Naohiko Noguchi Institute I wanted to try. Smells like caramel and grain. It has a dry, drinkable, honey-like sweetness, a strong flavor, powerful acidity, and a clean aftertaste with enough stimulation to numb the tongue. Delicious. Impact like a whiskey. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is. It is a great match for fish, and the fish becomes twice as good with the support. I should have bought another kind. Second day. The second day was also good.

Now we wait for the results of the blood test👍 So, on the day of the ban 😆 I chose a good sake: ‼️ We will be having homemade pickled myoga, grilled geso, grilled pork belly 🐷, etc. as snacks this evening! Now open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is nice 💜The color is a little yellowish, it's matured 🤔. The first attack is full of sweetness from the rice, and the richness stands out...later the spiciness comes in and it's a sharp and sharp sake✋It's a unique sake and it lingers on 😊.

A cup of tears! I had a Daiginjo with full of flavor. Not much of a ginjo aroma, but a strong umami type! Mr. Noriguchi! My taste buds couldn't tell the difference between this and the honjozo...! I guess that's how good the honjozo is made...

After ripping up the Tedorigawa River, we left the restaurant. I went to several stores, but they were sunk, so I decided to wait for my wife's life at Kanazawa station. NOUMUCHI Naohiko Research Institute: Normal Sake Finally, the price of a four-pack of sake has reached just under 2,000 yen. A little yellow light body. Mild and easy to drink sweetness, while still being robust as in the past. Goes well with the salty taste of pickled fugu fish roe.

Rice flavor is strong, slightly spicy, sweet and complex. Delicious. At 20 degrees, I thought it might have a strong alkaline taste, but the complex umami (although not lacking) quickly drowns it out. Good balance. I drank it cold, but it would be delicious warmed.
