I tried to pair it with Zaru Soba (buckwheat noodles) to achieve harmony in the mouth.
You can feel the tang of the Wasabi and the flavor of the Soba in your mouth, and then pour in the crisp Junmai Sake with its acidic and bitter taste.
I can't get enough of it😁.
