I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it.
The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy?
It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive.
I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.
