After the bottle is opened, you can smell a faint scent of ginjo, but the good smell of rice is more pronounced 🤩! The fruity melon and pineapple flavors that are so popular are absent, but the slightly dry taste is irresistible to sake lovers 😘The flavor increases as the temperature approaches room temperature! The lingering taste is dry and tugs at the palate.
The lingering taste is dry and quite tugging 👍.
It goes well with bonito tataki with a lot of condiments, horse mackerel nameurou, tuna zuke, etc.
I like Hokkaido sake because it is moderately dry 🥰.
Delicious!
12/1 I watched my daughter's club 🏸 district tournament 😁 Result: 2nd place 🥈The team was dominant until the semi-finals, but in the semi-finals they struggled against the strong hitting of their opponents, but won in reverse order! In the final, we played hard against a strong opponent who belongs to a club team, but we were swept back and forth, back and forth, left and right, and lost completely 😥There is still a lot of room for improvement! Now that they have a ticket to the city tournament, I hope they can do well against strong opponents 💪.
Hi Koizo 😃
Thanks for watching your daughter's game.
It's great that she made it to the finals ❗️ and I think she has a lot of room to grow, she's really working hard 👍I'm looking forward to the city tournament too 😆 I'll be cheering for her from afar 📣.
Hi, Koizo 🐦.
This sake looks like it would go well with the seafood from the North Sea! I haven't been able to drink it at home in Hokkaido, so I'd like to taste it slowly 😊.
Congratulations to your daughter for being the runner-up 🎉 That's awesome and I'm so happy for your father!
Hi Kojo 😃
Your daughter did her best 👍I'm rooting for her to reach greater heights with more matches against stronger opponents ‼️😊.
Kokushimusou ❗A leading brand of moderately dry sake from Hokkaido! Asahikawa sake without the sea goes well with seafood😊.
Good evening, kozo 😃.
Kokushi Musou! Strong dry sake 🍶 would love to drink it 😋 and your daughter! I'm looking forward to a worthwhile runner up 🥈 with a lot of room to grow 🤗.
I believe we still have room for a few more drinks 😆.
Ms. Hinahana Ma
Good morning.
I'm going to be an idiot and say that my daughter is very athletic, all A's in PE 🤩 but her legs are not fast and her diaper is weak🤣I think if she realizes her weaknesses she can be a little bit better 😅.
Pon.
Good morning♪
Yes, I think Hokkaido sake definitely goes well with seafood! Hokkaido sake definitely goes well with seafood😊I think it's best as a food sake, and I think you can fully enjoy it on its own as it's more dry and tasty! May we meet 🙏.
Mr. Noodle Drink King
Good morning 🤩.
Hokkaido sake is delicious 🤩I like many brands with perfect dryness, but most of them are hard to find 😱Well, I look forward to meeting you 😘My daughter did her best! Thank you very much!
Jay & Nobby.
Good morning...I'm sure mahjong lovers can't get enough of this sake 🤣.
The name sounds strong but the sake tastes dry and delicious! If you come across it 👍I'd like to think I have enough money to drink too, but I'm definitely getting weaker 🤣.
It was brought to the Hokkaido Fair at Takatsuki Hankyu by chance. It had a crisp and clear taste, but (I can't describe it well) it might be a little difficult to drink.
Rice used is Kitashizuku
This is a genuine kura-only, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Fresh and full of alcohol, with a punchy mouthfeel.
Sweetness can be felt in the mid-palate, but the overall volume is too much and soon disappears.
It may not be able to compete with other strong flavored food items.
It was a delicious sake that was well worth drinking. ‼️
Rice used is Comet
Probably. The last visit to Asahikawa this year.
I will have less chance to visit Asahikawa next year,
I stopped by Meiji Sake Brewery after a long time.
I thought it was a limited edition of the brewery.
But it seems it was not.
It was an orthodox Junmai Dry Sake with a freshness to it.
Purchased during a trip to Asahikawa, Hokkaido, when I visited the Takasago Sake Brewery.
The bright blue color of the bottle and the Ezo squirrel label are very cute.
Sake bought at a local brewery tastes better and is more memorable.
Degree of preference *☆☆☆☆
I bought this Junmai Daiginjo by Kokushimusou at a Hokkaido product exhibition.
It was a limited edition made for Kagoshima, and when I tasted it, it was gorgeous and delicious, so I bought it!
I also tasted Asahi Shinwei, but it was so much more gorgeous than Asahi Shinwei 😁 I was convinced that the price is more than double of this one! LOL!
