Timeline
sikamaruI was curious about Wakamusume because I used to drink it at a yakitori restaurant and found it delicious. I happened to find it at a maniacal liquor store and bought it.
The last time I had it, it was a Junmai Daiginjo, a good one I think, but the overall impression was the same: delicious.
It is sweet, so it may be different for different tastes, but it is clear and not too mild, so you can drink it rather refreshingly. I like Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake after all. sikamaruThe smallest in Japan? It is said to be the smallest sake brewery in Japan.
It is handmade in the traditional way, and the flavor of the rice can be felt well.
Personally, I don't like the taste of sake that is too naturalistic, but this sake has not only a natural flavor, but also a refined taste and is delicious.
However, I am not sure when we will see it again. Tomo-kichiLovely label as always.
Gorgeous grape aroma to mellow vanilla sweetness.
A little more acidity is needed to make the richness prevail, making it somewhat unsuitable for this time of year.
Delicious, but a sake that should be emptied as soon as possible. パーム農家The first brand name Ezonokuma. Sake from Hokkaido. It has a fruity pineapple aroma. The sweetness is moderate and the astringent taste is soft and delicious. I am very happy with the smoothness of the taste. It is hard to describe, but it has a powdery sweetness. I think so. かずきOpened on March 22, 2021
Ume Nishiki Yamakawa
Bought at Sasazuka and Fujikonishi
It has a unique aroma, like a candy or a barley candy.
It's sweet, sour and a little bitter at the same time, very juicy🍊Hassaku, orange, grape🍇

Full of fruitiness like pineapple and mango 🍍 thick 🍍 faintly tingling.
I'm glad I followed your recommendation! Very tasty😋. 蛇の目スマイルTaste level *4.3
Ooh, this is good 😋 Juicy goodness with complex flavors! Ahh I was surprised.
I thought it would be "Kamikawa Daisetsu" that would paint Hokkaido, but I bought "Ezonokuma" recommended by a liquor store! Okay, great answer!
The rice used is called "Kitashizuku" and it seems to be a new sake rice from Hokkaido that has been around for a couple of years.
It is a rice that has a genealogy with Omachi, and is said to have a clear yet complex flavor.
I liked this bear 🐻❄️ as much or more than the Oze snowmelt! I have a feeling it's going to climb the rankings!
I paired it with a few different cheeses, and they all matched, but the Colby Jack cheese was an awesome match! 蛇の目スマイルAfter the second day, it became quite sweet, so I gave it a -0.2.

I like it! It's been a long time since we've had a more assertive ✨sweet and delicious unfiltered undiluted sake✨.
When I heard two episodes at the sake shop: "This sake is so popular that the December shipment was sold out in one day" and the owner said, "I'm old enough to have fallen in love with this sake! I can't not buy it after hearing these two episodes (laughs)!
You don't like the taste, but you fell in love with it? (laughs) I went home and drank it, with a little bit of the "I love it, but I don't like it" mark swirling around in my head.
Ah! I know what you mean! It's a sweet and sour taste that makes me swoon💕.
I'm sorry. I'm not sure if it's just the label that's pulling me in.
The 🥳🥳 went very well with the strong flavors of the yellowtail and crisped up my mouth after eating it! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
