Timeline
酒太郎I have a lot of fruit at home, so I bought some that looked like they would go well together at a quick glance. In a sense, I bought it on the spot. It was surprisingly dry, so I thought it would go well with a mealtime drink. Maybe I'll play some Southern music later. 酒太郎Suddenly it got cold, so I wanted to drink a cup of sake that was not cold. I chose a cup of sake that I remembered drinking in Nagoya. It was just what I was looking for. I paired it with Chinese food. 酒太郎A liquor store in my neighborhood had a Tokushima sake, which I bought because I thought it was unusual. It has a rather strange taste. It has a deep, fermented flavor with little acidity or bitterness. I think it would go well with calamari, pickles, and washed cheese. Interesting. 酒太郎Sweet! And apple! Green apple flavor might be the right word. I think it would be better with Western food than Japanese food, and I think it would also be good with sweets. 酒太郎Lentil cup liquor. Rich. The aroma of rice is strong, so not only snacks that go well with rice, but also western style food would be good. I paired it with blue cheese. 酒太郎Third cup. Jacketed at Fukkachan? I did, but I warmed it up with a lentil and it has a nice flavor. 酒太郎This is the second cup of sake. It's quite refreshing but not spicy, so it's easy to drink. If I had to choose a safe sake, this would be one of the top five. 酒太郎I bought a variety of sake cups at a local liquor store that carries a lot of sake cups. The flavor is not outlandish but surprisingly unusual and seems to go well with food. It is not too sweet, but not too spicy either, just a little bitter and very well balanced. もよもよNokomi is a sake from Saga and is not often sold outside the prefecture. This sake is brewed with a yeast developed by the 9th generation. It is said to be sweet, with a sake degree of minus 10, and has a sweet, sour, and juicy taste. The label is just stylish and earthy.
The aroma is nice, and it is the type of sake that you can go for refreshingly, not so much sweet as amazingly sweet. It may be because it has a certain amount of sourness like apples. It does not taste like sake, but you can feel the rice in the aftertaste.
I highly recommend this sake to sake beginners. It is best to drink it chilled. disryThree bottles of Librom are waiting in the fridge. I have to open them as soon as possible.
This time it is blood orange. When I open it, I can smell the aroma of citrus fruits. When I take a sip, I can't tell if it's blood orange or not, but it has a very nice citrus aroma. The gasiness is still a bit gaseous.
After the sweetness, there is a strong sourness. Oh, this is a nice acidity.
The acidity is followed by an astringent taste, and the wine finishes with the sensation of having taken a bite out of an orange. The sweet and sour astringency lingers in the aftertaste.
I always write about how good it tastes, but this time I think it is even better. The balance between the fruity flavor and the sweet, sour, and astringent after the gassiness is gone is superb.
Ruka山田錦 純米吟醸 無濾過生純米吟醸生酒無濾過 もよもよI love Ryuki for its sweetness, but this is an unfiltered raw Yamadanishiki. There is no reason why it should not be delicious.
After opening the bottle, it is mellow without any carbonation. However, it is very tasty and sweet. It is like sugar water or peachy, but without much sourness.
I drank it chilled, but it may be better at room temperature or warmed.

disryLibrom's new product is out and we are finally three laps behind. The gap is only widening, but let's open up our stock to keep up.
Strawberry and hibiscus are the secondary ingredients. The strawberry aroma is mild, with a hint of hibiscus. Again, a gaseous feeling.
It is a little sweeter than usual, but the sweetness is refreshing. The acidity is also present, but it is a little weaker than the previous ginger. The balance between the two may increase the strawberry flavor.
The acidity fades away quickly and smoothly at the end. The finish is beautiful. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, just like strawberries.
Again delicious, Librom's fruity and herb/spice wines are not to be missed: ‼️ 千鳥足Good evening, disry 🥂✨
You're doing a great job 😆 Great job 👏!
The "Cypress" 🌲 looks interesting! And I've been pushing for it, so I'm secretly looking forward to it lol.
