I wasn't sure what I would choose for the first check-in, but I decided to go with my favorites, so I went with Aneshu and Tamagawa 🍶.
This is a sake that Ane-san gave me on a recent business trip to Tokyo: 🙇♂
It's a real Aneshu 😁.
It has a rich flavor that is typical of Tamagawa, with a slightly caramelized bitterness that is delicious 🥰.
It's 19 degrees, so it gets drunk quickly, but it's so good, I just drink it 🤣.
I'm sure Tamagawa is the best 👍

The taste is very sweet, and the acidity is accentuated from the mid-palate.
My first nigori sake 👏.
The neighbor said it was like yogurt, which is understandable, with its refreshing acidity.
The acidity is not too strong and the texture is smooth and very easy to drink contrary to its appearance. ☺️
