I look forward to Michel's Red and Cotton Candy every year ( **). This year's is again sweet and sour and great👍. The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't linger. I drink it slooooowly! The slight bubbles also make it even easier to drink. I can't stop 🤣🤣𐤔

I know these are supposed to be drunk with the girls on Christmas 🎄...but they won't fit in the fridge on the side! If I don't drink this as soon as possible, nothing will fit in the fridge... 🤣𐤔 So, unexpectedly, I bought it and decided to drink it right away... The first day after opening the bottle, the lees rice taste is surprisingly present, but it's sweet and sour, a taste that women like. On the second day, it became more refreshing and less ricey, making it even easier to drink!

I often drink Kido because it is cosmetically pleasing, This is my first time to try Muryozan! Drinking it in a wine glass, the aroma is not that rich. The taste is not very sweet and refreshing, but it has a mildness that does not make you feel the harshness of alcohol. It is very easy to drink and mellow, so I think it is a stable type that does not differ in taste.

It's the season of Sentori "Snowman" again this year! I missed the first shipment and couldn't buy it. This time I was able to buy a bottle of Chant! Snowman has a hole in the stopper so it can't be tipped horizontally, and in the small refrigerator where I live alone, there is limited space to put it vertically, so I had to drink it the same day after purchasing it... 🤣🤣𐤔 Well, it can't be helped! I'll drink it someday lol. This year's Sentori "Yukidaruma" is also delicious! Despite being nigori sake, it has a refreshing rice feel and a nice mouthfeel! I can drink it in a hurry, so it's gone in no time at all! I want to buy it in a bottle 🥺. If they sell it again next time, I might buy it again 🤣𐤔

Yesterday, I went to Umeda, Osaka, for regular drinks with a former colleague of mine! This time, the bar had quite a lot of sake, so we tried this and that! Among them, there was "Hiran", so I had to try it! So we both drank the refreshing fruity sake "Hiran"! It's still delicious!

Hope is still delicious! I love how tart and refreshing it is... I should get Snowman ☃️ next week! I totally forgot about the last shipment... I only bought the Modern for the new Sentori series, so I'll get the Retro and Classic next! Modern is Yamadanishiki, Retro is Omachi, Classic is Kame-no-o! Looking forward to it!

I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it. The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy? It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive. I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.

Amami's nigori sake is all lined up at Grandsta in Tokyo Station! I had no choice but to buy it! I love nigori sake, and I can't think of any other way to drink it if it is Amami! The aroma is mellow and sweet, yet the taste is fruity, sweet and tart, not cloying, and there is a slight effervescence that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. It's great👍.

A guy from Raigai came and sold it at Tokyo Station Gransta. All the specs are masked and unrecognizable sake! Is the taste plum-y? It has a refreshing taste.

I enjoyed sake in Umeda, Osaka(^-^) We drank sake at the counter. I was able to get close to the lady next to me and we had a good time drinking 😆. Among them, this "Kamo Nishiki Yellow Suisen" was especially delicious 😋 Most of "Kamo Nishiki" shofuda sake is characterized by its beautiful clear sweetness, but this Yellow Suisen had a good acidity and was even easier to drink 😋.

Purchased "Omine" for the first time in a while at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station! Of course, it is Yamada Nishiki! Yamadanishiki is the only way to describe "Omine"! The aroma is sweet and aromatic, and it tickles the nose. The taste is well balanced, as only Yamada-Nishiki can be. It was so easy to drink that I finished it in 2 days.

Made!!! I think this is one that can't be missed.... But this one is a little bit different from my personal taste... This one has less of the usual refreshing feeling and more of a strong habit. It's not that it's not tasty, but it's a little disappointing because I think "Saku" is supposed to make it more habit-free and easy-to-drink.

When I visited Kyoto, I went to my usual "Takimoto" and bought ✨️ I was quite worried because it is Aiyama. I was worried about how it would turn out because Aiyama is a sake rice whose flavor varies greatly depending on the brewer. It would be a disappointment if it was just a sweet sake, but this was different! As expected of Gakki! This is good! It has a good acidity, a clean sweetness, and a very good balance! This is one I would buy again! I will buy it again!

It's been a long time since I've had a Hachisen! First time for green label! Yes, this one is refreshing and light. The sweetness is very moderate, and it has a refreshing feeling like a white wine! It's nice to be able to drink it without hesitation. Even those who don't like sweet wine can enjoy this one.

Takachiyo! I often buy from "Takimoto" when I visit Kyoto ( 'om')/ Hi! This time, I was told that this bottle reminds me of black cherry! The sweetness is a bit strong, and the fruitiness has a bit of a quirk to it. Cherry🍒? Plum-like? The acidity is there, but in a tart way. It is sweeter than the usual refreshing taste. Personally, I would prefer something a little more refreshing. Well, this is delicious!

I forgot to upload it. I often drink Mimuro cedar because I like it, This one is one of them, but it was so delicious (,,-﹏-,,) It was a perfect strike! It was refreshingly fruity and easy to drink, so I would like to drink it again!
