Label says bottled in Sept 2020 and shipped in May 2025. High alcohol content (19%) not noticeable. Very drinkable.

It has a tangy taste on the tongue and a juicy, robust flavor with a lingering, robust aroma and taste.
The sake is good on its own, but since it has an alcohol content of 20%, it goes well with white liver and is very tasty.

やや辛口、香りやや弱い (花、スパイス?)、アタックやや強い、シャープ、やや厚み無し、旨味の余韻は短い、軽快な苦味、やや複雑、いつもより生原酒の割に厚み無く、バランスはちょっとチグハグな感じで残念、爽酒

The presence of nouguchi-knots is indeed ○. The wine is a light amber color with reddish tints. The dry finish has a solid hardness, with condensed milk, cedar, apricot sweet bitterness, and grape aroma changing expression. After the cut, there is a nostalgic aftertaste of sake yeast, but it is also backed up by a clear hardness. It has a complex flavor, yet it does not vary.
