I've been wanting to try Yamanoi.....................................the label attracts me! I happened to come across it and had it✨ The aroma is mild but fruity with a full aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is soft and gas-free, with less sweetness than I expected and a minerality. The nose is fruity with a hint of sourness and a lingering bitterness. What is it? 🤔It's not quite what I expected 😅. On the second day, it smells like banana🍌, and the hint of melon🍈. The aroma is soft and the sweetness is full-bodied. The sweetness of the sake, which is made with ultra-soft water, is clear and transparent. The acidity also disappears slowly and naturally. I found it quite tasty on the second day 🥰I'm glad I didn't finish it in one day.

The Tsuneyama (not for sale as it is a commemorative sake) we compared at Osaka-ya in Kichijoji was so delicious that we brought this similar type of sake home! The sweetness was peachy and juicy with just the right amount of gas! Very tasty! But it's so refreshing! I love the gas tube and peachiness that lasts even after a few days💗. Tsuneyama has become one of my favorites!

The rice is "Aizan" that survived the disaster, the yeast is Kanazawa yeast, and it is made with the "Namo" yeast that Yutaro Mori, the toji at Mori Sake Brewery, is known for! My friends and I went to Osaka-ya (liquor store) in Kichijoji. I wanted to go there! We were told that we could have a kaku-uchi (corner drinking) session. We immediately tried different kinds of sake! We told the owner what we liked and he chose 3 different kinds to serve us ✨✨. I requested a sweet and sour one 🎤! First, Chiebijin! This is sake! It's like a handsome rosé sparkling wine! I'm convinced that many women buy this for Christmas! It's a dangerous one, low al, sweet and sour and gobbled up lol! Delicious! I want to beg Santa for Christmas lol!
