I drank some of the original sake, and while most of the original sake smells like sake, this one is quite moderate.
The aroma and umami are well balanced.
It's been cold all of a sudden this week.
I chose this item because I wanted to drink it warmed up.

Although the high alcohol content of the heated sake gives it a hint of alcohol in the aroma, the softness and umami spread softly on the palate and disappear crisply at the end.
It has been quite a while since I bought it, so the flavor has changed, but since it is a winter sake, it would be a good match with nabe (hot pot) or grilled fish.

Matsuzaki started to carry it, so I was curious about it and decided to try it.

This is an excellent sake brewed in 2022, bottled in October 2023, and released from the warehouse in November 2025. The aroma is not matured, but rather restrained and refreshing. It has a slight alcohol taste. The first sip has a profound and rich flavor! Is this really a regular sake? It is really a regular sake! It has the roundness of a moderately matured sake, but the sharpness of the alcohol taste comes through at the end, making it extremely delicious! It goes well with both light white sashimi and yakitori with a rich sauce. I would like to drink half a bottle of this sake a day and slowly enjoy it with a variety of snacks. As one would expect from the "God of Sake Brewing" ✨.
