I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it. The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy? It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive. I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.

Amami's nigori sake is all lined up at Grandsta in Tokyo Station! I had no choice but to buy it! I love nigori sake, and I can't think of any other way to drink it if it is Amami! The aroma is mellow and sweet, yet the taste is fruity, sweet and tart, not cloying, and there is a slight effervescence that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. It's great👍.

A guy from Raigai came and sold it at Tokyo Station Gransta. All the specs are masked and unrecognizable sake! Is the taste plum-y? It has a refreshing taste.

I enjoyed sake in Umeda, Osaka(^-^) We drank sake at the counter. I was able to get close to the lady next to me and we had a good time drinking 😆. Among them, this "Kamo Nishiki Yellow Suisen" was especially delicious 😋 Most of "Kamo Nishiki" shofuda sake is characterized by its beautiful clear sweetness, but this Yellow Suisen had a good acidity and was even easier to drink 😋.

Purchased "Omine" for the first time in a while at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station! Of course, it is Yamada Nishiki! Yamadanishiki is the only way to describe "Omine"! The aroma is sweet and aromatic, and it tickles the nose. The taste is well balanced, as only Yamada-Nishiki can be. It was so easy to drink that I finished it in 2 days.

Made!!! I think this is one that can't be missed.... But this one is a little bit different from my personal taste... This one has less of the usual refreshing feeling and more of a strong habit. It's not that it's not tasty, but it's a little disappointing because I think "Saku" is supposed to make it more habit-free and easy-to-drink.

When I visited Kyoto, I went to my usual "Takimoto" and bought ✨️ I was quite worried because it is Aiyama. I was worried about how it would turn out because Aiyama is a sake rice whose flavor varies greatly depending on the brewer. It would be a disappointment if it was just a sweet sake, but this was different! As expected of Gakki! This is good! It has a good acidity, a clean sweetness, and a very good balance! This is one I would buy again! I will buy it again!

It's been a long time since I've had a Hachisen! First time for green label! Yes, this one is refreshing and light. The sweetness is very moderate, and it has a refreshing feeling like a white wine! It's nice to be able to drink it without hesitation. Even those who don't like sweet wine can enjoy this one.

Takachiyo! I often buy from "Takimoto" when I visit Kyoto ( 'om')/ Hi! This time, I was told that this bottle reminds me of black cherry! The sweetness is a bit strong, and the fruitiness has a bit of a quirk to it. Cherry🍒? Plum-like? The acidity is there, but in a tart way. It is sweeter than the usual refreshing taste. Personally, I would prefer something a little more refreshing. Well, this is delicious!

I forgot to upload it. I often drink Mimuro cedar because I like it, This one is one of them, but it was so delicious (,,-﹏-,,) It was a perfect strike! It was refreshingly fruity and easy to drink, so I would like to drink it again!

I bought this Gakki Nakatori at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, my favorite place in Gu on my way back to say on Bon! The mouthfeel is so great you wouldn't believe it's a Honjozo✨! Of course, it's a honjozo, so the cosmetics are great! Mellow mouthfeel, fruity flavor. Delicious! No wonder they have a limit of 1 bottle per person despite it being a Honjozo 🤣𐤔

Kamo Kinshu "Mr. Apple Born in a Wooden Barrel" purchased at "Takimoto" in Kyoto! Just by looking at the label, I could feel the sweet and sour taste, so I bought it⭕. I wondered if it had the aroma of a wooden vat? I was a little worried, but oh well! The taste is as sweet and sour as it claims! I thought it would be more refreshing sweet and sour with a strong clean feeling, but I guess the taste is a little more flavorful than clean. This flavor may be due to the aroma of the wooden vat.

The well-known Koei Chrysanthemum Snoclette! Speaking of Koei Chrysanthemum This is it! Again, as soon as the protective cap of the stopper is removed Pooooooooooooooo! The stopper flew out of the bottle with great force! I was careful, but it was dangerous! And the taste? Delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness, crisp acidity, and fizziness! This balance is wonderful! The mouthfeel is so pleasant that you can't help but drink too much of it!
