Shinshu Kamerei is the second bottle I've had at home ✨. The aroma is mild, with a hint of chili gas. The nose has a melon juicy sweet flavor, followed by a sourness that gradually fades into an astringency. It has a freshness from being a fresh sake. On the second day, the juiciness increases. It is astringent but easy to drink and delicious 🥰.

The first Shikishima ✨Tamaei is a sake rice from Aichi Prefecture 🥰The sake shop recommends to drink it slowly for about 2 weeks, so we took our time ✨. The aroma is classic and moderately sweet, with a slight gasp on the tip of the tongue. The palate is clean and refreshing, with a fresh umami, a beautiful acidity, and finally, a bitterness that gradually comes through. On the second day, the aroma is of rice. A little sweetness is coming out, sweet and tasty classical, and the acidity is clean ✨. On the third day, the aroma is sweet with a hint of brown sugar. On the seventh day, I warmed it to lukewarm. The sweetness spreads 🥰 and the acidity is moderate ✨. I think it's better to warm it up to lukewarm 🤔. I couldn't drink it over 2 weeks 😅 I thought Halloween was over the other day, but today I happened to go to a shopping center and saw a Christmas tree 🎄 and already there are some ads for Sake with zodiac sign labels🤣A year goes by so fast 🤗.

This is my second time to Tsuneyama 🥰I didn't post last time because I was out drinking but I remember it was delicious 🤔. When I opened the bottle, it smelled like banana🍌🤔 Gas is only slightly felt on the tip of the tongue, soft mouthfeel. It has a beautiful fresh flavor and the acidity is light and refreshing. It is dry but beautiful and easy to drink, good as a food sake, but also good on its own. On the second day, the aroma became more pronounced and it tasted like green apples. It is a very good balance of sweetness and spiciness. Well, my daughter told me to stop drinking alcohol from tomorrow🤣I'm going to stop drinking for 3 days for now🤣I enjoyed it today so I'll hold off for a while😅.

I've been wanting to try Yamanoi.....................................the label attracts me! I happened to come across it and had it✨ The aroma is mild but fruity with a full aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is soft and gas-free, with less sweetness than I expected and a minerality. The nose is fruity with a hint of sourness and a lingering bitterness. What is it? 🤔It's not quite what I expected 😅. On the second day, it smells like banana🍌, and the hint of melon🍈. The aroma is soft and the sweetness is full-bodied. The sweetness of the sake, which is made with ultra-soft water, is clear and transparent. The acidity also disappears slowly and naturally. I found it quite tasty on the second day 🥰I'm glad I didn't finish it in one day.

The Tsuneyama (not for sale as it is a commemorative sake) we compared at Osaka-ya in Kichijoji was so delicious that we brought this similar type of sake home! The sweetness was peachy and juicy with just the right amount of gas! Very tasty! But it's so refreshing! I love the gas tube and peachiness that lasts even after a few days💗. Tsuneyama has become one of my favorites!

I wonder if this is your first time. Dry and sharp! It's so clean! My friend who likes dry sake seems to like it. The description says it has a pineapple aroma, but it's not as sweet as Hana-yosu.
