I've known about this ice breaker for a while, but had somehow passed on it in Tamagawa. After seeing the many rave reviews on Sakenowa, I finally bought one 🙂. Oh, it's definitely thick and delicious! It's like a whiskey 👍. I'm convinced that it goes well on the rocks🤩. I was reminded that it's not just a summer drink that you can gulp down. Tamagawa is a place where I sometimes feel like drinking. Summer is the time for this 😋. Tamagawa Junmai-shu (Yamahai) Omachi Unfiltered Nama-shu It was really cold and I really wanted to drink heated sake, so I stopped by the liquor store to take some home. My wife prefers cold sake, so we went with this one. I quickly warmed it up to lukewarm. The acidity is very strong. The umami comes through in a flash and passes through the nose. It has a mild, heavy sweet umami. The liquor store told me that it would be delicious even if I added water because of its high alcohol content, but I am a poor person and could not add water to the original sake. I was able to fully enjoy the rich flavor of Omachi. Thank you very much.