After the fruit line, there was a craft cola lees 😋. disryHello, staggered feet 🌞.
Yes, I'm struggling to catch up with the Lily space w😅.
I'm curious about the cola. I wonder what it tastes like. I'm looking forward to it: ‼️ もよもよNiigata is a sake brewery located at the foot of Mt. Naeba and is famous for its sweet sake. Apparently, they are very particular about single-stage brewing, raw sake, and bag pressing. The label has a nice circular pattern of scattered leaves.
I had heard that the lactic acidity of the single-stage brewing process was strong and sour, but this sake was not like that at all; it had a nice sweetness, sourness, and richness. When poured into a glass, it was cloudy and may have been unfiltered raw sake, although there was no description. 14% low alcohol and fruity. It had a mango and peachiness to it.
It is a good sake for people who are not used to drinking sake.
Source: Naito Shoten disryIt has been a very long time since I have opened a new policy. I have the impression that the encounter rate is lower this year than last year. We are thankful to have it.
This is the first time for me to taste Viridian. The aroma is quite mild. There is a hint of citrus and lactic acidity. I'm not sure about the wood vat feeling. Gasiness is weak.
Sourness is strong. But it is more crisp than the last Stag Beer we drank. The sweetness is also well balanced.
The crisp acidity is short and sharp. The aftertaste is also acidic.
It is definitely sour, but it is very easy to drink with just the right amount of strength and duration. I am always impressed when I drink Shinsei after a long time. I'm impressed. disryYesterday, I took the wrong train home and arrived home late at night. I opened a bottle of Amami to cheer up my mood with sake, but I fell asleep. But I fell asleep. I fell asleep.
This is the second bottle of Amami's Setouchi Shihankachi. The first bottle was so good that we had high expectations.
The aroma is not so strong. It is hard to describe, but it is peachy and lychee-like. The gasiness is strong.
It is relatively dry and the sweetness is moderate. However, the acidity is quite strong and makes the mouth tight.
When cold, it has a strong alcohol taste, but as it approaches room temperature, the alcohol taste weakens and the acidity becomes the main taste. The aftertaste is acidity and astringency.
This is a sake that changes the impression of Amami. The usual gentle atmosphere becomes quite strong.
I guess it did not exceed my expectations. I think I'll decide on the third bottle after I see how it goes. disryThis is the first in a series that I've been meaning to drink, but haven't gotten around to it. I decided to buy it now that I have room in my refrigerator.
This intense aroma...is it melon🍈? And I lose confidence in my taste buds.... I think this is The lactic acid type aroma, like yogurt or Yakult.... Whatever the case may be, I like the aroma. The gasiness is weak.
Both sweet and sour are quite strong and stimulating.
In the latter half, the bitterness and harshness come in a gusto, and the bitterness lingers as a lingering aftertaste.
A unique and interesting sake. It is fun to drink. I must try other varieties in the future! もよもよThe theme of this sake from Ibaraki Prefecture is "sake that creates a stir. The label features a design of pieces of a stone warehouse that collapsed in the earthquake. Stylish.
It has the juiciness of a raw sake, but with less sweetness. It has a grape-like freshness and a bitter aftertaste. It is not too sweet, but has a bitter and fruity taste, and is definitely a food wine. It would be good with cold, fatty food, such as yellowtail sashimi or carpaccio. It would also go well with sushi.
It is a refreshing and tasty sake on its own, but I would like to pair it with a meal. It may be fun to try different combinations.
Purchased from: Naito Shoten べっさんWe ended February with this cup of sake. It was a solid drink, and I enjoyed it with a meal. I wonder what I'll drink in March. べっさんI am always fascinated by the large amount of cups of sake available at this liquor store. I can't help but notice the unique illustrations of local Hyogo. The sourness and umami of the yellowish color came through with a bang. It was a cup worth drinking. べっさんI found a black tea and immediately bought it. It was also refreshing. It has a clear fruitiness and a slight effervescence. It was great. I'm still hooked. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
