I've known about this ice breaker for a while, but had somehow passed on it in Tamagawa. After seeing the many rave reviews on Sakenowa, I finally bought one 🙂. Oh, it's definitely thick and delicious! It's like a whiskey 👍. I'm convinced that it goes well on the rocks🤩. I was reminded that it's not just a summer drink that you can gulp down. It is Tamagawa's Yamahai Gohyaku Mangoku. I had it heated up for now 🍶. The first aroma is sweet and sour with a grain flavor. It's delicious with a sweet and sour taste in the mouth. It seems like room temperature is the recommended way to drink it. It is quite sharp when heated. But this was a delicious sake 🍶✨.

Excellent flavor!　Probably best when lukewarm!　19% to 20% alcohol by volume. Good balance of umami and acidity. ❗️

A blessing from nature and the past, so delicious! I joined Kinoshita Shuzo because I liked Ice Breaker, a junmai sake with mellow rice and fermentative nuances, but this was my first Tamagawa. I was so curious about the Yamahai series that I suddenly bought a bottle (1.8), and it was a great decision. I originally love sherry highballs and other drinks that have a little bit of a quirk to them, so I was really hooked, and it is very tasty. I would like to repeat this so much that I would hate to finish it!

New sake is starting to appear! But I will drink summer sake 🤣👍 I bought an ice breaker 🧊 when I went to Kyoto Gutsy and dry when drunk cold! I personally find it easier to drink on the rocks with ice ✨. Take it out of the Nobeyokocho and warm it up 🍶. The acidity comes out and it's also easy to drink 😋. Tamagawa is a force to be reckoned with!
