delicious😋. I was impressed by the thickness of the flavor, as expected from Shinsei! It's also amazing that the taste hasn't changed at all for a week! A discovery! As was the case with the Ecru we drank before, it has a polyethylene stopper on the screw cap of the sake lid. What's more, they've broken the century-old rule of putting spot foil (metal foil) on the polyethylene stopper! The owner of the liquor store, who graduated from agricultural university, said that "Tenzu (Viridian)" has all the fundamental elements of the direction that Shinsei is trying to take. It's one I'd love to analyze from more angles! Preference level *4.2

Comparison of "Ikarashi" style 1 Yuuto" compared with "Shinsei no Tenzu (Viridian)". I understand that sake mothers using artificial lactic acid are called "rapid brewing yeast masters" and sake mothers using natural lactic acid are called "Ikaramoto". 🔍Hmmm 🕵️♂️. Yes, I studied it on danchu (lol) It was a gentle ‾sake with a not too sweet yakult-like lactic acid flavor that makes your mouth curl up, and a slightly flower garden-like aroma. 🌼 There's no pungent acidity at all, just a beautiful, fine, delicious sake! I wonder if the fact that the taste doesn't change for a week or so is due to the fact that sake made with natural lactic acid bacteria is stronger in some way? I thought it would be good if the live lactobacillus reached the intestines😁, how? Preferred degree ★4.0
