When I went to Fukui on business I bought it at my favorite restaurant "Hayashi"! After drinking "Haru no Kaorufu", I had to check how different it was from the other sake 🤣🤣𐤔 When you open it, a fresh sweet aroma tickles your nose. In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a light, fruity, muscat-like mouthfeel! Delicious(!) mmmm! This is summer! It is so refreshing that you can drink more and more of it! Feels lighter than the 15% alcohol ✨. This is by far my favorite!

I came back to Yokohama and opened a bottle of "Kido Haru no Kaorufu" that I had stocked in the refrigerator! Kido is the best cosmetically! However, while "Natsu no Shippu" has already been released, I opened a bottle of Spring Sake without delay 🤣🤣𐤔 I guess it has a surprisingly robust umami flavor than I expected! The acidity gives it a refreshing feeling, but for a spring sake, I think the alcohol content is a bit high, so it feels rather robust.

The fresh and refreshing taste of malic acid is perfect for this hot season 🍎 Malic acid is also found in many white wines! The petit gasiness and the acidity make it refreshing and moderately sweet, and it is easy to drink.

The standard SENKOKU! This time, CLASSIC using "Kame-no-o"! Personally, Kame-no-o is my favorite sake rice! When the bottle was opened, it was foaming with a force that made it blow out. I hurriedly put the lid back on and opened the bottle, letting out the gas little by little! The shwashiness is amazing! The modest sweetness and petit-petit shwashiness fills your mouth with a refreshing taste! All of Senkou is made from the traditional sake yeast! As expected of Sentori, there are no peculiar habits of the sake! Sengkyo is consistently delicious! The addition of the fizziness makes it even more delicious 😋.

Hello, Kishie 😃. Edo bari classic! It's fizzy and delicious 😋, though the taste is more modern than classic 😅.

Jay & Nobby> Is it classic simply because it uses Kame-no-o, which is considered ancient rice? The taste is modern, isn't it?

Kameizumi CEL24 pink label! This time, they are using "Tosa Urara" rice. I asked my favorite sake brewer, Shusenan Mizukami, about it, and he told me that Kameizumi CEL24 changes the rice used every year, so the quality is different and the label numbers are also different! I had never heard of this before! This Kameizumi is delicious! The aroma is sweet and fragrant! When you put it in your mouth, a beautiful and elegant sweetness spreads in your mouth, and the acidity comes in a little! This, this, this...! This is a great taste! It is a taste that goes down your throat so smoothly!

Daimine's Dewa Sanzan! I've had Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan, but this is the first time I've had Dewa Sanzu? But as a sake rice, Dewa Tsannin is my favorite sake rice! It has a fruity, grapefruit-like acidity and a clean, not-too-sweet, refreshing taste, as one would expect from Omine!

I went to my favorite restaurant, Sake Senan Mizukami, and found Yamamoto's test brew! I was curious...so I bought it 🤣𐤔 The taste is very gentle. The acidity is not too strong, and the sweetness is cleared up to give it a beautiful, non-leavening sweetness! Delicious ( p.p.) mmmm! Less succinic acid production? How does this make me feel? I should have asked the owner... I'll ask him next time and raise my crap 🤣𐤔

When I returned home for GW, I checked the inventory in the fridge. What was left? Gakky and Kido were there. Is it Gakki here two days in a row? 🤣𐤔 Unlike yesterday's Gakki, this is a Honjozo. I don't buy Honjozo unless it's Gakki, but I bought this one with high expectations. Nice Gakki-esque aroma as soon as the bottle is opened! It's raw packed and 15% al-soaked. I see, it still has a little bit of alcohol compared to the Junmai Gakky 🤣𐤔. But it's beautifully finished! I shouldn't compare them (⊙ө⊙) lol

Gakki is still delicious! The smooth taste is a thing of beauty! Sake made with sake rice tends to be sweeter than sake made with rice made with sake rice, but it has a refreshing sweetness that does not linger, which is typical of Haru. It has a clean and gentle taste that makes it easy to drink smoothly!

This time "Sakura" is also made using the traditional sake yeast! Was "Sakura" made using the traditional sake yeast before? Is this a change due to the change in concept of Sengoku? But the taste was good for me personally, because it was not like a makishimo in a good way. The acidity is strong and tightens the moderate sweetness even more! Delicious! This is the kind I'd drink it with a gusto...(*^^*)

The aroma doesn't stand up so well. But the taste is mellow, with just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of sourness, and the sourness doesn't seem to be washing out the sweetness. This is what I like about Sairai! It has a beautiful sweetness and is not habit-forming. But it's different from the beautiful sweetness of Shinshu Kamerei or other varieties.

Kouko's spring sake ♡♡♡♡ Koshi has a refreshing taste, but this Koshi is also a spring sake! This Kouko is also a spring sake! This Koshi is also a spring sake! Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a fresh and fruity taste like green apples and pears, with a hint of sweetness that is pleasant to the palate with a strong acidity. Then, after a little time, it changes to a mild and sweet taste like peach, which is nice.

Since my favorite "Masaruya Tama Plaza" was closed, I went to a liquor store near the station and bought a bottle of "Shichida" for the first time in a while! This time it was a Junmai Oragami! It was drier and sharper than I expected, and had a sense of rice that only ogara-mi can give! I guess it's a taste I haven't had much of lately!

When I was in Nagahama, Shiga on business, I decided to visit Tomita Sake Brewery to buy a bottle of Shiga's famous sake "Nanamoto Yari" since I was in Nagahama! After much discussion with the owner, I chose this Junmai Ginjo! The taste is of the crisp and clear type, though! It has quite a bit of rice flavor 🌾 but not much sweetness. However, after a few days, the sweetness started to come out a little! Personally, I would like a little more umami or sweetness....

I failed! I opened the bottle with all my might, unaware that it was fizzy! I opened the bottle as fast as I could! It started to blow and I hurriedly closed it... I looked at the label and saw that it said sparkling sake... I poured it again into a wine glass and smelled the sweet and aromatic aroma that is typical of Senkyoku ❤. When I put it in my mouth, it was not as sweet as I expected. The fizzy sensation is as you would expect from a sparkling wine. It has a refreshing sweetness and a little dryness, probably due to the fizzy feeling. It is a type of SENKYO that we have never had before.

Long time no see "Tasake"! It is light nigori, so I have high expectations! It has a sweet and gentle aroma. Juicy sweetness spreads in the mouth. It has a rice flavor that only a light nigori sake can have! Then, a fresh and pleasant bitterness sweeps away the sweetness. Delicious!

I have returned to my home in Yokohama! I bought some "Hiran" at my favorite restaurant "Masaruya" Tama Plaza on my last trip home. I bought "Hiran" at "Masaruya Tama Plaza", my favorite restaurant on my last trip home. This is HAPPY NEW BORN, which I have bought before! How is it this year? I like "Hiran" because it has a refreshing sweet taste, but this one has a bit of bitterness. I wonder if this one is different for different tastes. Personally, I can tolerate it, but when I drink sake by itself, the bitterness stands out a lot. What do you think?
