Taste level 3.7 Crisp and crispy ✨Good dry taste ✨. This is a good sake to pair with Japanese food. I enjoyed it as a mid-meal sake😋. I was told by the brewery that the flavor starts to develop on the third day after opening the bottle, so I tried to enjoy the slightly different flavors every day. I see! On the 3rd, 4th and 5th day, the rice flavor started to increase and it became more and more delicious each day😊. I've been drinking the whole bottle at once, but it's fun to drink it a little bit every day and enjoy the changes🤗.

Taste level 3.5 The moment you open the bottle, the fresh aroma of Muscat is good. If you drink it with a thin glass or a tin cup, the acidity and bitterness will be emphasized, so it was better to drink it with a regular cup. Interesting!

Taste level *4.4 Oh this is ✨delicious✨! When it's cold, it's like a fresh apple with the sourness chasing you from the sweetness, delicious 🍎! As it gets closer to room temperature, the sourness disappears and it turns creamy like a condensed milk strawberry, which is also delicious🍓 The 30th prefecture on the sake map was ❄️Oze no Yukikake❄️, which is a lucky charm for the new year and has a 39% polish. Thank you to the brewery for continuing to make delicious sake, and thank you for allowing me to drink good sake today. ٩(^‿^)۶ thank you!

Taste level *4.2 There is a sake brewery in the Tama area of Tokyo, isn't there? I didn't know that (^_^*) Ishikawa Sake Brewery's Tamboan, the first new product using Omachi. Oh, it's good ✨. It has a pop sweetness like ramune and melon, and a clean aftertaste. It's not too fancy or overpowering, it's casual but delicious.

Taste level ★4.1 With the 96% flight reduction of JAL international flights last year, the JAL international business class onboard sake✈️ came down to earth. It was delicious with a mild and luxurious flavor that only hibarizashi can give😄. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has an elegant fruit aroma like pears, and a beautiful bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste Good! If you pair it with something a little oily like potato chips or cured ham, the bitterness of the sake will make your mouth feel crispy and very good! It was elegant and delicious✨.

This is delicious✨As the name "Kanjuku" suggests, the sake was matured at low temperature for about a year, and the concentrated and rich flavor was delicious. It has a juicy flavor like ripe peaches, with a lingering gaseous feeling and a gentle acidity that follows. Oh, I can't get enough of this 🤩!

Taste level 3.7 This is the banana yeast that got me hooked on drinking Abuno Tsuru. I found it! A banana yeast sake! So I went out and bought some "Koisuru Bananas"! It's New Year's, so there's a lot of humor in this (laughs). (laughs) When I drank the sake alone, it was a bit harsh because it had a chemical feel like banana ice cream, but when I combined it with Camembert cheese, it turned into something else! It turned into an adult dessert flavor like a dessert fruit cheese. The world of sake can be transformed by marrying it with food. It's really interesting ^_^!

Preference level *4.7 I know I'm late, but Happy New Year ^_^! I look forward to working with you this year! After all, the Shinsei Sama right after opening the bottle is exceptional! The aroma of the wooden bucket is characteristic. The aroma of the wooden vat is characteristic. Is it a feature of the special order made without pressure? It is soft and elegant. There was a sense of depth that cannot be described by the word fruity. Because it was the New Year, I tasted the moment of bliss with sukiyaki of marbled beef luxuriously. I am so happy again this year.

Taste level ★4.4 This is an original product of Ikariya Sake Shop in Mitaka. The sake label is also the original design of Wakadanna. It has a full, sweet flavor that will make you feel warm and fuzzy! Hanging sake makes you feel like you are surrounded by such kindness ^_^. When you drink it with a glass or a boar mouth, you can enjoy the change that starts with sweetness and ends with alcohol feeling. If you drink it with a tin inoguchi, the alcohol feeling at the end almost disappears, and you can enjoy only the fine sweetness. My wife likes to drink it with a standard tin inoguchi to enjoy the taste. I prefer to drink it in the Fujiyama Tin Inoguchi, which gives off a fruity aroma. No matter which cup you use, it will always taste good✨.

