Who called it, white otter 🤗
It's white otter with a white bottle 🤍.
Firm, thick sweetness and moderate acidity 😉.
Elegant sweetness that stands out like a pear 🍐😄.
Pleasantly carbonated with a pleasant squishy feeling 🫧.
I felt like the sweetness was deeper and fuller in flavor than the tea otter 🧐.
I'll have to get a subscription for this one 🤗
☀️
When I opened the bottle, the stopper popped 😲.
But it didn't blow so it's safe 👌
So let's drink sake🍶🙄.
Muscat type fruit aroma 😊.
Sweetness and good acidity.
Gassy, refreshing and light to drink.
With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it was gone in no time at all😅.
It was the Tamitsu I had longed for.
I had been looking for a limited edition Tamitsu from Koyama Shoten, but missed out on buying it.
It was a rich sake with a great taste of rice.
I wonder if it has calmed down since it was fire-aged.
Next, I will try the Koyama Shoten Betsuatsurai Namaishu!
First time drinking Nabeshima Special Jun Green Label 🍶.
I learned about the Nabeshima standard at Sake no Wa: ☺️
The gasiness is quite strong even though it is fire-aged, and the carbonation is similar to that of directly pumped sake.
It has a fresh ginjo aroma, a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, and is dry on the sweet and spicy side. The sweetness is dry and the spiciness is dry.
When the gassiness goes away, you can feel more umami acidity than when it is very crisp.

As expected of Nabeshima Standard, high cost performance👍.
Jay & Nobby, good evening. I thought it was a relief, and then a few days later, what the heck? It's already gone 🤭.
I'm in a hurry to post this before I finish my drink and forget what I thought 😂.
Mellow and juicy autumn sake 🍶.
Slightly sweet with a fruity ginjo aroma. Mellow and delicious with a deliciously sour and bitter taste. 😋😋😋😋
I don't know if it's the juiciness of Omachi or Saijotsuru as it's my first time drinking it, but it's delicious!
No gassiness.
Price: 3,250 yen without tax.
Good cospa 👏.
☀️
I went to Koyama Shoten to buy some Masamune in pursuit of it. I wanted to take a picture of the label 😁.
Sweet aroma when you open the bottle.
Clear sweetness and clear acidity on the palate. Alcohol is added but it is clear 🤭.
The ginjo aroma is a bit muted, but the finish is easy to drink 🤗.
Nice Masamune👍
Here is some more information about Masamune.
According to the book "The Science of Sake," there is a theory that "Masamune" was first used in the Edo period by a man named Taizaemon Yamamura from Nada. He named it after a scripture of Rinzai Masamune because the words "seishu" and "seishu" were close in feel. When it was released in Edo as a descendant sake, it was read as "masamune," and as Nada sake became popular in Edo, a number of breweries began to use the name "Masamune.
Later, when it became possible to register a trademark, Masamune was not accepted due to a large number of applicants, and each brewery decided to register their own name as ◯◯◯ Masamune.
Incidentally, the Yamamura family is said to be the brewer of Sakura Masamune. So the brewer of Association #1 yeast is also the originator of Masamune... 😳

Hi Hiro, good morning 🌅😀😀
I think you are drinking a good guy 😊Tetorigawa Daiginjo hoshi 😊You are drinking a good guy 😚👍I was drinking niji 😀I learned that Masamune had such an origin 🤔✨✨.
Maechen, good evening 🌙
I was torn between 🌈 and 🌈, but in the end I chose ⭐️ based on the label 😆.
I learned about the roots of Masamune for the first time in this book. I thought it has a proper history 😆.
Delicious! The sweetness was strong at first, but as you drink it, it becomes more comfortable on your tongue.
Pairing: Bean-curd soup with red pepper paste
Hello, Natchez!
Today's weather was pleasant, so it's great to enjoy a glass of sake in the garden ✨.
Harushika, I haven't drunk it yet, but it looks very easy to drink 😊.
Thanks for your comment ma-ki-...it was the best weather of the year! Harushika is usually dry, but Type-HA is light and refreshing, just like the weather on this day 😋.
Normal Jungin Collage.
The rice is Yume-no-Kou.
The fruity aroma of banana melon ginjo.
The balance of the delicious acidity and bitterness, and it goes cleanly.
It has a slight gas feeling while it is fired, fresh and mellow. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness is slightly dry.
Definitely delicious.
How many days have passed? It tastes a little off today, but that is a sign that you have drunk too much. If you think so, it is a sign that you have had too much 😅.

