I have been curious about this dish for several months since I got it at Izakaya Torihachi Shimomaruko, and finally got it.
The alcohol content of 19 degrees is very strong, and is a good brake for those who drink too much.
A cup of tears!
I had a Daiginjo with full of flavor.
Not much of a ginjo aroma, but a strong umami type!
Mr. Noriguchi! My taste buds couldn't tell the difference between this and the honjozo...! I guess that's how good the honjozo is made...

NOUMUCHI Naohiko Research Institute: Normal Sake
Finally, the price of a four-pack of sake has reached just under 2,000 yen.
A little yellow light body.
Mild and easy to drink sweetness, while still being robust as in the past. Goes well with the salty taste of pickled fugu fish roe.
On the plane.
Creamy, cheesy, grain-like and nutty, with a good balance of aromas from top to base.
Acidic, robust and masculine. Wonderful, with an after note that lingers like after eating cheese brine.
A first-rate sake. Delicious.
Rice flavor is strong, slightly spicy, sweet and complex. Delicious.
At 20 degrees, I thought it might have a strong alkaline taste, but the complex umami (although not lacking) quickly drowns it out. Good balance.
I drank it cold, but it would be delicious warmed.