Taste level 3.6 I'm getting pretty tired of drinking unfiltered nama-gara, so I thought I'd pinch in one refreshing sake, so I brought out this baby that's been sitting in Remacom. Oh my! At first sip, it's as clear as spring water! It's quite a clear and light sake, so I decided to follow the rule of sake and food, "clear for clear," and paired it with sushi on the second day🍣. Here it is! It's amazing! It's transformed! It goes great with crispy nigiri like white fish! It's transformed into a beautiful sake that gently complements the food without interfering with the flavor of the fish! It's also reasonably priced at 1200 yen for a junta!

Preference ★3.8 We want to support many up-and-coming blends! I decided on this AGEO while tasting many different kinds at Kuwabara Shoten, where I could feel their passion for supporting many up-and-coming blunts! It's a delicious combination of koji flavor and tropical juice flavor! The aftertaste is somewhat unique with a ripe taste like mango or peach. It's strange because life, crunchy, fish sauce, ripe peaches, and other unique peculiarities are addictive (lol) Bitter chocolate is a great match. I wanted to pair it with prosciutto!

Taste level *4.1 At Masushin Shoten. I like unfiltered raw sake, so when I asked for a sake with punch, this is it! I asked for a sake with a punch, and this is definitely it! This is the one that was recommended to me. It's got sweet, umami, sour, tangy, and bitter flavors that come together at a great tempo in a matter of seconds, and then disappear quickly and crisply. It's good! This "messy" yet well-balanced feeling! I can see why this one has so many fans🍾

Taste level 4.2 Fresh, slightly pear-like mouthfeel. Gentle, juicy sweetness and umami. The fire-aged version doesn't have the same punch as the raw sake, so it's cleaner and easier to pair with Japanese food! The marriage of Jirin-san with rice broth cooked in an earthenware pot is a "wonder of combination" of rice and sake, where 1 + 1 becomes 3 or more!

Taste level 4.3 I think I've been sipping this Omachi type flavor a lot lately. It's sweet, juicy, and tends to be my favorite flavor! I thought it was strange that it had a sticky volume (fullness of flavor) even though it was raw, and when I was researching it, I found out that it was bottled from unfiltered, unpasteurized raw sake that was pressed and then aged at low temperatures for six months in its "raw" state. Interesting! Ah, the happiness of drinking good sake today.

Taste level *5.1 Wow, yum! The taste and aroma, the acidity and umami, the sweetness and spiciness, the freshness of raw sake and the viscous, ripe sweetness. It's not that any of the elements are sharp, it's that they all coexist so well! So the concept of Futaba is the same as the Lexus (car) design concept of "Ni-Ritsu-So-Sei" = "fusion of two opposites"! And then there's the "change" of time and temperature. It's amazing. Genius! I've scored this on a 5-point scale of preference, and this is a 5.1. That's an update on my #1 favorite degree!

Taste level *4.7 This is a sake that I met on a go to travel trip last month! The owner of the sake shop and I had a great conversation about sake, and when I told him that Shinsai no.6 changed my life, he said "This bottle will definitely change your life too! He said, "This one will definitely change your life, too!" and brought me a bottle from the back of the house after an hour. Thanks (^ ^) I haven't felt this happy since Shinsei no.6! The taste is ripe melon and banana type. It's amazing that they can make people so happy for around 1000 yen! I respect that! It's been a while since I've opened a four-pack bottle by myself in one night. And this attention to detail, even down to the bottom of the bottle! I've totally become a fan of Kaze no Mori!

It's like only the best parts of high quality grapefruit and high quality rice were extracted. It's like a completely different drink from the first day, how can it change so much in one day? Super duper good! 😋 Day 3 - Hot! It says to drink it chilled, but I heated it up. Awesome! Tastes like a high quality amazake. Fine quality! 😄. I enjoyed a lot (^_^)
