The sweetness and spiciness are slightly sweet. The acidity and bitterness are modest and complement the umami sweetness. The sake is easy to drink. It is a no-stress drink that is hard to believe it is a 15% alcohol sake.
It's been a while since I've had Hana Yuu, but it's still delicious. 😋😋😋😋
It is supposed to be a fresh new sake, but there is no gassy feeling.
It tastes mellow and umakuchi, but while Jyushiyo is juicy with acidity and gassiness, Hana Yuu is different and has a high level of umakuchi 👏👏👏👏. Popular sake is still good.

It was supposed to be, but when we asked at a liquor store near Kokusai-dori, we were told that the sake brewery had collapsed and they were in the process of rebuilding and aiming to take over the brewery, so we couldn't get any Okinawa sake.
