Kafuda Sake Tsukihaku
Fresh and fruity ginjo aroma. Fresh gasiness. Modern, light and dry. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the light dry taste. 😋😋😋😋
The light dry taste without any cloying taste that only jun-dai can produce, with umami and moderate acidity, still has the perfection that surprised us that such a light dry taste was possible when we first drank it!

I was missing melon sake, so I chose Naraman's for a long time.
I heard that this Naraman is only available at a limited number of distributors.
Of course, Koyama Shoten had it!
Now, let's open the bottle!
The flavor is juicy melon, as expected,
The body and flavor of the 17% alcohol content are solid.
Naraman is delicious after all!
It is a versatile sake that can be easily paired with any meal!
Yum! It's the first time in a long time that I've been so impressed with the taste!
From the aroma that wafts through the air when the bottle is first opened, it's amazing!
The fruity aroma of citrus fruits and tropical fruits wafts through the nose, and what remains on the tongue is the fresh, chiri-chiri-yaki sensation that is typical of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
The taste is soft and beautifully sweet, and while it expands greatly, after swallowing it, the taste is fleeting and crisp.
I get the impression that the sweetness is better balanced with the overall flavor than Denshogiku or Aizan, and everything about it is beautiful!
This is a definite repeat for next season!
It's been a while since I've had a Kanjiku, but I'm going to try a few more!

Fruity and beautiful aroma
A perfectly balanced sake with a pleasant sweetness and acidity that is expressed in a light body, just like a food sake.
The sweetness is a little stronger than the Jungin Hitogokotchi, which was quite refreshing.
It is different from the juicy taste of Miyamanishiki, including acidity and umami.
I can only say that this is a great sake for 1,400 yen plus tax nowadays!
Next time, I'll buy a bottle (if I can afford it).

No bitterness.
But it has a mellow sweet taste and a pineapple flavor that is typical of Kahanayo.
Compared to Yamadanishiki, the sweetness is much more subdued, while the umami lingers on.
It is not bad, but I prefer Yamadanishiki which has a better balance of sweetness and umami.
I prefer it to Omachi.

Very refreshing and fruity sake
It has no harsh taste at all, and it goes in and out quickly, yet it has this fruity taste!
It's just as well that it's promoted so prominently in the holy land!
More of a food sake than a stand-alone sake.

Modern fruity dry 🍶 aroma
Fresh and fruity ginjo aroma. It is fresh and gaseous. The sweetness and spiciness is dry. Light-bodied, with a slightly acidic and bitter balance. 😋😋😋😋
There is no indication that it is fresh or bottle-fired, but it has a gaseous aroma!
The aroma sometimes feels like muscat. The dry, acidic, summery tune is wonderful. 🙆♂️

Long time no see Houou Mita & Tochigi Prefecture
I found Mikumari when I wandered into the sanctuary today!
I bought it without hesitation.
Now, open the bottle. When I poured it into the glass, it was full of bubbles like carbonated water. The sweet aroma stimulates the nose. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and delicious flavor spreads in your mouth with a slight carbonation accent... this is delicious...
The fusion of freshness and flavor is exquisite.
The only drawback is that it is so delicious that a four-pack of it runs out in no time!
Well, here I come!
For this price, you can enjoy the balance of gorgeous ginjo aroma and delicious acid bitterness. It is fresh with a strong sense of gas.
It has a beautiful sake quality and a good balance of umami and acidity. The moderate bitterness gives it a nice sharpness. The sweetness and spiciness are medium and light-medium bodied. 😋😋😋😋
Cosy food sake 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.

Completely fruity grape wine aroma juicy fruity muscat sweet and sour, citrus bitter sweet aroma softly disappears, leaving a slight bitterness Cost-effective and tastes great Instrumental is more like Soe Al
It has become my favorite brand so much so that I have become a Kudokidokiwari fan.
This time, it is the Ogawa yeast of the Jr. series, which follows the previous Maha-Mystery-chan.
While the juicy sweetness of Maka Mystery-chan stood out, this Ogawa yeast has a crispness with a sweetness that comes at first, but soon turns into a dry aftertaste. The Ogawa yeast is sweet at first, but soon turns into a dry aftertaste with a crispness. This is an excellent sake to pair with sushi and sashimi.
All of Sake Mirai's sake is delicious. I think they are also the cheapest in Sake Mirai! I bought a bottle of Kudokibe for sure.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma on the nose.
It is light-bodied, well-balanced, and delicious. 😋😋😋😋
It has a light bitterness and a light alcohol taste with a good sharpness.
The sweetness and spiciness is medium.
It has a sweetness at times and a bitterness at others, and goes well with a variety of foods.
It is a great cospa👏👏👏👏 at 3,000 yen without tax.
Definitely 👍
While searching for my first Shiga Prefecture, I found a nigori sake from Kitajima Sake Brewery that I had been after for a long time!
I bought it without any prior knowledge.
It is a lactic acid fermentation, so it is quite sour!
It tasted exactly like plain yogurt, which is the exact opposite of the sweet and sour image I had of it!
To be honest, I don't like sour yogurt, so this was a bit of a surprise to me...
I would enjoy this as a dessert drink with cakes or moist cookies.
Ryuki's Dry Sake, SAKE COMPETITION 2025
It won a prize at the SAKE COMPETITION 2025, so I bought it 🍶.
It was 3rd place in the Junmai category 👏👏👏.
Fresh and slightly gassy. It has a fresh, slightly gaseous aroma, with a ginjo aroma and a summer grassy heady aroma. The sweetness is dry. It is delicious with moderate acidity and bitterness with a touch of umami. 😋😋😋😋
It is in the same category as Cho Oroku Gotsusei in my lineage. It is not as juicy as Cho Oroku Gotsusei, but it is a very tasty modern dry sake.
It was quite different from my impression of Ryuki which I drank before.

Kangiku, a chrysanthemum that you can no longer help but drink when it arrives in Japan
This time it is Ocean99 Aomi.
The first impact is a modern, sweet and tasty Sorghum.
The first impact is a modern, sweet and delicious taste of Kangiku. The flavor is fruity and rich, just as it is described as tropical. At the same time, the acidity is well integrated and as the cup progresses, the sweetness and acidity become well-balanced. This one is delicious, too!
