Taste level ★ unknown The day after drinking Kutouryuu, I went in search of a thick, heated sake. A liquor store that specializes in aged undiluted sake introduced me to Tamagawa's Sake-🌾, which is described as a "flavor bomb". I thought it was too early for me, because I was too tall and bought a very high level sake, and I even got my hands on some fugu fin sake, dashiwari and kusaya 😅. I wonder if all you warmed sake lovers have gradually changed your tastes and found your way into this world?

I started out with fruity sake, which has been all the rage lately, and now I like sake that is heated up and has a lot of flavor and body! This Tamagawa is like drinking blue cheese, a mass of flavor! I love it!

taki, I paired it with the rakkyo & cheese powder I bought over the weekend and it went awesome! 😋 And it goes well with other drinks too, not just Tamagawa, this is a wonderful ate 😄 Thank you! I like Tamagawa best at room temperature.

It was good! It's so easy, but it's a wonderful entrée! Rakkyo seems to be good for you too. I like my Tamagawa Yamahai lukewarm to hot ^_^.
