I've had Mya 3 and Mya 4 before, but this is my first time with just Mya. I don't really remember the taste of 3 and 4 though 😅.
When I opened it, it tasted quite rich with a chocolate-like aroma and a sense of maturity.
The next day, the ripened taste became more intense and the chocolaty taste became less and less intense. It is delicious both when opened and after a long time 😋.
The flavor was like that of peculiar natto (fermented soybeans), but when I drank it, I found that it was not that peculiar, but had a soft acidity and umami flavor, and was much easier to drink and tastier than I had imagined.