Cosy compared to the different rice used👍
When I saw the pop-up saying "the second Tobiroki", I thought "no way, no way, no way", but since Suehiro was more of a classic, my expectations were about halfway there, but I was firmly betrayed in a good way!
(I've never had Tobiroki though 😓)
(I've never had Tobiroki before, though 🙂 ). (I've never had Tobiroki before ) The aroma was a bit harsh, but the taste was modern sweet and tasty, with a Fukushima-like flavor and a nice sharpness that kept me pouring the next one!
I have a feeling this one will be very popular 🙄.
Modern Balanced Food Sake 🍶.
The koji rice is Omachi and the kake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki green label!
It has a gaseous feel even though it is fire-aged, and I was surprised when I opened the bottle at room temperature without knowing it 😆.
Fruity ginjo aroma.
It is fresh and has a good balance of acidity and bitterness, with a nice sharpness. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness is slightly dry.
Even after the gas is gone, you can feel more umami and beautiful umami acidity and bitterness 👍
I have had Kamo Kanehide for warmed sake and remember that it was also quite tasty. This time, I picked it up without prior knowledge to drink Hiroshima sake, but I had no idea it was this good 😁.

Modern light, dry autumn sake with a great flavor.
Finally, the first autumn sake of the season is Kuroryu.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, a clear but slightly acidic and umami taste, and is delicious. 😋😋😋😋
The umami acidity and bitterness are well combined in a light dry taste 👏👏👏.
Very beautiful sake. The sweetness and spiciness are dry. No gasiness.
It is a common expression, but "umami is on top" is well understood when compared with the impression of a dripping mouth.

government-issued chrysanthemum
What a great one.
Aroma of melon to green apple, not so strong and elegant. Slightly effervescent. It is dry, but I am not talking about dryness. The moderate acidity enhances the flavor and makes you salivate. A little bitterness at the end. And then you feel a sense of something beyond or parallel to deliciousness. I can't describe it because I am inexperienced. If I had to choose between this and that for the same price, I would choose this one.
The Kujukuri-hama beach is decorated on the label, and I can feel the smell that they are taking good care of their hometown. I will have to visit the back of Cheeba-kun's head sooner or later.
I bought a map of Japan to fill it in for the first time in a while.
I go to that Koyama Shoten for the first time. The selection of popular brands is so large that it's hard to choose a favorite. However, I have developed an addiction to Nagano sake, which makes me wonder what kind of Nagano sake is available where.
- Color your memories
I was attracted by the specs that it was a light nigori (a slight bitterness) and that it had been aged over one summer.
I have the impression that the Hanami Romain I drank on a previous trip to Fukushima was also delicious, but this sake also had a mildly light nigori taste that I liked very much!
I have a feeling that the aftertaste of Fukushima sake is very similar, but I wonder if there is something like that.
Gorgeous fresh sweet modern Junmai Daiginjo🍶.
Machida Zelvia, the soccer team I support, is in a battle for the top spot with the same number of points. I bought a bottle of Hiroshima sake before the away game against Sanfrecce Hiroshima!
The bottle was opened with a splash of gas.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the sake is clean, sweet, tasty, and fresh. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness are sweet. The acidity is weak. Moderate bitterness.
The high alcohol content of 17 degrees has a good sharpness.
Cheers in front of the TV with Kuling 🍶.
However, the match was 0-2 and the content was a complete defeat.
It is still sweet and tasty after the gas is gone, but it is not dry and delicious.
I think it was a PB of Koyama Shoten by Aihara Shuzo of Tsuki after the rain.

Modern-style sake with a classic design label 🍶.
The bottle was opened with a strong gaseous feeling while being fired.
The aroma is gentle and refreshing, with a slight ginjo aroma and the acidity of the yeast yeast yeast. The mouthfeel is full of fresh gas and a beautiful acidity. It has a firm drinking experience with 16% alcohol by volume and a sharp taste. 😋😋😋😋
Medium sweetness and dryness.
Good as a mid-meal drink.

Modern sweet and fresh sake 🍶.
The top aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness, grape-like.
It has a fresh gaseous taste while being fire-aged.
The clear sake has a good balance of sweet, sour, and bitter tastes. 😋😋😋😋
The bitterness is slight and the sweetness and spiciness are sweet. It is sweet but finishes nicely. It is sweet, but it goes down beautifully.
It is an austere label, but recommended for those who like modern sweet and tasty.
The chairman of the company advertises the birth of the second Tobiroki on a signboard in the sanctuary, but Genzai is a sweet sake, so it is not a Tobiroki-like sake. Perhaps it is more like Tobiroki on a different level.
