For a Sentori. Would it be wrong to rate it as sharp and dry? The aroma is the usual Sentori-like aroma of aromatic sweetness, but it is also quite effervescent, so be somewhat careful opening the bottle! Sharp, but not sharp, with a good balance. It is close to a champagne type 🥂. A gem that will definitely resonate with those who love champagne! And this one is delicious too, I couldn't help but drink it sloshingly. I may be in trouble 🤣🤣𐤔

My favorite sake rice, "Dewa Tsanzan". Sake rice that has a strong acidity, so it has a sweetness that spreads in the mouth, followed by a refreshing taste. Daimine also brews well in this area! The pleasant bitterness also spices up the aftertaste! The balance of this trinity is wonderful.

I drank "Kaze no Mori" for the first time in a very long time! I bought it at Liquor Shop Yoshida, which sells "Katsuma" when I was in Toyama. I don't know any other place in Hokuriku that sells Kaze no Mori, so it's been a while since I've had it. I knew it was good! I love the freshness, moderate sweetness and sourness, and the fizzy, petit taste. This is Aizan! Awesome! This is how it's brewed ✨✨. It's so easy to drink, you can't help but slurp it up 🤣𐤔

I bought a bottle of "Oze no Yukidoke" rosé at Masaruya Tama Plaza, my favorite store in Yokohama. The last time I bought "Oze no Yukidoke", it was quite sweet, so I didn't have my hands on it. It was sweet again. I guess women who like sweet wine would like it. Personally, I would prefer a little more acidity and a softer sweetness. Well, this is fine, but it is easier to drink if it is cooled down to a crisp!

When I was in Koka, Shiga on business, I stopped by the Laughing Shiki sake brewery. Unfortunately, the brewery does not sell directly, so I dropped by a liquor store that sells it and found a nice bottle! What a surprise, he seemed to be involved in making a pilot version of the sake, and he recommended this one! It was cheap, in the mid-1000 yen range! And although the label says it is special junmai, they said it goes by junmai daiginjo! The taste is low in sweetness and high in acidity, so there is no bubbles, but the refreshing mouthfeel makes it easy to drink! A drinkable dish! Someone's wording has been infected 🤣𐤔

Ryoseki Shuzo's "Setsugetsuka" from the Ryoseki Brewery of "Hanamup"! I know "Hanamup", but I have never heard of "Setsugetsuka"! Moreover, it is not even in the tag of "Sake no Wa" 🤣𐤔 And the back of that Setsugetsuka: ！！！！ I had no choice but to buy it! So I bought it. I was impressed by the beautiful and refreshing sweetness that reminded me of that Hanamup! The clean and refreshing sweetness that spreads in your mouth, and then the subtle bitterness that quickly washes away the sweetness! Delicious! It's good...(*^^*)

I bought a bottle of Tenbi Lite at Tokyo Station Gransta. It is an easy to drink sake with 13% alcohol by volume! It is light and easy to drink, just like the name says. This is a drink that will be empty before you know it🤣𐤔I have to be careful🤣𐤔

Lemon🍋 followed by apple🍎 Newsletter🤣𐤔 This is another low-alcohol, slushy 🤣. Yikes, easy to drink apple🍎! It's also 7% alcohol, so it's almost like apple juice 🍎🍎. The label is kinda similar too 🤣. It's not sake, it's juice (((o(*▽▽*)o)))

I found it at my favorite sakasenan "Mizukami" and bought it because I thought it would go well with sashimi and also with fried food that I like to eat with lemon🍋! I opened the bottle early 🤣𐤔I've had grapefruit and orange 🍊 before but never lemon 🍋 ✨The label is just like lemon 🤣𐤔. I was wondering if the white malted rice would give it a sour taste but would it be sweet and sour? I opened the bottle! The aroma is a common sweet aroma. When I put it in my mouth...oh, it's lemon juice 🤣𐤔It's light! Alcohol 6% 🤣🤣𐤔This is an adult lemon juice 🤣𐤔It goes down smoothly ꒪Д꒪....

I found this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station, on my way back to Yokohama. It was my first time to try Niigata and Sado sake! I was told that this sake was even served in JAL's first class for a while. I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Jun Daigin, but I chose Jun Daigin because I was told that Jungin is dry and Jun Daigin is fruity! Overall, it has a strong refreshing taste! It has a delicate taste with a slight effervescence that spreads in the mouth, followed by a faint sweetness that drifts into the mouth and disappears a little later. It's quite tasty 😋.

Yuki no Bijin! I used to drink this a lot when I was in Tohoku! I quite liked the refreshing sweetness of the drink! This one, which I haven't had in a while, is also freshly pressed new sake that can be drunk in summer! This refreshing feeling is perfect for summer!

I haven't had a Haruzion since I was in Shizuoka. One of the most impressive bottles of Kouei Chrysanthemum with a refreshing and easy-drinking palate! The refreshing white grape-like taste with a bit of bitterness added is also grapefruit-like. I like the summery taste of the mouthfeel, where the flavor spreads in the mouth and disappears quickly.

This is a fizzy version of "Mansaku no Hana" that I drank a lot when I was in Tohoku! It takes quite some time to open the bottle, but the fizzy taste is unbelievably delicious! It's a Junmai Daiginjo even though it's this effervescent and orikara! It is rare! The fruity sweet and sour taste is further refreshed by the effervescence! After opening the bottle, when the gassy feeling is gone, I read that it tastes great as a mizoreshu in the freezer! Let's try it: ❤︎

As the name "sparkling" implies, the bubbles are vigorously effervescent, blowing out at the time of corking! It is full of a fizzy, bubbly sensation, and the dryness that goes along with it is just the right summer-like sensation down your throat! It's been a long time since I've had a nineteen. The label is still cute and handsome. The taste is a little less acidic than usual for a Jyuukyu. The sweetness seems to be a little stronger than the acidity.

When I went to Fukui on business I bought it at my favorite restaurant "Hayashi"! After drinking "Haru no Kaorufu", I had to check how different it was from the other sake 🤣🤣𐤔 When you open it, a fresh sweet aroma tickles your nose. In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a light, fruity, muscat-like mouthfeel! Delicious(!) mmmm! This is summer! It is so refreshing that you can drink more and more of it! Feels lighter than the 15% alcohol ✨. This is by far my favorite!

I came back to Yokohama and opened a bottle of "Kido Haru no Kaorufu" that I had stocked in the refrigerator! Kido is the best cosmetically! However, while "Natsu no Shippu" has already been released, I opened a bottle of Spring Sake without delay 🤣🤣𐤔 I guess it has a surprisingly robust umami flavor than I expected! The acidity gives it a refreshing feeling, but for a spring sake, I think the alcohol content is a bit high, so it feels rather robust.
