I thought it would be "Kamikawa Daisetsu" that would paint Hokkaido, but I bought "Ezonokuma" recommended by a liquor store! Okay, great answer!
The rice used is called "Kitashizuku" and it seems to be a new sake rice from Hokkaido that has been around for a couple of years.
It is a rice that has a genealogy with Omachi, and is said to have a clear yet complex flavor.
I liked this bear 🐻❄️ as much or more than the Oze snowmelt! I have a feeling it's going to climb the rankings!

I like it! It's been a long time since we've had a more assertive ✨sweet and delicious unfiltered undiluted sake✨.
When I heard two episodes at the sake shop: "This sake is so popular that the December shipment was sold out in one day" and the owner said, "I'm old enough to have fallen in love with this sake! I can't not buy it after hearing these two episodes (laughs)!
