The second bottle for the year-end and New Year's holidays is "Ki Kuheiji". SAUVAGE is refreshing and has a moderate sweetness. This is a bottle that can be easily matched with food!

Delicious (**) mmmm! This one is a strike for me. I have always liked Amami, but this is right in the middle of them! Orikarami is still good! Fruity, refreshing sweetness and Fruity and refreshing sweetness! I can't believe it's 15% alcohol, it's so refreshing! I want to drink it again 🤤.

I opened a bottle of Gakkie that had been lying in the back of the fridge! Aromatic sweet aroma tickles the nose! When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the unique flavor of Gakkie! Delicious! It has a refreshing, low-alcoholic, light flavor that makes it hard to believe it is simply junmai sake! The gentle flavor fills the mouth. As expected of Gakki! No hassle!

This week I enjoyed my first outing for drinks in Osaka in a long time! I haven't even been to Osaka for a while, but I had a great time drinking with my coworkers! Kanbongbai's Shirokuma-kun 🐻‍❄️ is a classic because it's the sake I always drink in the winter 👃. It's still delicious ( p.s.) mmmm! We drank a lot of other things too!

I had known about "Rumiko's Sake" for a long time, but had never purchased it. However, someone at work had asked me to try it when I found it, and this time I happened to find it while touring a liquor store, so I bought it! I opened the bottle to see what it was like! The aroma is almost zero. When you put it in your mouth, it has an easy-to-drink, non-habitual flavor. It is not particularly refreshing, but there is no harsh rice taste, and it is easy to drink. If it's like this in the fall, I wonder what the new sake will be like? I'm curious to know.

A winter classic! Snocre❤ by Kouei Chrysanthemum Every year, I can't get through a bottle without drinking it. This year, too, it is delicious! The sweet and fragrant aroma that tickles your nose, and the refreshing sweet and sour taste that fills your mouth. I don't need to explain it! The bottle was chilled to a crisp, then slowly removed from the refrigerator and opened! The cork blows out when opening the bottle, so you have to be careful not to get it in your eyes, but it doesn't blow out, so it is easy to open. This is the same every year. Drink a small amount without mixing the oli, then stir it a bit and pour another full glass for a real taste❤. It's good...blissful ❤

When we were talking about sake at a small restaurant, the owner asked me where I usually buy sake. I mentioned Mizukami-san, and he told me about other stores. I went to check it out and found that they had Tasake. Well, you can buy it at "Hayashi" in Fukui, but I had to buy it here, since I gave the owner of the liquor store the name of the owner. So, here it is, a special junmai! It is easy to drink, with a clean, subtle sweetness and a good acidity! As expected of Tasake!

This is my first time to buy Mitsui Kotobuki, but I bought it because it was a "glasses only" collaboration 🤣𐤔 I was told by the manager that it was completely different from the original "glasses only", but I bought it and...well...it wasn't my favorite taste. I left it for a few days and tried it again, but it still wasn't my type...( ̄□□Ⅲ)

For a Sentori. Would it be wrong to rate it as sharp and dry? The aroma is the usual Sentori-like aroma of aromatic sweetness, but it is also quite effervescent, so be somewhat careful opening the bottle! Sharp, but not sharp, with a good balance. It is close to a champagne type 🥂. A gem that will definitely resonate with those who love champagne! And this one is delicious too, I couldn't help but drink it sloshingly. I may be in trouble 🤣🤣𐤔

My favorite sake rice, "Dewa Tsanzan". Sake rice that has a strong acidity, so it has a sweetness that spreads in the mouth, followed by a refreshing taste. Daimine also brews well in this area! The pleasant bitterness also spices up the aftertaste! The balance of this trinity is wonderful.

I drank "Kaze no Mori" for the first time in a very long time! I bought it at Liquor Shop Yoshida, which sells "Katsuma" when I was in Toyama. I don't know any other place in Hokuriku that sells Kaze no Mori, so it's been a while since I've had it. I knew it was good! I love the freshness, moderate sweetness and sourness, and the fizzy, petit taste. This is Aizan! Awesome! This is how it's brewed ✨✨. It's so easy to drink, you can't help but slurp it up 🤣𐤔

Good morning, Mr. Kissey 🌞 Welcome to Kanazawa, even though it's a little late. You can buy Kaze no Mori in Ishikawa, too. As you may already know, it is at Tamaki Sake Shop in Hakusan City. I hope you enjoy your sake activities in Ishikawa as well!

I bought a bottle of "Oze no Yukidoke" rosé at Masaruya Tama Plaza, my favorite store in Yokohama. The last time I bought "Oze no Yukidoke", it was quite sweet, so I didn't have my hands on it. It was sweet again. I guess women who like sweet wine would like it. Personally, I would prefer a little more acidity and a softer sweetness. Well, this is fine, but it is easier to drink if it is cooled down to a crisp!

When I was in Koka, Shiga on business, I stopped by the Laughing Shiki sake brewery. Unfortunately, the brewery does not sell directly, so I dropped by a liquor store that sells it and found a nice bottle! What a surprise, he seemed to be involved in making a pilot version of the sake, and he recommended this one! It was cheap, in the mid-1000 yen range! And although the label says it is special junmai, they said it goes by junmai daiginjo! The taste is low in sweetness and high in acidity, so there is no bubbles, but the refreshing mouthfeel makes it easy to drink! A drinkable dish! Someone's wording has been infected 🤣𐤔

Ryoseki Shuzo's "Setsugetsuka" from the Ryoseki Brewery of "Hanamup"! I know "Hanamup", but I have never heard of "Setsugetsuka"! Moreover, it is not even in the tag of "Sake no Wa" 🤣𐤔 And the back of that Setsugetsuka: !!!! I had no choice but to buy it! So I bought it. I was impressed by the beautiful and refreshing sweetness that reminded me of that Hanamup! The clean and refreshing sweetness that spreads in your mouth, and then the subtle bitterness that quickly washes away the sweetness! Delicious! It's good...(*^^*)
