Sake rice Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio 66
The mouthfeel has a unique aroma. It has a strong alcohol taste with a touch of umami and sweetness. It is quite unique and may be different for different tastes. Personally, I like it.
Aged at room temperature, it is interesting. That is why it is so unique.
First time at Tamagawa♪ Junmai brewed with Omachi, a favorite of mine! Aroma: Sweet aroma like syrup...mouthfeel 😅Thick and thick! The rich flavor and sweetness of Omachi is superb! The aftertaste is a nice sourness, which leaves a lingering aftertaste. Since I went to Yamanashi today, I enjoyed the taste of autumn with stewed sakura (horse), akebono soybeans (which are in season now), and simmered dishes....
Good evening, brother. I like sake with seasonal food. I have never seen Tamagawa at a liquor store, but I am curious about it because it is my favorite Omachi. I think the aftertaste of sake is a wonderful part of Japanese culture. I'm sure it's a wonderful part of Japanese culture 😊.
AAJI Good evening 😃Tamagawa was a first for me, but it was a delicious sake 🍶 with a mellow, umami taste... I'm also an omatist, so when I see the word omachi, I immediately reach for it (lol) I will enjoy it with delicious 😋 snacks and sake 😊 from here on out too.
It goes well with warmed sake!
This sake has a moderate spiciness and a richness that is not overpowered by the food, making it a good mid-meal sake.
★★★★
I opened a bottle of Tamagawa that I had purchased at the brewery in the summer and stored in the cellar. After talking to the brewer, I was told that it was recommended to be heated, so I heated it up without hesitation. As usual, I warmed it up to about 45°. The deep yellowish-brown color, deep mature aroma, and unique acidity make it a perfect match for fatty, grilled fish.
I think I'm going to get addicted to Tamagawa's acidity. I would like to try other sake as well.
It has a rich, full, deep flavor. But it is aromatic and has a great spread in the mouth. The alcohol content is high at 20%, so be careful not to drink too much. This is my first Tamagawa, but I have high expectations for the rest of the series.
The color and smell like caramel due to 2020BY, and the complex flavor at the moment of drinking!
It was a unique drink!
Note that the alcohol content is high, between 21 and 22 degrees.
Junmai Ginjyo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-zake
I like all the words 🤣.
This sake was purchased at the Takashimaya sake festival.
I tasted a lot of sake and when I was about to go to the cash register, I drank this sake in a state of drunkenness 🍶.
I was guided by the buyer and bought it before I knew what I was doing 🤣.
This is delicious.
It starts off sweet, then the rice swells up and has a full-bodied taste 😄.
It's a perfect food sake that goes well with spicy food like cod roe 😊.
Thanks to the buyer😅
