The second dinghy
This time it is a limited nigori sake. Since it is reasonably priced, we chose it for everyday drinking this month. It is a blend of nigori from daiginjo, kasenjo-shu, and other types of nigori.
It has a refreshing taste with a low sweetness.
It has a nice sharpness, so it can be used as a mid-meal drink.
Fresh modern light cloudy delicious sake🍶.
Pre-order again this year.
It has a gorgeous fruity ginjo aroma.
It has a fresh gaseous taste and a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness with a slight muddy rice flavor. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness is medium. The nigori is less than last year.

Fresh sweet and tasty sake 🍶.
Imi Junmai Ginjo, get it in a bottle!
It has a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma.
It has a fresh gasiness, and the sweetness is balanced by the sweetness and the bitterness of the umami acidity. And the clear sake quality is delicious with a slight orikarami feeling. 😋😋😋😋

The sake was ogara-maki, so I thought it would be rich and umami, but it was more refreshing than I had expected, and the mouthfeel was moist.
The sweetness is moderate. The lingering taste of rice lingers for a long time. As a mealtime sake, it is easy to drink.
After a final battle with Akabu at Koyama Shoten, which I had not been able to visit for a long time, I decided to ding it for the first time in about six years because of the scarcity of the quantity in circulation. This time, it was directly pumped from the tank. It has a moderate freshness and sweetness of rice, and is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 16%. The specs are as follows
Rice used: Kinmon-Nishiki
Rice Polishing Ratio = 50-50
Sake degree = -6

This time, too, a four-pack bottle seems to be killed in the blink of an eye😅.
I changed my cell phone to the latest model and made a fresh start. I want to be more energetic in my Sake exploration. So, I enjoyed the sake that represents the best of Shinshu 🙇.
This is the second Imi following the Special Junmai, a low-polished BLACK that seems to have been produced for the first time in 10 years!
The special junmai was quite sweet, but the sweetness was much more restrained compared to the special junmai.
In other words, it is a light sweet sake.
The sweet and juicy flavor of the deepest type is somewhat reminiscent of the sweet and juicy flavor of the "Bi", and it can be asserted without being too prominent in a meal.
It doesn't have the complexity of a low-polished rice.
I prefer it to Tokusyu Junmai.

Modern balanced delicious sake 🍶.
This is the first time for me to try Tasake's Yamadanishiki red label!
Fresh and floral ginjo aroma 🍎.
Slightly gassy, with a medium sweetness/slightly sweetness? Well-balanced sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, but with a restrained volume.
The moderate volume is well controlled, and the umami sweetness can be felt well. 😋😋😋😋
It was purchased at the end of the year and was room temperature complementary, but since it is winter, I think there is almost no deterioration. I think there is almost no deterioration because it is winter.

A little while ago, we got a bottle of Sagami WHITE.
The first impact is an explosion of juicy flavor. The balance between acidity and sweetness is really wonderful.
The sweetness is quite strong and the umami is moderate considering the sweetness.
Compared to other sweet and juicy sake, it has a lightness and a smooth aftertaste (plus a light bitterness) that makes the sake go down smoothly.
The best Nabeshima sake ever!

A very dry beginner finally got his hands on it.
a.k.a. Red Bakken
We served it with fatty bonito.
It has a clean ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it goes right into your mouth, a fusion of subtle sweetness and spiciness. Indeed, there was a slight spiciness at the end of drinking. However, the stereotype of super-spicy sake has been overturned again with this bottle. I bought a bottle of this as an everyday sake, and I was right.
Good evening, Yoshi!
I can't wait to try your fatty sashimi and dry sake 🤤😚I've just stepped into the world of dry sake 🦶I'm on the road to becoming a drinker 🤗Welcome 😆.
Fresh sweet 🍶.
Huh? Changed to sweet? I was surprised.
I checked the last check-in 2 years ago and found that it was described as medium sweet, which confirmed that it had been changed.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with a sweet top note.
It has a fresh gasiness, and the bitterness balances the sweetness. It has a beautiful sake quality, with a delicious acidity and a light cloudiness. Fresh, sweet, and delicious 🐎😋😋😋😋
After a few days, the sweetness is still felt even after the gas has been released, and it is delicious.
The sake has a ginjo aroma, sweetness, and balance with bitterness, and is made to taste like a popular sake with gas and sweetness?
I was surprised at the taste change at first, but I guess it means they can make something like this. It has a high degree of perfection 👏👏.

ma-ki- san good evening🌝.
I think it's really great brewing technology to have a high level of delicious sake even if the taste is different direction. Happy drinking good sake😊.
My favorite Hanamup!
And the first Sake Mirai Get!
The sweet rice flavor characteristic of Hanamup on the palate.
And yet, the sweetness cuts through cleanly and smoothly!
Every time I drink it, I groan at how delicious it is!
We paired this luxurious sake with Kadokami Gyorui's premium Tekkamaki (380 yen). It's the perfect evening drink!
First conquest of Ishikawa Prefecture!
I received nigori sake from Kikuhime!
Impression as a nigori sake lover
This is the best nigori sake!
Sweet and smooth!
It has a nice sharpness after drinking, and it makes you drink more and more!
Conclusion: If you drink nigori sake at home, I highly recommend it!
I have had bitter experiences of not being able to go home or losing my memory when I start drinking nigori sake at a restaurant... but at home, I can drink it all at ease. And it's cheap!
